91년 과학재단으로 부터 공학연구 센터로 지정된 서울대 신의약품개발연구센터는 6개 전문 연구부서를 두고 만성 성인병의 간질환치료제와 항암제, 당뇨병치료제 개발에 몰두하고 있다. 5년만에 석사3뱍50명 ,박사 50명을 배출한 이연구소는 일동제약 등 국내 우수제약회사와 연계해 연구효율을 높이고 있다.

It is necessary to construct the process automation system to improve the design efficiency and procure the higher design quality on the field of ship building. To construct this system, the shipbuilding companies should improve the 3D CAD/CAM system customized to the ship design and the software about design information management which could solve the conflict problem between the several related design division at the same time. The typical example is the Hole-plan process in the ship-building design. For the request of additional holes from outfitting division, the hull design division checks the compatibility conditions and reflects these holes to the hull panels if acceptable. if not, the requests are rejected and sent back to the outfitting division. These serial processes are not simple and require the tedious communication, discussion, and the complicated drawings. This article gives a basic introduction to the process of hole-plan system and proposes a strategy to automate its process.

End-User Computing(EUC) is a rapidly growing phenomenon in organizations As EUC gets to be a major segment of information systems, it becomes more important to manage EUC effectively. This paper focuses on developing an integrative framework of EUC management in the contingent perspective. The characterstic of task for which EUC is implemented was considered as a contingent variable. Based on systematic review of previous research on success factors of EUC implementation, three generic variables for EUC management were identified theoretically, which were support, promotion and control. The contingent relationships between these three EUC management variables and EUC performance were reasoned and four hypotheses concerning these relationships were derived. A field study was undertaken to test the hypotheses. Data were collected from 83 End-Users belonging to Korean business organizations. Correlation analyses and Fisher's Z tests were employed to test the hypotheses. The results supported the hypotheses for the most part and gave implications and future research directions for the management for EUC.

정보 및 서비스 시스템이 업무 전반에 널리 보급 활용되면서 관련 데이터가 데이터베이스에 저장되고 있다. 조직의 실무자들이 현장에서 업무를 처리하고 데이터를 저장한다면, 임원 및 주요 부서장들은 효율적인 주요 의사결정을 위해 기관의 전체적인 연구개발 및 서비스 현황, 추이, 예측 정보를 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 KISTI 경영목표를 지원하면서 임원 및 주요 부서장의 의사결정을 지원하기 위해 구축된 전략경영시스템의 설계 및 구축과정, 시스템을 구축하며 경험한 시행착오, 교훈 등을 논한다.

막대한 연구재원이 소요되는 원자력 개발분야에서 세계 초일류수준을 유지하고 있는 선진 원자력 연구개발사업기관들은 하나같이 종래에 도입한 "원자력 품질보증체제"를 확대시켜 "품질 무한경쟁시대"에 부응하는 "종합적 품질경영체제"를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 연구소 경쟁력제고 방안도출을 위한 노력의 일환으로 현재 Total Quality Management(TQM) 체제를 도입하고 있는 해외의 ORNL(Oak Ridge National Laboratory), AECL(Atomic Energy of Canada Limited), ABB CE(Asea Brown Boveri Combustion Engineering), DNA(Defense Nuclear Agency)등을 방문한 결과를 토대로 연구소적 TQM체제 성공과 실패의 원인을 분석하여 도입당시의 추진조직, 추진전략, 추진효과에 대해 체계적으로 비교 분석하여 한국정서에 부합된 연구소적 성공 TQM체제 모델을 도출코져 시도하였다. 분석결과 이들 기관들은 TQM 추진을 위하여 먼저 단계별로 단기, 중기, 장기 계획을 수립하고, TQM 실무위원회를 구성하여, 최고경영자가 직접지휘하는 Top-down 방식의 TQM 추진으로 품질문제를 사전에 예방하고 있었다. TQM 도입 초기 실무부서로 부터의 적잖은 저항과 애로사항이 도출되어 많은 시행착오를 거쳤으며 지금은 TQM 정착단계에 있었다. 이러한 과정에서 원자력 선진기관들은 전사적인 TQM 교육을 통해 철저한 TQM 마인드를 고취시켰고 전 부서의 업무가 전사적 TQM 차원에서 수행되었다. 우리나라 원자력기관에서의 바람직한 TQM 도입 모델로서 첫째, 전직원 대상 TQM 교육실시를 통한 TQM 인식고취, 둘째, TQM 성공체제로서 "경영품질"에 초점을 맞춘 관리시스템 확보, 셋째, 동서문화 차이를 고려한 Bottom-up '||'&'||' Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.ottom-up & Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.

시스템의 복잡도가 증가하고 컨버젼스 제품들이 늘어나면서 기존의 사용자 인터페이스 설계 방법론으로 미래의 사용자 환경을 예측하기엔 한계를 보인다. 또한, 제품 개발 시 관련 부서간 협업의 비중이 늘어난 반면 커뮤니케이션을 통해 얻을 수 있는 효과가 감소하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 경험 설계 방법론으로써 PACT 분석을 응용한 시나리오 기반 디자인(Scenario-Based Design)을 채택하여 디지털 가전제품간의 네트워크 사용 환경에 대한 개념 디자인 방향을 효율적으로 제시하였다. PACT 분석은 People, Activity, Context, Technology 등 4 가지 요소를 시나리오 전개의 중요한 인자로 삼고 있는 방법론으로써 미래 사용 환경에 대한 예측과 체계적인 접근을 가능하게 했다. 또한, 다양한 전공자들로 구성된 관련 부서간의 커뮤니케이션 도구로 활용되어 각 분야의 전문성을 결과물에 반영하기에 효율적이었다. 추후 연구과제로는 본 방법론을 체계화하여 복잡하고 예측하기 어려운 도메인을 위한 사용자 중심의 설계 프로세스를 구성할 예정이다.

인터넷을 기반으로 한 정보통신의 급속한 발전이라는 기업환경의 변화에 적응하기 위해서 기업은 점차 모든 경영시스템을 인터넷을 기반으로 하도록 변화시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업 조직 또한 전세계를 기반으로한 글로벌 기업 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 경영환경의 변화로 인해서 기업 내에서는 종전과는 다른 형태의 부서간 상호의사결정조정 과정이 필요하게 되었다. 일반 기업들을 대상으로 한 상호의사결정의 지원과정에 대해서는 기존에 많은 연구들이 있었으나 글로벌기업과 같은 네트워크 형태의 새로운 형태의 기업에 있어서의 상호의사결정과정을 지원할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템에 대해서는 단순한 그룹의사결정지원시스템 또는 분산의사결정지원시스템과 같은 연구들이 주를 이루고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 특히, 웹을 기반으로 한 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시하고 이에 기반한 프로토타입 형태의 시스템을 구현하여 성능을 검증하고자 한다. 특히, 기업 내에서 가장 대표적으로 상호의사결정지원이 필요한 생산과 마케팅 부서를 대상으로 상호의사결정지원 메커니즘을 개발하고 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과 글로벌 기업내의 생산과 마케팅 부서간 상호의사결정을 효율적으로 지원 할 수 있는 상호조정 메카니즘인 개선된 PROMISE(PROduction and Marketing Interface Support Environment)를 기반으로 한 웹 분산의사결정지원시스템 (Web-DSS : Web-Decision Support Systems)을 제안하는 바이다.자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The goal of this study is to propose the plan for strengthening organizational competences related to the collection development function of the national library. For this goal, author analyzed and compared the organizational characteristics of departments for legal deposit in national libraries of nine developed countries, derived the limitations and weaknesses of legal tasks, policy documents, and collection development tasks by organizational units of the National library of Korea. Based on these results, author suggested the centralization of collection policy and legal deposit function, th name change and total restructuring of collection acquisition division, and its manpower reinforcement, etc.
