A Qualitative Research on Conflict Experiences of Clinical Dental Hygienists (임상 치과위생사의 갈등 경험에 관한 질적 연구)

  • This study was aimed at exploring the meaning and essence of the conflict experiences of clinical dental hygienists. In-depth interviews with 13 dental hygienists working in a dental clinic were conducted. Giorgi's method was used for qualitative analysis of the data. Conflict experiences of clinical dental hygienists were categorized into four central meaning as task conflicts, interpersonal conflicts, organizational environment conflicts, and conflict management style. Participants felt more sensitive towards the attitudes of people than treatment itself. Further studies on the multifaceted approach to conflict experiences of dental hygienists should be made. Additional research is necessary to develop effective measures and program to prevent and reduce conflict and stress in the work environment of dental hygienists.

A Study of Effecting Factors on Job Satisfaction of the Elderly Care Social Workers (노인 돌봄 서비스관리자의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인연구)

  • This study is to examine the job satisfaction of the social workers who manage the elderly care service in country, in order to find political alternatives and practical strategies for improving job satisfaction. The Factors to effect on job satisfaction are categorized as three groups ; personal factors, working environment factors and service related factors. The survey was conducted by 231 social workers who participated in a national seminar among 244 elderly care facilities in country, and 220 effective data were collected. Which factors effected on the job satisfaction of social workers and how much effected on it by them were mainly analyzed. The mean of job satisfaction status was 3.01, which was slightly higher than average(2.5). Men had higher job satisfaction than women. The unmarried than the married, permanent workers than contract workers, and workers who didn't execute other jobs had higher job satisfaction also. And The main factors which effected on job satisfaction were sex among personal factors, the manager willingness and not executing other jobs among working environment factors, and service attitude among service related factors. Particularly, the manager willingness was shown to effect on job satisfaction the most, and then service attitude, not executing other jobs and sex effected on it in order. The result showed that the elderly care facilities which had stronger manager willingness and better service attitude provided higher job satisfaction, and men who didn't execute other jobs than women had higher job satisfaction. The job satisfactions of payment and benefits, employment stability, appropriateness of working amount and working time, working environment and welfare conditions were lower than average. Therefore, the strategies to improve the lower job conditions are promptly required. Above all, the low payment strategy that has not been increased at all for 3 years has to be changed. In addition, it is important for the social workers not to execute other jobs as much as possible in order to reduce working amount and working time appropriately. In conclusion, it is required to try to improve the job satisfaction of the social workers who are the core of human service continually, which will make the elderly care service successful and effectiveness improved.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure experience and job-attitude and organizational citizenship behavior. And this study indicates how positive emotion affects the relationship between leisure experience and job-attitude and organizational citizenship behavior. The results from this study are as follows: First, leisure experience influenced significantly the positive emotion, the positive emotion was giving positive affection to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, positive emotion mediated between leisure experience and job-attitude and organizational citizenship behavior. This study was giving us implications that positive emotion from leisure experience is more important than leisure activities themselves when we plan 'fun management'.

Expectations and Anxieties Affecting Attitudes toward Artificial Intelligence Revolution (인공지능 혁신에 대한 기대와 불안 요인 및 영향 연구)

  • Humans have anxieties as well as expectations for artificial intelligence. This study attempted to identify the expectation and anxiety factors affecting the attitude toward artificial intelligence innovation and to ascertain how much influence they have on current artificial intelligence innovation. This study considered that attitudes toward artificial intelligence may be different for each generation sharing a similar technology change culture. Therefore, the researchers limited the research subjects to I generation, which is the main users of artificial intelligence in the future. As a main result, the factors of expectiation of 'performance gain', 'positive social impact', and the factor of anxiety of 'threat to human-oriented social value' were drawn, and these factors influenced weak and strong artificial intelligence respectively. The results of this study suggests that artificial intelligence should develop into a pleasant relationship with humankind.

청소년 기업가정신 교육이 기업가적 태도와 진로개발역량에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구는 과학기술의 발전과 이에 따른 급속한 사회변화 속에서 청소년의 진로를 탐색하고 역량을 높이기 위해 운영되고 있는 기업가정신 교육의 효과성을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 청소년기는 미래인재로서 진로탐색을 위해 다양한 시도를 해야 할 필요성이 있는 시기이므로 청소년들에게 다양한 기회를 발견하고 활용하여 문제 상황을 해결해보는 경험이 필요하다할 수 있다. 기업가정신의 구성요인은 일반적으로 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성을 포함한다. 위험감수성은 불확실한 결과가 예상됨에도 과감히 도전하려는 의지이고, 진취성은 새로운 기회를 선제적 및 적극적으로 포착하기 위한 노력이며, 혁신성이 새로운 변화와 혁신을 선호하고 추구하면서 문제를 해결하려는 노력이라는 점에서 기회와 창의성, 문제해결력이 기업가정신에 중요한 요인에 포함됨을 판단할 수 있다. 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 효과성 측정항목으로 기업가적 태도와 진로개발역량으로 정하고, 기업가적 태도 하위항목으로 기회발견과 창의성 역량을, 창의성 역량의 세부지표로 창의적 문제해결능력, 협력적 의사소통능력, 혁신적 업무행동능력 선정하였다. 진로개발역량의 하위항목으로 진로설계, 개척정신을 정하였으며 진로설계의 세부지표로 자기탐색, 직업탐색, 직업가치관, 진로태도를, 개척정신의 세부지표로 차별화태도, 도전정신을 선정하였다. 이의 측정을 위해 청소년 기업가정신 교육 프로그램을 경기도 소재 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 10월까지 실시하였다. 본 연구결과로 기업가정신 함양 프로그램을 수강한 학생들이 교육을 통하여 어떠한 역량이 높아졌는지에 대한 검증이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 이러한 효과측정을 통하여 더 나은 교육프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 계기의 마련과 기업가정신 교육에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀 기업가정신 교육의 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The construction project manager must clearly carry out the activities of each construction stage specified in the 'Task Description'. In this study, 'design change' and 'completion process' were classified as core tasks in consideration of the frequency and importance of tasks. And, by analyzing the actual construction project, the task contents for the core work were standardized. This laid the foundation for the ordering office, construction project management technicians, and builders to clearly understand the business areas of construction project management and fulfill their responsibilities for their respective tasks.

  • To enlarge the international competition and construction productivity, the domestic construction market attracts the private capital and expands the facility of :iocial Overhead Capital(SOC). However, the application of the business system used at the public project didn't utilize the effect of social overhead capital. It caused problems that parties' business was inefficient and their allotment of the risk was inadequate. This paper presents the course to reorganize the business system which the coincides with the origin aim of the SOC. For the reformation of the supervisor's work scope and business system and the government's overall project management, in other words, this paper proposes the professional organization to replace the superintendence and the formation of optimal business system. This paper confirms the privity of contract among parties of SOC project and parties' work scope and system between relative laws and concession agreement that government made a contract with Special purpose Company (SPC).

  • 최근 들어 기업에서는 제품을 유지하고 보수하는데 드는 비용을 절감하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로써 부품관리 기능과 외주 관리 기능을 통합적으로 운영 할 수 있는 CITIS시스템의 도입을 적극 생각해볼 수 있다 본 연구에서는 제품의 라이프 사이클을 통해 발생되는 외주관련 비지니스 및 부품기술 정보를 기업 간에 효율적으로 교환함으로써 외주업무 자동화와 효율증대를 기할 수 있는 CITIS형 외주 및 부품관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저 기존 전자업계의 외주 및 부품관리 프로세스의 현황을 파악하여 업무를 분석하였고, 외주 및 부품관리 프로세스를 정의하였다. 그에 따른 각각의 하부프로세스를 정의하여 외주 및 부품관리 업무의 TO-BE 모델을 개발하였다. 이것의 실제적 구현을 위하여 필요한 요소기술체계를 정립하여 기본적인 아키텍쳐 모델을 개발하였다.

  • 2 500${\sim}$2 690MHz 대역은 전 세계적으로 우주업무와 지상업무가 공동으로 이용하는 대역으로서, 한정된 전파자원의 환경 하에서 이 주파수 대역의 공유 문제가 이슈로 대두되었다. 이와 관련하여 국제전기통신연합의 전파통신부문(ITU-R) 최고 의결 회의인 세계전파통신회의(WRC)에서는 ITU-R로 하여금 이 주파수 대역의 공유를 위한 기술적/규정적 연구를 수행하게 하였고, 이 연구결과를 토대로 2007년 10월에 개최되는 WRC에서 관련 규정을 제/개정할 예정이다. 본 고에서는 ITU-R에서 수행된 주파수 공유 연구 결과, 각 국가/기구의 입장 및 2007년 7월 부산에서 개최된 아/태 지역 WRC 준비그룹의 최종 회의 결과 등을 분석하고 향후 대응 방안을 고찰하였다.

  • RPA는 단순 반복적 사무업무를 자동화하여 업무 효율화의 강력한 도구로 최근 각광받고 있다. RPA는 업무 자동화를 정의하기 위한 세부 요소로 구성되며, 최근 빅데이터 기술과 융합되어 빅데이터 시각화 도구로써 기업 내 경영의사결정시스템을 구축할 수 있었다. SW Bot기반의 RPA의 기본 구성요소로 UI Bot, Process Bot, Data Bot을 정의하고 해당 기능별 요소 정의와 도입 효과를 확인한다.
