This study is considered how retro design concepts that are used pop art can be expressed through overview of theories and cases, and suggested applying to retro design. As a result, we found first, concepts reflecting popular image, second, popular hero concepts simply represented pop art's feature. Third, there were no cases that are expressing the wounds made by political life. The most of cases expressed retro design with pop art representation techniques rather than reflecting of pop art's ideology or spirit. Pop art's retro design should be expressed as a modern style not only with reproduction of pop art, but also with designer's creativity and pop art's ideology and reinterpretation of formative meaning. Thus, it needs to set a concept by exploring of modern globalized mass media or daily life of people. Also, it should applying people's entertainment, spare time and fantasy to bright cheerful mood of pop art to express each area of design.

This study was to explore ex-offender's social readjustment based on the perceptions of correctional professionals and correctional counselors. For the study, 10 correctional professionals were interviewed including university professors majoring in criminology, judges of family court, various correctional workers and 8 correctional counselors responsible for counseling of ex-offender's in the Korea Rehabilitation Agency. The interviews were analyzed using content analysis procedures proposed by Krippendorff(2003). The results were composed of 5 spheres, 15 dimensions, 36 categories, and 77 meaning contents. With regard to social readjustment experiences of ex-offender's, domains such as 'education', 'psychotherapy', 'employment and job search', 'service, culture and leisure', and 'social and national support' were drawn from the analyses. Based on the results of this study, significance and implications were presented.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of motive for Rowing Academy participation on satisfaction and continuance intention. The participants were from general population who had experience of using Rowing Academy. A total of 230 questionnaires were distributed from Aug. 1 to Sep. 30, 2017 and, after excluding 29 questionnaires that had missed or inappropriate answers thus low reliability, 201 questionnaires were included in effective sample. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmative factor analysis, association analysis, path analysis through structural equation modelling analysis were performed. The results, based on them, are as follows: First, the health orientation factor, the family orientation factor, the social relationship orientation factor, the leisure orientation factor from motive for Rowing Academy participation had significant effect on satisfaction. Second,, the satisfaction with Rowing Academy participation had effect on continuation intention.

This study aimed to develop the short-form of age-friendly scale which was suitable for the Korean cities and to examine the validity. To develop the scale, WHO and Seoul welfare foundation's age-friendly city guide were compared and analyzed. The data for this study were collected on people aged over 55 years old living in Seoul. The results in exploratory factor analysis showed that seven-factor structure model was appropriate for the scale. Seven factors were outdoor amenity, transportation, leisure activity, social participation, social communication, health and welfare service, social exclusion. The results supported the construct and concurrent validity of the age-friendly scale. Also its good internal consistency was confirmed. The implication and limitation of the study and suggestions for the future studies were discussed.

소합향원 (蘇合香元) 가감방(加減方) 정유향기의 진통효과가 투여방법에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지를 비교, 검토함으로서 본 약재의 새로운 적용방법을 탐색해 보고자 한다. 방법 : 가감소합향원에서 추출한 정유향기를 실험동물을 대상으로 7일간 경구 (50mg/kg, 100mg/kg), 흡입 (매일 3시간씩 1일 2회), 또는 피부도찰 (10mg) 방법으로 투여하여 페닐퀴논-유도 writhing test, 아세트산-유도 writhing test 및 hot-plate test를 실시하였다. 결과 : 가감소합향원 정유향기는 페닐퀴논-유도 writhing test에서는 피부도찰이 가장 효과적 이었으며 그 효과는 양성 대조약물인 아세트아미노펜 보다 약간 더 우수하였다 (p<0.05). 아세트산-유도 writhing test에서도 피부도찰법이 가장 좋은 효과를 나타내었으며 양성대조 약물인 아미노피린보다는 좀 더 좋은 효과를 보여주었다 (p<0.05). 그러나 hot-plate test에서는 경구투여가 가장 좋은 진통효과를 나타내었는데 고용량 (100mg/kg)에서는 양성 대조약물인 아세트아미노펜보다 유의적으로 더 효과적이었으나 저용량 (50mg/kg )에서는 이보다 다소 약하였다. 이상의 연구결과, 가감소합향원의 정유향기는 피부도찰시에는 비특이적 화학자극제인 페닐퀴논이나 아세트산에 의한 통증의 완화에 보다 효과적이며, 경구투여시에는 중추신경계에 영향을 미치는 hot plate에 의한 열자극성 통증에 더 유효함을 의미한다. 결론 : 가감소합향원의 정유향기액은 향기흡입보다는 피부흡수나 경구투여방법으로 진통의 목적으로 응용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study aims to empirically structure the patterns of consumption and their effects on depression among the employed baby-boomers who were born in 1955 to in 1963. We used the 5th wave of Korea Retirement and Income Study(KReIS) in 2013 (n=2,585). The Latent Profile Analysis(LPA) estimated the empirical patterns of consumption and then a multiple regression analyzed the effect of consumption patterns on depression. The LPA results showed that the consumption patterns consist of four groups: Basic life-oriented class, Social life-oriented class, Home-based lifestyle class, and Advanced consumption-oriented class. The working baby boomers' depression was associated with their consumption patterns. Specifically, the social life-oriented class showed significantly lower depression than the basic life-oriented class and advanced consumption-oriented class. Other associates with higher levels of depression were found as lower education, having no spouse, lower self-rated health, higher levels of physical limitation, having a diagnosed disability, lower satisfaction with leisure activities, lower income, and lower subjective economic status in this study. Based on the results of this study, we propose the need for specialized financial intervention better for baby-boomers' retirement preparation in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of College Students' Ego Status on career aspiration and job choice value. In order to investigate this questionnaire, 120 students from the Tourism Management Department of S University in Gyeonggi-do were surveyed. The questionnaire was reconstructed on the basis of previous studies and total of 45 items. Survey items of career choice value were 7 items including leadership desire, professionalism, direct improvement, social contribution, intellectual value calculation, vacation guarantee, salary Level. As a result of the study, it was found that career aspiration and job choice value were highly correlated with each other and that egogram structure showed a high correlation with adult ego status. Also, the higher the career aspiration and the higher the adult ego status, the higher the value of job choice. Based on the above results, the analysis of the ego-status profile based on the transactional analysis theory can be used as a very useful basic data for exploring the students' career decision, career choice and job choice, I think it will help me to understand and find an alternative career path.

Demand for car navigation systems has been an explosive increase because of prevalence of owner-drivers, spare time spread, and so on. In addition, car navigation systems are achieving a rapid growth to be the important part of telematics industry with services such as real-time traffic information and DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting). The network data, one of the composition components in car navigation systems, is most important component because that is abstract of real world road network and base data in pathfinding. However most of the car navigation systems have been stand-alone system. Thus user's network data becomes outdated according to the time passing and does not reflect the change of road information in real world. To overcome this problem, users have to update network data in car navigation systems periodically. This method is quite cumbersome process. For this reason, this study proposed a new update method to serve the difference network data on user's device and the real world in real time, and simulated to verify.

The purpose of the research is to find out both what information tweens (12~14 years old adolescents) need and how they use YouTube to satisfy with their information needs. In order to achieve the goal, the research collected the data by conducting a survey on tweens (N=130) and analyzed the data with statistical processes. The research found out some significant results: first, tweens frequently use the informaton on YouTube and search for leisure information most often. Second, tweens search for information on YouTube because of ease and convenience on learning information even though they do not trust the information on YouTube. Third, tweens regard that YouTube play the role as a significant information source and searching tool, and use information on YouTube because the information on YouTube are composed of easy-to-understand video format. On the basis of the results, the research suggests and discusses how information organization such as public or school libraries provide information services for youth groups effectively.

The purpose of this study is to explore elderly women's experience of the convergent tea culture therapy program when they use day care centers, ultimately getting a better understanding of such experience. For the purpose, the study made profound interviews with 4 old women who experienced the convergent tea culture therapy program from its start to final session. That program was provided by H day care center located in P city. And then, this research analyzed data from those interviews by using the phenomenological methods. As a result of the analysis, the study could divided the surveyed female elders' experience of the above mentioned program largely into 4 categories, which are, 'getting away from daily routines', 'feeling as if I'm the queen when having tea', 'finding myself feeling younger with tea', and 'feeling the true sense of happiness with tea'. With this result taken into serious consideration, this study suggested that more attention and intervention be urgently needed in the field of senior welfare practices, especially leisure activity for elders which is currently in trouble due to the covid-19 crisis.
