본 연구는 우리나라가 초고령화 사회로의 진입을 앞두는 상황에서 공공도서관이 노인이용자에게 편리한 여가시설이자 세대를 통합하는 공간적 기능을 지닌 사회적 기관으로서 인식되기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 시도되었다. 특히 도서관의 공간 및 시설 설계에 대한 시사점과 전략을 찾기 위한 것이 본 연구의 목표이며, 이를 위해 해외 도서관 노인서비스 공간·시설 관련 주요 지침을 분석하여 관련 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 도서관 서비스 이용경험이 있는 노인이용자를 대상으로 심층면담 조사를 수행하여 노인을 위한 공간·시설 조성 시의 기준과 우선순위 등을 규명하고, 그 결과 공공도서관이 노인서비스 공간을 구성하기 위한 방안으로서 '개방형 노인서비스 공간'과 '통합형 노인서비스 공간'을 제언하였다.

Although the government financial aid is insufficient and the lack of programs and facilities prevent it from developing and activation in the rural local society, welfare centers for the aged are formed an ever-greater part of the leisure and welfare facility for the aged in rural areas. As a result, the objectives of this study are to investigate and identify the actual conditions of use by the aged and the degree of satisfaction for welfare centers for the aged in Uiseong district. The results of this study are as follows. In the survey sample characteristics based on a total of 303 survey, the percentage of women (55.2%) was much higher than men (44.8%), average age is 73.3 years old. According to the results of the analysis, most important motivation is for health and making friends, and major useful facilities and programs are related to physical activities, sing a song and rehabilitation. From the results of the overall satisfaction, positive promotions and sufficient aid are required for the aged in the rural local society. Further any programs developed internally are required to promote and activate the leisure activity programs for the aged.

Being able to enjoy leisure time for adolescents is a necessary activity, for it helps them relieve their anxiety and stress and develop their potential. It is necessary to incorporate such spaces in the housing plans in advance and support diverse community activities. The current living spaces do not hold proper spaces and facilities for community activities appropriate for adolescents. Community facilities should be planned so as to reflect the needs of these adolescents, based on a clear survey in advance. The current study has conducted a survey to find out about the level of satisfaction and requests from adolescents on the leisure facilities their current living spaces hold. Based on this prior research, this study looks for solutions that could solve the issue at hand. The current community facilities are not convenient to support a diversity of leisure activities to the adolescents. The community facilities should be able to supplement information on the various activities put in place for the youth and widely supply the programs in demand. Furthermore, the adolescents wanted to form their own community within the facilities to practice their leisurely activities. We can safely assume that the youth's desire for more community amenities will increase for their own development.

The Purpose of this research is to investigate utilization and recognition about neighborhood leisure facilities of middle school students. The data were collected through the questionnaire from 532 second grade students of 6 middle schools at Yeon-su Gu. Nam-dong Gu, and Suh Gu in In-chon. Results of the study are as follows; 1) They were most likely to use the consumptive and commercial entertainment-association facilities. There was no difference in the total number of frequencies of using facilities among the three areas. The students were more likely to use the leisure facilities whatever available for them easily to access. 2) All the using degree, sufficient degree and satisfactory degree of the leisure facilities were below the middle Point. The degree of using facilities by the student was insignificantly different among three areas but the sufficient and satisfactory degrees were varied. The regression result showed that the use of Public facilities as well as culture or sports facilities significantly increased sufficient and satisfaction degrees This research suggests to offer inexpensive leisure facilities of culture and sports in district residential area so as to access easily and to offer facilities for girls' students to activate using leisure facilities.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affected on the perception of appropriateness and the evaluation of physical state in the public community facilities. The sample of the study were consisted of 381 middle-aged and the aged who were participated in the leisure programs of the public community facilities and were living in Seoul and Daegu. Frequencies, means, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression were employed for the analysis. The results of the study were as follows: The perception of appropriateness and the evaluation of the physical state in the public community facilities were differed by the type of facilities. The factors affected on the perception of appropriateness of the public community facilities were region, the access of transportation, and leisure attitude of the middle-aged and the aged. The factors had effects on the evaluation of the physical state of the facilities were educational attainment, health status, region, the access of transportation and the leisure participation.

The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of service facilities, and needs for service facilities using for leisure in multi-family housing properties. The multi-family housing complexes in Seoul were selected in this study. Site visits, analysis of drawing of complex and questionnaire survey were conducted. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included frequencies. The research results were as follows; The studied apartment complexes provided the appropriate and adequate service facilities in accordance to the regulations of multi-family housing. Playground for children, senior center, resting place were found in all the complexes, but the presence of exercise facilities, shared spaces, green spaces, and community parks was somewhat different across the studied complexes. Satisfaction with leisure facilities were different with the apartment complexes. The respondents who had lived older apartment complexes were more likely to increase dissatisfaction, and the reason was attributed to no presence of the leisure facilities they wanted to use. The respondents said that such service facilities using for leisure facilities as playground for children, senior center, community parks, walkways, reading room, and fitness center were highly needed.

In accordance with recent highly advanced economic growth, the demand of leisure life is quite increasing, and also the increase of nature-friendly leisure with health-pursuing concept where human -being enjoys pleasant environment, is to me said as one of recent social traits. Accordingly, it is research the present situation and characteristic of the popularized housing-type accommodating facility, and then this study has discussed on the method how to plan the interior space of such facility to meet with environmental -friendly peculiarity and the object for health enhancement. At first, the program which applied the sustainable design techniques should be preceded, and when planning of interior space, the management method and space planning on the facility and the system should be properly considered in order to enhance the user's health. So to speak, in order to keep and promote the space user's health, those proposing methods such as the followings have been suggested likely as, consideration regarding to air-ventilation and lighting, usage of environmental-friendly material, use of life drainage, custom-typed plane planning, utilization of balcony space, storing furniture and systemization of kitchen space, themed bathroom, inducement of indoor-gardening, and so on. It is expected that this could be applied very usefully to the space plan of the small-scaled housing-type accommodation under planning to develop or renovation.

최근, 우리나라는 소득수준 향상, 교통여건 개선 등으로 여가활동 및 관광형태가 다양화되면서 육지 레저에서 해양 레저 활동이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 이런 여가활동을 수용할 수 있는 기반시설을 구축하고 있지만, 아직도 부족한 실정이다. 또한, 시설 구축 시 도입되는 기자재는 거의 전량을 수입하고 있으며 특히 마리나 구축 시 사용되는 긴장계류장치도 비슷한 상황이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무와 아라미드섬유 등 재료를 이용하여 긴장계류장치를 구성하고 신뢰성 기반 강건 설계를 통해 국내 해양환경에 적합한 제품을 개발하여 해양레저문화 활성화와 산업발전에 이바지할 수 있을 거라고 생각한다.

본 연구는 통합여수시를 사례로 도시생활환경의 측정 및 삶의 질 변화에 대한 도시민의 인식.평가의 변화를 설문조사를 통해 살펴보았고, 이를 바탕으로 지역주민의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책적 대안을 제시하였다. 통합여수시의 삶의 질은 5년 전에 비해서 전체적으로 삶의 질은 향상된 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 삶의 질에 관한 9개 지표 중에서 주거생활, 도시행정 및 편익서비스 등은 5년전보다 상대적으로 향상된 반면, 자연환경, 문화 및 여가생활, 교통환경 등은 나빠진 것으로 평가하였다. 그리고 여수시민들은 통합여수시의 지속적인 발전을 도모하기 위해서는 교통문제, 문화 및 여가시설의 확충 등이 주요한 과제라고 인식하였고, 21세기의 통합여수시가 해양관광도시, 교육문화도시로 발전하기를 선호하였다. 따라서 여수대도시권을 구축율 위한 주요 과제로는 경제기반시설의 확충, 워터프런트의 개발 및 보전, 관광산업의 활성화, 시민중심의 도시경관 조성, 지역문화운동의 전개 등이 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구는 노인요양시설에 도입가능한 스마트 기술을 탐색해봄으로 시설입소노인들의 삶의 질 향상을 꾀하기 위해 시도되었다. 조사대상자는 노인요양시설에서 노인의 직 간접적 케어에 종사하는 요양보호사, 사회복지사, 간호사 등을 대상으로 실시되었으며 총 6개의 요양시설에 근무하는 종사자들을 통해 총 127명의 자료가 수집되었다. 수집방법은 설문지를 이용하되 4명의 노인복지전공자들이 스마트기기에 대한 설명을 병행했다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 평균 및 표준편차를 통한 요구도를 분석한 결과 스마트 기술을 요양시설에 적용할 경우 가장 유용한 영역으로는 가족관계지원 영역, 건강지원 영역, 여가지원 영역, 물리적환 경적응지원 영역의 순으로 나타났다. 구체적 항목별로는 물리적환경적응지원 영역에서는 시설직원익히기, 특정공간 방향찾기였으며, 건강지원영역에서는 안전센서, 프로그램 알람이, 가족관계 지원영역에서는 가족 사진보기, 자신의 사진/동영상 앨범 활용이, 여가 지원영역에서는 음악듣기, 영화/텔레비젼 시청이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 응답자의 인구 사회적 특성 및 스마트기기 특성에 따라 다르게 나타났는데, 이를 토대로 향후 연구에서는 노인을 대상으로 스마트 기술에 대한 욕구를 파악함으로 좀 더 심도깊은 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
