SW 개발 프로젝트 시, SW 품질 및 생산성 향상에 저해 되는 SW공학 가이드 부재가 존재한다. 그 중에서 SW공학 발전과 전문 SW공학 인력 양성의 필요성 인식이 존재하고 있다. SW공학 인력의 역량과 전문성을 강화시킬 수 있는 지속적 성장 체계 확립과 인력 활용 가이드 제시를 위하여 본 논문에서는 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼 개발을 소개한다. 프로젝트 수행 시 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼은 SW공학 전문 인력 확보를 위한 기준을 제시 하여, 조직 SW 공학 역량 강화를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SW 프로세스 분야 표준 교육과정을 소개하고자 한다.

Objective : This study aimed to investigate the importance, performance, and educational needs of sensory integration intervention competency for newly employed therapists who use sensory integration intervention. Methods : The general characteristics, importance, performance, and educational needs of sensory integration intervention competency were investigated for therapists with less than three years of experience in sensory integration intervention. Educational needs and rankings were identified through Borich needs analysis. Results : The competency cluster that newly employed therapists perceived as the most important but with the lowest performance level was "Expertise," and the demand of the "Expertise" competency cluster was also the highest in the analysis of educational needs. The difference in importance and performance in all sub-competencies was statistically significant. In the Borich needs analysis, the rank of educational needs was derived as follows: "Evaluation skill" (5.56), "Analysis skill" (5.50), and "Overall knowledge of occupational therapy" (5.47). Conclusion : It was found that the newly employed therapist using sensory integration intervention recognized professional competency as the most important, while also recognizing that their professional competency was low. Accordingly, education to enhance professional competency was most needed. This study presented basic data for the direction of education to strengthen competency in consideration of the educational needs of newly employed therapists.

The purpose of this study is to explore educational consumer's satisfaction on general high school's educational program and preference on main strategy for drawing out some strategy for consolidating educational capacity of general high school which is in disadvantage due to high school diversity and special high school promotion policy and draw out some suggestions in long and short term perspective for consolidating the capacity of general high school in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The study analyzed responses from 31 general high schools in Gyeongsangbuk-do, 3,383 parents, and 7,953 students. The results showed that Generally the satisfaction on program in educational capacity consolidation policy is medium level and student satisfaction is low. For satisfaction, the satisfaction on small-size school's educational program is high which means that small-size school's cooperative school organizational culture is important. The preference of practice strategy is significantly different by school size and position. In the future, the autonomy for strategy establishment in each school for reflecting educational consumer's various demand in making general high school's educational capacity consolidation strategy should be enlarged.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among BMI, perception of body shape, appearance stress, and self-perceived competence on body image and to identify the factors that influence on body image in the adolescents. The data were collected from 140 adolescents in the three middle school located J city using self-reported questionnaires and March 15 2017 to March 29 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS Statistics 20.0 program. Body image was found to be in a significant positive correlation with perception of body shape, appearance stress, and self-perceived competence. The result of the multiple regression indicates the self-perceived competence and gender predict 21%(F=10.25, p<.001) of body image. Therefore it is necessary to develop convergence self-perceived competence strategy program for establish right body image of adolescents.

This study aims to analyze problems and deduce improvement plans for information security support policies for SMEs in Korea. To this end, an effective support policy necessary for reinforcing cyber safety nets to enhance the level of information security of domestic SMEs based on the analysis results by analyzing the status and problems of the previous research review and analysis, the current status of information security of SMEs and the information security support policies of major SMEs at home and abroad. I would like to suggest improvement measures. Reinforcement of awareness, legal basis, voluntary capacity building, joint response system, professional manpower and budget support, cyber security construction, untact era support, and regional strategic industry security internalization were suggested. This can be used as the government's information security support policy to raise the level of information security of SMEs in preparation for the post Covid19.

Without overcoming the fragmented characteristics of the postmodern era and solving many difficulties as it is, our society is passing through a time of crisis more than ever because of Corona 19, a more rapid social disaster. As the crisis caused by the pandemic is prolonged, our society is becoming more diverse than before the coronavirus, and efforts in various fields of society are required to cultivate new capabilities to overcome social conflicts. This study started with an awareness of the necessity of reinforcing Christian civic education to fulfill the public responsibilities of Christians by recognizing the social and situational problems of this era as a public task amid in the crisis and change of the pendemic. Therefore, a meaningful work was undertaken to find an educational ministry practice frame for essential core competencies and transformative transformation competencies responding to changes in the times as education to cultivate and reinforce competencies as Christian citizens. First, the theoretical basis for competency education for Christian citizens was reviewed through the theological and Christian education theories that were studied in the situation of public theology about the public perception and social responsibility of Christians on the issues of the times. Furthermore, through this study, education to establish and cultivate the public identity of disciples-citizens as a Introductory education is explored in a multifaceted method of educational ministry, and educational methods were searched for cultivating communication competencies of Christian citizens with practical capacity of public faith. In conclusion, through this study, an educational ministry frame of identity cultivation, the core competency of recognizing the position of the public mission as a Christian citizen while living as a disciple of God's kingdom in the world and an educational frame to cultivate the ability to communicate as a transformative Christian citizen's transformative competency to carry out public tasks was systematically established, and an educational ministry convergence frame was proposed for cultivating core competencies and transformation competencies for Christian citizenship education.

Multinational enterprises(MNEs) try to strengthen their global innovative capabilities by incorporating the foreign subsidiaries' knowledge bases. Foreign subsidiaries play an important role in MNEs' knowledge creation activities. This study develops a strategy model that strengthening the knowledge creation capabilities of Korean firms' foreign subsidiaries. Four strengthening strategy types are derived from three research areas related with center of excellence, subsidiary strategic roles, and knowledge creation capabilities. The strategies that strengthen knowledge creation capabilities are including organizational culture and autonomy reinforcing strategy, subsidiary's absorptive capacity reinforcing strategy, local environment management strategy, and network building strategy. Strategic fit conditions which support the success of each strategy type are also discussed.

The need for integration of knowledge and technology among SMEs has been acknowledged, and lacks ways of convergence in practical education. Therefore contents of convergence in practical education of high quality are needed. In this study, a case-oriented curriculum and contents were developed to enhance employee's skills of SMEs. The curriculum consists of 3 steps. The first step is analysis of trends and current status of convergence of SMEs in the domestic and foreign areas. Thus drawing up measures of standards to analyze a successful case. The second step is collection of materials, and development of models through successful cases of convergence. The third step is the analysis of a curriculum to enhance employees' of SMEs and the development of an education program. This study may lead to strengthening competition of SMEs through knowledge and technology convergence based on developed curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to provide a suggestion to improve speciality and job performance of social work case management using importance-performance-analysis(IPA). A quantitative research design was used and data were collected from 209 social workers who are in charge of case manager job at Ulsan metropolitan area. Study participants were asked the recognition of importance-job competence and need for supervision-experience of social work case management job description on the NCS(9 competency units, 33 competency units). Descriptive analysis and IPA were performed. This study found the need for intensified job competence of 'building external operating systems' and 'development of resource linkage systems'. Also, it is necessary to provide intensive supervision for 'building an external and internal operating system.' Based on the results, future direction of intensified job performance for socla work case management was discussed.

This study was originated from the idea that it would be important for caring service of community children center to be positioned as the institution to strengthen the public nature and provide quality care services to children. In particular, competencies of the employees in community children centers play an important role and the quality of children care services is the crucial evaluation parameter for those institutions. The objectives of this study are to investigate the effects of the competency levels of the employees in community children centers on the service quality to children and to verify the mediated effect of self-efficacy on their service quality to children. With respect to the data analysis methods, hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Barron & Kenny's method was used to understand the mediated effect of self-efficacy. Also, Sobel test was performed to investigate the significance of mediated effect of self-efficacy. The study results are, first, the service quality to children might be differed by the level of competencies of the employees in community children centers; and second, partial mediated effect of self-efficacy was found between their competencies and service quality to children. These results implicate that service quality to children can be improved by strengthening competencies of the employees in community children centers and enhancing their self-efficacy. It is necessary to try to improve the service quality by enhancing competencies and self-efficacy of the employees in community children centers, which will lead those institutions to play a crucial role in the caring services.
