산학연계 프로젝트 과목 운영을 통한 효과적인 산학협력 방향 고찰

  • 대학과 기업 간의 상호협력은 기술 혁신이라는 대명제 하에 여러 가지 형태로 이루어지고 있으며, 이의 필요성 또한 여러 보고서에서 언급되었다[1,2,3,4]. 가장 보편화 되어 있는 산학협력으로는 대학이 기업의 프로젝트를 수주하여 수행하는 형태로써, 이를 기반으로 대학은 기업이 갖고 있는 상업화 감각을 배우고, 기업은 대학이 갖고 있는 최신 기술 동향을 얻을 수 있다.

  • This study provides a concrete example of the development of the task in collaboration with the in-service teacher and the pre-service teacher. In the process, the roles of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers were analyzed and the possibility of cooperation was grasped. As a result, pre-service teachers and field teachers considered the level and interest of the students and considered mathematical contents in the process of developing the tasks. Each subject did not directly consider the interaction of the students and contents, but they could confirm the improvement of the tasks as their roles affected each other.

  • External linkages affect the performance of small and medium enterprises in diverse ways. This study delves into the impact of inter-organizational collaboration by looking at different facets of performance, such as innovation, sales growth, profit growth, and firm survival. In addition, it explores the influence of informal knowledge spillover from collaborative partners as well as from formal collaborations. The impact is carefully investigated by dividing firm samples into three different sectoral innovation categories: supplier-dominant, production-intensive, and science-based sector suggested by Pavitt (1984). The result highlights the different influence pattern of collaborative relations by partner types according to sectoral categories. The positive results of collaborating with universities and public institutions are identified, and the sales growth by customer linkage is witnessed. The impact is apparent in science-based sectors. The result implies that the risk associated with collaborating with competitors may be moderated by linking performance enhancing collaborative linkages with universities and government institutes.

대학생 취업 관련 기관 간 연계체제 구축을 위한 죄담회

  • 한국대학교육협의회(회장 권영건 안동대 총장, 이하 대교협)는 한국대학신문의 후원으로 2006년 12월 5일 대교협 회의실에서 '대학생 취업관련 기관 간 연계체제 구축'을 위한 특별좌담회를 개최하였다. 이번 좌담회에서는 취업기관 간의 연계체제 구축 실태를 진단하고, 향후 구축될 연계체제 내용, 방법을 논의하고, 연계 구축을 위한 대학과 정부, 기업 간의 상호 협력방안을 모색하였다. 대교협 김영식 사무총장은 취업관련 기관들에게 "오늘 좌담회를 계기로 대학생 취업난 해소에 대교협의 협조가 필요한 사안이 있으면 언제든지 요청하여 줄 것을 당부한다"고 말했다.

A Study on the Connection/Cooperation of Information Literacy and Writing Instruction for Academic Students (대학생을 위한 정보 활용능력과 글쓰기 교육의 연계.협력에 관한 연구)

  • This research looks into the theory and practice of interconnections that exist between information literacy instruction(ILI) and writing instruction to gain further insights related to the development and forming of Korean ILI program. First of all, as evidenced by the ambiguity and various concepts that are possessed by the information literacy, this paper clearly indicates that the ILI cannot be achieved with a standardized set of guidelines across the board. And then, after investigating into the theories which deal mainly with the relativity to writing amongst the various ILI programs, this paper introduces precedents of Utah University, USA and Windsor University, Canada which have carried out writing instruction by actually connecting it with the ILI. Finally, this paper sounds out the possibility of connections or cooperation between writing and ILI within the scope of the Korean situation and suggests alternatives.

  • 수송용 섬유소재는 자동차, 항공기 또는 선박 등의 교통 및 운송 분야에 기여하는 사용되는 섬유소재를 말하며, 내장재, 각종 호스류, 벨트류, 타이어, 안전용품, 필터류 등을 포함하고 일반적으로 섬유, 발포체, 고무, 플라스틱, 접착제 등 유기소재가 결합된 복합체이다. 기존 섬유기술의 혁신과 더불어 IT, NT, BT, ET 등 첨단 기술과의 융합에 의한 고성능 극한 슈퍼섬유, 나노 복합섬유 등의 신소재를 개발하여 산업 전반에서 플라스틱의 금속소재 대체수요를 증가시키고 산업자재의 고성능화, 고기능화, 다양화를 이루기 위해 다양한 노력이 진행하고 있다. 현재 수송용 섬유소재 산업은 기술의 연결고리가 부족하며, 선도기업 및 원천기술이 부족하며, 자동차용 섬유부품소재 관련 기업의 역량도 부족한 실정이다. 이에 광역경제권 연계협력사업을 통해 생산기반의 대경권(대구경북)과 수요중심의 동남권(부산경남)의 네트워크를 강화하여 완성품 업체 및 수요기업과의 네트워킹을 강화하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 수송용 섬유소재개발, 수송용 친환경 oam-skin 일체형 표피재 개발, 고속성형 복합소재 및 수송용 경량부품 개발, 초경량 고내열 고강도 섬유활용 하이브리드 wire & cable 개발 등 수송용 섬유소재를 개발하고, 또한 수송용 섬유소재의 생산-수요 연계를 통한 투자활성화, 기술개발, 소재 산업 육성을 강화하여, 산학연네트워크구축, 지역 간 협력 및 국제적 협력, 생산-수요기반의 연계협력시스템을 활용한 자립형 수송용 소재 공급기지 완비하는 데 목적이 있다.

A Study on the curriculum of the Industry-University Cooperation (산학협력 활성화를 위한 교육과정에 관한 고찰)

  • The government intends to pursue a program to develop LINC from 2012. Through this program, the government intends to nurture expert manpower required by the areas of industry, research and development, and technology transfer. For this, it wants to create and expand various leader models of industry-university cooperation. Therefore, this study is focused on the method of developing a robust curriculum suitable for educating students to a level where they are ready to work upon graduation. In this study, curriculums used by some universities which have been taken part in the program of industry-university cooperation have been examined. As a result there are some suggestions for the future of this curriculum, and they are as follows: firstly, in order to overcome the gap between universities and industries, universities should survey the requirement of local industries and apply this to developing a curriculum for industry-university cooperation; secondly, DACUM should be used and finally, the curriculum for industry-university cooperation should build upon a stepwise-model in the form of a foundation-core-intensification course throughout a student's university years.

A Comparative Study on the Components & Characteristics of the Public Private Partnership Mechanism on Science & Technology Innovation Policy (국가과학기술혁신 민.관협력 메카니즘의 구성요소에 대한 비교연구: 4개국 사례를 중심으로)

  • The public-private partnership concept can encompass a broad range of cooperative relations and a broad variety of programmes in terns of size, objectives and design. This paper aims to analyze the components of public-private partnership mechanisms in the context of science and technology innovation policy. The research methodologies are based on semi-structured interviews with policy makers in four countries with six PPP programme : the France, the Netherlands, the Australia and Austria. It also attempts to understanding of the components that explain the increase of collaboration between national innovation system and PPPs. The taxonomy and essential components of PPPs were identified : mission-oriented PP/Ps, market-Oriented PP/Ps, cluster-oriented PP/Ps, and ISRs-Oriented PP/Ps. The taxonomy of regulatory regime can be a reference point for identifying the relative status of Korea's PPPs.

  • For efficient and effective university-industry linked training programs, it is critical to design customized educational systems including various curriculums for specific needs from industries. To do that, we need to understand that the quality of collaboration between large companies and their vendors. Therefore, in this study, we provided SCQM(Supply Chain Quality Management) and QCI-SCM(Quality Collaboration Index for Supply Chain Management) to evaluate the quality levels of collaboration between large sized companies and their sub-vendors. And we tried to find the critical factors for successful SCQM and global quality management competitiveness.
