Plant location selection is a decision which requires huge investment and entails a significant impact in a longer-term. The petrochemical industry, in particular, is so capital- and technology-intensive that the firms in the industry pursue enhancing competitiveness through collaboration and integration among entities in their supply chains. Even though the logistics factor such as logistics costs and connectivity have, as a result, gained its importance in plant location decision making, this has rarely studies in empirical studies. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relative importance of the logistics factor in plant location decision making in the petrochemical industry using the multi-criteria decision-making approach. In addition the three representative petrochemical industrial complexes are evaluated by the factors used in this study. This study is able to provide the useful implication in both practical and policy-making aspects. Firms are required to consider the logistics factors with priority compared to other factors in plant location decision making. In addition, when federal or local governments build industrial sites and attract the petrochemical firm, logistics infrastructure should also be considered to provide better transportation connectivity and lower logistics costs in turn.

최근들어 우루과이 협상의 진전이 가사화됨에 따라 서비스업의 개방이 현실적인 사항으로 인식되고 있고, 서비스업으로 분류되는 건설업도 개방압력에 직면해 있다. 건설시장의 개방에 따라 가장 크게 우려되는 부분은 국내업체의 설계 및 엔지니어링 분야를 들 수 있으며 선진외국 건설업체와 비교했을 때 매우취약한 실정이다. 이에 대처하기 위해 설계 및 엔지니어링 기술을 육성시킬 수 있는 기술경쟁입찰 풍토를 조성할 필요성이 있으며 설계 및 시공단계의 상호조정을 통하여 공사수행을 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 일괄입찰제도의 확대운용은 필수적이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 일괄입찰공사의 확대시행을 위한 현행 일괄입찰제도의 개선방향을 설정하고 일괄입찰제도 절차의 개선안을 제안하여 설계입찰자의 평가 및 낙찰자 선정에 대한 구체적인 개선안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 개선방안의 마련을 위해 설문 및 면담조사가 실시되었으며 최종적으로 실무자들과의 총의회를 통하여 최종안을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 주된 내용은 일괄입찰공사유형의 제시, 사전자격심사, 입찰서류 및 입찰기간, 입찰자평가시 발주처참여, 낙찰자선정, 실시설계판정, 건축$\cdot$토목$\cdot$기계$\cdot$설비에 대한 새로운 평가체계 제시 등으로 요약할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a evaluation method and matching process model which derives suitable design firm for a client. Unlike the existing evaluation method, the suggested evaluation method and matching process for interior design firm allows a client specify his own needs. The evaluation methods utilizes designers experience record, past performance and customers post occupancy evaluation to derive design firms meeting clients requirements. With this method and matching process model, customers could access the design firms more efficiently and the design firms suitable for the clients needs could be suggested.

본 논문의 국내 패션 업체에서 상품기획 과정 중 많은 시간과 노력을 투자해야 했던 디자인 및 패턴 자료를 데이터베이스화하여 key word를 통해 효율적으로 찾아 사용할 수 있도록 한 디지털 여성 자켓 분류 데이터베이스 시스템을 개발하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 의류업체 종사자 48명과 의류학 전공 대학원생 54명, 패턴 전문가 11명을 대상으로 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하여 디자인 및 패턴의 분류 기준과 의류 생산기획 업무의 디지털화 가능성을 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 의류업체에서는 상품기획시 국외패션잡지와 collection지를 가장 많이 활용하고 있었으며, 디자인 및 패턴 DB 프로그램에 대한 효용성 기대와 수용도 기대에는 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여성 자켓 디자인 DB를 위한 구성요소 분류 기준은 7가지고 선정되었고, 이미지 형용사 분류 기준은 6가지로 선정되었다. 또한 자켓 제작을 위한 block pattern 분류 기준은 4가지로 선정되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자켓 디자인 선택 프로그램의 모델을 제시한 후 실험 참가자들에게 효용성 및 사용가능성을 다시 검증한 결과, 프로그램 제시 전 조사결과보다 유의하게 긍정적으로 평가되었으며, 데이터베이스 자료 활용시 이미지 형용사를 통한 검색보다는 구성요소를 통한 검색에 더 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze managemental problems that were made by cooperator and to offer improvable plan for small and medium construction company. The adapted research method a case study three small and medium contractors and investigate the managemental operation of cooperator and rating standard. Also analyze problem of the rating standard and managemental state of the cooperator and offer improvable plan. The results of this research are as follows. 1)Applying open bid system for supplying low price subcontract for practical rule. 2) Applying rating ratio of subcontract that is followed by receiving status, constructing ability, and selling scale of small and medium construction company for improving working of cooperator.

This study aims to provide solutions concerned with to residential moving companies about their operational problems. In order to shed light on these problem, factor analysis and fuzzy AHP method are adopted. Selected factors are low quality of workers and equipments, weak condition of business, policy and form of a contract, and excessive competition. The results of survey show that excessive competition is the most urgent problem compared with other problems. In the twelve-measured variables, The problem of non-certificated firms, low service quality caused by excessive competition, and claims caused by lack of service instruction are chosen as the urgent matters. As a result of the analyses, the study would propose policy directions how to solve these problems. Firstly, the government should make the legal basis of operating the industry because there is too competitive in the field. Secondly, the government should regulate firms which have not a certificate because they are the cause of low service quality in the field. Thirdly, in order to improve the service quality, the study would suggest that the managers should instruct the workers of residential moving companies. Lastly, the paper would suggest that customers check the certificate of the firm allowed by the government authorities.

상수도시설은 준공후 관련지자체에 이관 관리하는 시설로서 사용관종이 현재 다양하게 생산 보급되고 있어 관종 선정시 다각적인 측면에서 검토하여 채택하여야 한다. 최근 한국토지공사에서 사용하고 있는 상수도 관종은 대부분 택지개발계획 등 인허가 당시부터 관리주체인 지자체 등과의 협의과정을 거쳐 선정되는 경우가 많아 자재선택에 한계성이 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 자재 성능에 대한 공사내 명확한 기준이 제시되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 배수관과 급수관용으로 최근 사용되고 있는 관종에 대한 특성을 분석하고, 각각의 관종에 대하여 기본통수성, 내구성, 시공성, 경제성, 외부환경인자로 구분하여 성능평가근거를 제시하였다. 제시된 평가근거를 바탕으로 각 관종의 항목별 평가등급을 부여하고, 이를 통해 좀 더 구체적인 상수관 자재선정 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 작업을 뒷받침하기 위한 과정으로 전국 주요 상수관 제조업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 다양한 관종에 대한 평가자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 상수도관 다양한 성능평가항목 및 기준을 통해 자재성능검토를 수행하였고, 상수관 자재선정기준 제시를 위한 기초자료를 구축하였다.

In the system integration (SI) industry, improving relationships with outsourcing partners is one of the key challenges faced by SI companies that aim to increase productivity and reduce costs. In the SI industry, over 80% of project development work is performed by these outsourcing partners. Hence, large SI companies focus on fostering high-performing partners through improved cooperation and mutual relations. However, in the SI industry the existing process of managing outsourcing partners is unable to advance to the level of long-term partnerships due to inadequate information sharing and communication in the process of selecting and assessing a potential and existing partner. Based on the theory of partnership, this study identifies the success factors for new strategic partnerships. Further, this study presents a model for assessing partner companies to promote increased productivity and improve the relationship between an SI company and its partner. In addition, this model is used to assess partner relationships for a well-known SI company "A". This study explores the feasibility of a new framework model.

Various procurement systems for Architecture-Engineering service for public construction project are currently established by construction-related law. However, comprehensive framework and criteria for the selection of Architecture-Engineering firm are in absence. Even though various selection methods for Architecture-Engineering service are currently established by law, cost-based selection method is mainly used in selecting Architecture-Engineering firm for the service. This paper examined current use of procurement system for Architecture-Engineering service and drew problems in practice. Through analysis of problems and bench-marking of those systems in advanced countries and international organizations, several strategies to improve performance of Architecture-Engineering service and to maximize the efficiency were suggested. The suggestions include framework and guideline to select a procurement method for the service which is being considered for the project and way of improving current procurement system. These suggestions will be a foundation for utilizing appropriate procurement system for the specific project and can make domestic Architecture-Engineering firm more competitive in the global market by breaking form the cost-based selection method in the selection of Architecture-Engineering firms.

The purpose of this study is concerned with evaluating management performance in electronics and communication companies using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) DEA is a linear programming based technique for measuring the relative performance of organizational units where the Presence of multiple inputs and outputs makes comparisons difficult. In this research. input variables are raw-material costs, number of employees, and production capacity Real production, sales revenue and net earning are suggested as output variables. Management performance of most companies are increased or equal during 97 and 98 fiscal year and input & output variables show high correlation.
