A Study on the Satisfactions of Tourism Information DB Services in HiTEL (HiTEL의 관광정보 DB서비스 정보만족도에 관한 연구)

  • 현대는 고도 정보화사회(information society)로서 DB의 가치는 점점 증가하고 전반적인 DB 서비스는 일반적으로 많이 발전하여 우수한 정보 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 그러나 관광정보 DB서비스의 가치는 아직까지 거의 인식되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초보단계에 있는 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족도를 측정함으로써 국내 관광정보 DB서비스의 수준을 파악하고 관광정보제공자에게 개선해야 될 문제점을 제시하고자 한다. 그러므로 관광정보 DB서비스의 개념을 정립하고 관광정보 DB서비스의 현황을 고찰하고자 Bailey와 Pearson의 연구에서 제시한 39가지 요인 중에서 관광정보 DB서비스와 관련된 요인을 추출하고 의미를 재정의하여 HiTEL의 이용자를 대상으로 첫째, 정보서비스의 메뉴별 선호도 둘째, 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족도 셋째, 관광정보 DB서비스의 각 메뉴별 선호도와 만족도 넷째, 이용자 특성별로 각 메뉴의 선호도를 비교분석 다섯째, 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족요인을 분석하였다. 관광정보 DB서비스의 전반적인 만족도는 평균치(4.0)보다 저조한 3.85로서 저조하게 나타나고 있다. 즉, 관광정보의 이해도(4.55)는 평균보다 다소 좋은 반면, 다른 관광정보의 만족도는 평균치 보다 저조하다. 특히 관광정보의 연결사정(3.68)과 관광정보의 제공속도(3.44)가 아주 낮게 나타났다. 한편 HiTEL이 제공하는 관광정보 DB서비스의 각 메뉴 중에서 가장 자주 이용되는 메뉴는 알림나라(40.2%)이며, 아시아나항공(22.5%), 농협일렉트로뱅크(13.7%), 대한항공(9.8%), 위너스 OK서비스(6.9%), MEET/매경SCOUT(6.9%)의 순으로 관광정보는 전반적으로 골고루 이용되고 있다. 또한, 메뉴별 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족도가 평균만족도보다 낮은 것은 알림나라(3.48), 농협일렉트로뱅크(3.84), 대한항공(3.90), 위너스OK서비스(3.95)로 나타났다. 그리고 각 메뉴별 이용자의 계층별 선호도는 첫째, 남성은 알림나라(40%), 아시아나 항공(23.16%), 농협일렉트로뱅크(12.63%)를 많이 이용하나, 여성은 알림나라(42.86%), 농협일렉트로뱅크(28.57%)를 주로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연령별 선호도는 나이가 많을수록 단순 관광안내정보인 알림나라, 농협일렉트로뱅크보다는 보다 항공관련 정보를 더욱 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업별 선호도는 학생과 사무직에 종사하는 사람이 가장 많은 메뉴를 이용하며, 전문직, 관리직, 기술직은 대체적으로 항공관련정보를 더 선호하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 학력별 선호도는 고학력자일수록 많은 메뉴를 이용하고 있으며, 다섯째, 가입시기별 선호도는 가입한 시간이 길어짐에 따라 항공관련정보를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this paper, the fuzzy structure model for the consciousness structure of social workers related to the elder abuse factors was derived and analyzed. The characteristics of the model was obtained as follows. First, the elder abuse behavior at the top layer was related to the attitude of the elderly and the work overload of social workers. Second, the attitude of the elderly and the work overload of social workers at the middle layer were related to the personality of social worker, the physical and mental dependency of client, and the personality of client. Third, the personality of social worker, the knowledge of the elderly, the personality of client, and the physical and psychological dependence of the client affected directly the elder abuse behavior without going through the middle layer. Fourth, the work overload of social workers at the middle layer was affected the attitude of the elderly. Finally, the age of social workers, the working image, the job training, and provision of punishment to the social workers were the isolated layer, in which the relationship between the elder abuse behavior and related factors was not found.

Preparation and Fundamental Characterization of EVOH Hollow Fiber Membranes via Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) (열유도상분리법을 이용한 EVOH 중공사 분리막의 제조 및 기본 특성)

  • Poly(ethylene-co-vinylalcohol) EVOH hollow fiber membranes were successfully fabricated via a thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) method. It was observed that all membranes fabricated under different spinning conditions had interconnected and bicontinuous structures through liquid-liquid phase separation. Glycerol and poly(ethylene glycol) 200 were used as diluents for the TIPS method. Glycerol was used as a mixing component in quenching bath to control pores on the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane. Hot quenching bath with a mixing component to generate large pores on the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane. The effects of polymer concentration, diluent and quenching bath on the morphologies, water permeabilities, and mechanical properties of the EVOH hollow fiber membranes were systematically investigated. The relationship between water permeability, mechanical properties and spinning conditions was discussed in detail.

Analysis of Determinants of Employment Quality of Youth in Seoul: Focused on Population Movement, Labor Market Trends, Job Duration and Wages (서울시 청년층의 고용의 질 결정요인 분석: 인구이동, 노동시장 동향, 일자리 지속기간 및 임금을 중심으로)

  • Using the 1st to 13th rounds of occupational history data of the Korea Employment Information Service's Youth Panel (YP2007), this study explores the trends and characteristics of the youth labor market in Seoul. We further empirically investigated the job duration and wage determinants of youth employed in Seoul. The results confirm that workers who have a higher income and a higher consistency with their majors are less likely to leave. In addition, we find that workers in full-time, householders, or labor unions have a higher income if they are men and work in large companies. In particular, compared to the reference group (appropriate academic background, appropriate skill), mismatches in the lack of education and skill showed a wage increase effect of 4.9% and 5.5%, respectively. For the major consistency, the wage of the matched major group is 3.8% higher than the non-matched major group.

Interpersonal and Community Factors Related to Food Sufficiency and Variety: Analysis of Data from the 2017 Community Health Survey (식품충분성과 다양성의 개인간 및 지역사회 관련 요인: 2017년 지역사회건강조사 자료 분석)

  • Objectives: This study examined the personal, interpersonal and community factors related to food sufficiency and variety among Korean adults using data from the 2017 Community Health Survey. Methods: A total of 228,310 adults aged ≥ 19 years were classified into three groups: food sufficiency with variety, food sufficiency without variety and food insufficiency. Personal factors included sociodemographic characteristics, health behavior and health status. Interpersonal factors included social networking and social activities, and community factors included safety, natural environment, living environment, availability of public transportation and health care services. The association of food sufficiency and variety with interpersonal and community factors was assessed using multivariable logistic regression analyses. Results: Of the total sample, the food-sufficiency-without-variety group and food insufficiency group accounted for 31.5% and 3.2%, respectively. The sociodemographic factors associated with food insufficiency and non-variety were women, ≥ 65 years of age, with low education level, low household income, unemployed, single, and living in areas of small population sizes. There were significant differences in health behavior and health status, interpersonal and community factors among the three groups. Multivariable logistic regression analyses conducted after adjusting for confounding factors showed that lack of social networking and social activities and lower satisfaction derived from community environments were associated with the risk of food insufficiency and non-variety. Conclusions: Our results showed that interpersonal and community factors as well as personal factors were related to food sufficiency and variety. Therefore, public policies to help build social networks and participation in social activities, and improve community environment are needed together with food assistance to overcome the problems of food insufficiency and non-variety.

Study on Acknowledge and State of Clinical Experience for 3-years Dental Technology Department (3년제 치기공과 임상실습에 대한 인식 및 실태조사 - 일부 치과기공소 소장을 중심으로 -)

  • This study was conducted to collect and analyze previous information in order to manage efficience, improve experience effect and promote employment rate. The questionnaire interview with 27 chief of dental Laboratory refered clinical experience in technology department about clinical experience in 14 Jumior colleges were also investigated. The results were summarried as follows : The portion of age of 35-39 among chief of dental Laboratory was 40.7% which was the highest, that of male was 96.3%, that of junior college graduate was 97.5%, that of 10years experience was 92.6% and that of ceramic technician was 85.2%, 63.0% dental laboratory for clinical experience was a bore space of 30pyong. Aspect of dental laboratory management, manufacturing all part of prosthetic restoration was 29.6%, othodontic appliance and ceramic restoration was 7.4%, 3.8%, each. The percentage of 40.7 was having connection with 30-3a dental clinics and referring case per day was 10-19 cases(40.7%), manufacturing time of referred prosthetic restoration was 3-4 days(77.8%), places preparing seminar room for education was 29.6%, above a place of 40pyong was 11.1% 30-34 pyong and 35-39 pyong was 7.4% each. During training of 2 years education course student, 18.5% was rack of thorough occupational career. While 44.4% will want the more salary among 3years education course student, 74.1% will expect the more dental techmicians would engaged in their field, 51.9% will hope improve of their theory and practice, 29.6% be expected better skill and 14.8% be expected better theory. Attitude of clinical experience places was distributed by 59.3% of offering only experience chance, 25.9% of wasting time and 29.0% of annoying. The big emphasis of climical experience was thorough occupational career(44.4%). The clinical experience places of our college were selected after direct visiting, so their condition of management was not that bad but most of dental laboratory were poor in management state and working environment. Therefore it is difficult to choose appropriate places and dental Laboratory are also limited manpower and time as suppliers. So that it recommended to induce flexible management of experience period by interval and rotation of experience places among college and to applicate intern-system for employment ant industry-college cooperation aspect.

  • Purpose - The purpose of the paper is to show that the Effects of graduate wages on support program of UIC is the main topic, due to point of view of the need for change from school-level to student-level. UIC support program is divided into four areas: infra, education, Commercialization, start-up. Design/Methodology - Data were collected three survey from a University UIC Survey(2012) and Self-diagnostic research(2012), and Employment Training Panel(2012). UIC support program is divided into four areas, and graduate wages is researched Average monthly wage, bonuses, additional duty allowance. Statistical methods is used basic statistics, crosstabs, regression analysis Findings -There is was much higher effects in total wages of three variable, first on much Intellectual Property Registration(IP) in university teachers, second university students have founded a private space for start-up, and third much national certification staff from the university. Implications - The issue is that UIC education can not be greater practical effect on the wages of graduates yet. Actively support and quality training support from the government in the UIC program is expected to be followed.

The Analysis on Psychological Changes of Unemployed according to the Unemployment Period (실업자의 실업기간별 심리적 변화분석)

  • This study observes the psychological changes of unemployed people according to their unemployment period. With this what psychological changes they face according to their unemployment period and what psychological characteristics they show, whether if psychological changes and job hunting activities are in relation, and whether if psychological changes affect job hunting activities. The study subjects received unemployment wage and were divided according to before employment, 1~3 months unemployed, and 4 months or more unemployed. An in-depth research of 8 people was conducted within the period of 2017.05~08. The psychological characteristics of people, in the period from when they first sense unemployment possibilities until three months of unemployment, are anger, anxiety, fear, which is a mixed characteristic that does not disappear but continues deepening. In study there was no significant difference in depression, anxiety, anger, social phobia, alcohol, religion factors, low self-esteem, and low self-efficacy in before employment, 1~3 months unemployed, and 4 months or more unemployed. However, the average levels of anger anxiety, depression, and social phobia were higher when the unemployment period was longer and the results of low self-esteem and low self-efficacy support further research.

A Study on the Activation Plan of the Industry Security Career Education through the Middle School Free Semester (중학교 자유학기제도를 통한 산업보안 진로교육 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The free semester system, introduced on a trial basis in 2013, has been fully implemented in all middle schools since 2016. The free semester system for middle school students is divided into subject activities and free semester activities with the purpose of students' dream and career exploration. While the activities of various vocational groups linked to subjects during the free semester are discussed, studies on the industrial security career education in middle schools are hard to find. In addition, the career sites that provide diverse information on career path for teachers, students and parents with support from the Ministry of Education have not established any program regarding industrial security. This study aims to look at the status of career education by the analysis of keywords for industrial security in the career experience network currently operated by the Ministry of Education and in-depth interview with career education teachers, students and parents, and industrial security experts. Based on such analysis, this study attempts to figure out a comprehensive understanding of the free semester system and to explore strategies for promoting industrial security education. The results of this study found that the activation plan for industrial security education requires the industry security education through career network, development of industrial security education program, training and placement of professional industrial security lecturer, and establishment of support systems for experience in industrial security.
