A social enterprise is an enterprise that pursues a social purpose with financial resources obtained through its own profit-making activities.. In a rapidly changing market environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult for social enterprises to maintain sustainability. Due to the poor and limited resources of social enterprises, the core competency of human resources is the most important point. In order for social enterprises to maintain their sustainability, it is very urgent to create conditions so that workers can stably commit themselves in their work. Therefore, this study tried to increase the sustainability of social enterprises by empirically analyzing the factors that affect job commitment among workers of social enterprises. As factors affecting job commitment, job fit and organizational justice factors were derived. In addition, the moderating effect of emotional leadership was also analyzed in the relationship between them. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of social enterprises and 260 valid samples were used for the analysis. The empirical analysis results were as follows. Job knowledge, job skill, job experience, job desire as sub-factors of job fit, and distributive justice, procedural justice, which were sub-factors of organizational justice, had a significant positive (+) effect on job commitment. The impact of influence was in the order of procedural justice, job experience, job desire, distributive justice, job skill, and job knowledge. On the other hand, the significance of interactional justice was not tested. Emotional leadership was analyzed to play a moderating role between job knowledge, job skill, job desire, distributive justice, procedural justice and job commitment. However, moderating effect were not tested between job experience, interactional justice and job commitment. The results of this empirical study expanded the scope of existing job-related studies by empirically analyzing the factors affecting job commitment within the category of social enterprises at the academic level. At the psychological level, job experience was found to be one of the most important factors among various influencing factors. Significant implications necessary for future training for workers and implementation of various systems were presented.

With the development of IT technologies, IT environment is making great change over life whole and is displacing business and business achievement systems of industry at the fast speed. The system which is proposed in this paper, supports environments to share codes, execution files and objects between project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency in web environments. Through impact assessment which is achieved at correction and development of existing programming codes by maintenance requirements, it minimizes obstacle occurrence factors and supports tracing obstacle sources. Through conversion the correction and development histories of existing sources and executable files between project teams to XML documents suitable to share in web, it stores them to relational database. In this paper, through impact assessment and change management for the correction and development of applications in the existing system development environments, we support efficient IT developments.

An explosive growth of mobile devices and smart phones, such as Tablet PC using wireless Internet, is changing the Information environment rapidly. Smartwork environment is an IT environment to be provided to carry out the business by accessing remotely via smart device outside of the internal IT infrastructure of an existing. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency is present to what information protection threats according to their convenience. Safeguards information that can be utilized to build a secure smartwork environment is required. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the worksmart information protection measures that can protect the information be reconciled smoothly to fit the smartwork environment.

Big data technology has been rising as a leading technology in the healthcare paradigm. As a world-class big data nation including National Health Insurance data, Korea has been focused on health policies and sustainability through database forecasting and policy establishment. So the need for education of big data by public officials in healthcare sector is increasing. However, there has not yet been National Competency Standards(NCS) or education modules, in this study, healthcare big data education module and content have been developed for the public servants with confidence.

This study proposes and verifies an integrated model that reflects and helps to explain complexities and comprehensiveness of e-Trade in practice. The primary objective was to widen and deepen our understanding about the phenomena of paperless trading which will enable us to formulate an effective means to promote the adoption and utilization of e-Trade infrastructure. This investigation combined and extended the theories and models of TAM, TOE framework, and TTF in order to identify and hypothesize the causal relationships between factors of technology, organization and environment, and the usage level and performance of e-Trade. The previous research on e-Trade was reviewed and incorporated into the extended model. The integrated model was tested based on the survey data collected from a sample of 417 trading firms. Overall, the regression and path analysis demonstrated the usefulness of the proposed model as a conceptual framework for better understanding and explanation of e-Trade. The result of the analysis implies the relevancy of the factors of technology, organization and environment for facilitating usage of and increasing performance of e-Trade. However, rejection of a few hypothesized relationships implies the necessity of extensive promotion and education about the related laws and regulations, and education, supervision and incentives for e-Trade practitioners.

As information threats to information systems diffuse, the information security becomes a major concern. Information security manpower who produce and implement information security products, and who are in charge of information security in organizations, has been important. Korean government has implemented various policies to promote the information security manpower. Those policies have been successful to supply enough number of information security manpower, but not successful to supply information security manpower to meet the various requirements of the manpower demand. In this study we adopt analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to analyze the priorities of information security technology categories to meet the demand. Results of the study suggest that the government should concentrate on promotion of manpower for the field of the 'System and Network Security Technology'.

The detailed production traceability information is a fundamental element in successful introduction and revitalization of traceability system. In this paper, we propose a production traceability information gathering system which is based on handwritten data digitalization technology in agro-livestock products. By the proposed system, we can effectively gather the detailed production traceability information with digital pen and the management ledger of paper document type by only writing the ledger. The server of the system generates the same digital image as the ledger and converts the handwritten data into digital text to insert the data into the database. Because the system is superior to data gathering system based on PC, PDA and touch screen in mobility, usability, data input speed, suitability in agro-livestock environment, it is possible to effectively gather traceability information of high quality by users even if they have low information ability and insufficient time to input data. We expect that the handwritten data digitalization technology is used to gather document based information in stage of manufacturing, distribution and marketing. In addition, this technology is applied to implementing advanced traceability system with RFID/USN based systems.

In recent years, construction information management systems using Information Technology(IT) have been developed in the construction industry. Construction information management plays a significant role in successful project implementation and completion. However, there have been a number of problems in current practice that manually collects and utilizes construction information generated in site. This paper mainly describes a new approach which is able to gather, manage, and accumulate the construction information in real-time using IT tools such as PDA, barcode, RFID, biometrics identification and digital camera. It first reviews the existing applications and their limitations, and potential IT tools for construction data collection and management. It then proposes a utilization method of IT tools for an effective information management in domestic construction site. Conclusions and future research works are also made in this paper,

This system improved production in field of school lunch program and saved o(poises. finally, this system is suitable to the service environment of school lunch program and lots of utilizations would be anticipated.

It is necessary to construct the process automation system to improve the design efficiency and procure the higher design quality on the field of ship building. To construct this system, the shipbuilding companies should improve the 3D CAD/CAM system customized to the ship design and the software about design information management which could solve the conflict problem between the several related design division at the same time. The typical example is the Hole-plan process in the ship-building design. For the request of additional holes from outfitting division, the hull design division checks the compatibility conditions and reflects these holes to the hull panels if acceptable. if not, the requests are rejected and sent back to the outfitting division. These serial processes are not simple and require the tedious communication, discussion, and the complicated drawings. This article gives a basic introduction to the process of hole-plan system and proposes a strategy to automate its process.
