미쓰비시(삼릉)전기 플랜트건설총괄부의 전력플랜트 건설공사는 수력$\cdot$화력플랜트 및 변전설비를 대상으로 하고 있으며, 수차$\cdot$수차발전기$\cdot$가스절연개폐장치(이하 ''GIS''라 한다), 변압기, 배전반 및 관련 제어기기 등의 설치 및 기기간의 배선공사 설계$\cdot$시공을 담당하고 있다. 최근의 전력플랜트를 둘러싼 일본의 시장환경은 신설 플랜트는 감소하고 갱신$\cdot$기기개수(개조, 수선) 공사의 비율이 커지고 있으며, 신설$\cdot$개보수 공사를 불문하고 공사품질의 유지와 공사비 저감을 위한 공법$\cdot$작업의 개선과 설계$\cdot$계획 업무의 합리화를 추진하여 왔다. (1) 기자재 개발에 의한 공법$\cdot$작업 개선 대형수력발전기의 로터조립용 다브테일키 박아놓기(타입)장치, 스테이터코일 분해(갱신)용 코일 엔드절단 및 코일뽑기공구, 터빈발전기 센터링용 유압잭, GIS 설치용 작업용발판을 개발하여 적용함으로써 공법 개선과 작업효율의 향상을 실현하였다. (2) 공사계획 방법의 개선 변전플랜트에서의 공기단축을 목적으로 하는 현지 설치 최적공정 책정방법의 개발$\cdot$적용, 또한 화력플랜트에서의 공사물량의 저감과 설계작업의 효율 향상을 목적으로 하는 케이블 배선 설계$\cdot$계획 방법의 개발 및 적용으로 설계업무의 개선, 공사비 저감을 도모하였다.

The roles of librarians have been changing with the paradigm shift of libraries. The paradigm of libraries has shifted from a traditional information management-centered way to a hybrid approach emphasizing a balance between collection and access. This study analyzed the internal and external changes of libraries to create Blue Ocean of special libraries by using the SWOT analysis. and adopted ERCR analysis for the reasonable management of libraries. The findings of this study indicate that the scope of role played by librarians belonging to special libraries shall be diversified from their traditional library activities in order to adapt themselves to changes in time. The Blue Ocean Strategy can be successfully developed only if the activities of libraries have been changed so that they are closely related to those activities for which such affiliate organizations are expected to carry out.

Improvement of productivity and efficient process management need to define the problem of the previous work. If it takes long time to gather necessary information, it becomes difficult to continuously manage processes to satisfy customers' needs and to enhance business efficiency. This paper proposes methods and a context awareness system for decision making to solve problems originated in management of manufacturing process through real-time information acquisition. We implement the context awareness by suggesting decision logics that automatically classify works with acquired information. And we also implement a system for case study which makes workers recognize problems and notifies instructions to them. Consistency between real object and stored data and continuous process monitoring with this system could find inefficient resources or delayed works, resolve them and improve processes efficiency.

해상교통관제(VTS; Vessel Traffic Service)는 IMO RESOLUTION A.857(20) on Guidelines for Vessel Traffic Services와 해사안전법 제36조, 개항질서법 제28조에 의거 해상운송에서의 위험을 감소하고 해상교통질서확립과 안전확보를 위하여 전세계 주요 항만 및 수역에서 이용되고 있다. 최근 관제대상 선박의 다양화, 대형화, 연안 및 항계 내/인근의 교통상황의 다변화 등으로 인하여 해상교통관제는 항해에 주요한 정보제공의 수단으로 발전하고 있다. 해상교통관제사는 이러한 특수한 업무적 환경에 따라 점차 그 업무 범위가 확대되는 경향이 있으며, 계속하여 전문화되어 가고 있다. 또한 보다 질 높은 해상교통관제의 정보제공 업무 뿐 아니라 정확성, 준비성, 판단력, 의사결정능력 등이 관제업무에 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해상교통관제 및 해상교통관제사의 보다 체계적인 업무분석을 통해 관제사들이 효율적으로 관제업무를 수행하도록 실무적 보완을 도모하고 개선사항 및 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

To enlarge the international competition and construction productivity, the domestic construction market attracts the private capital and expands the facility of :iocial Overhead Capital(SOC). However, the application of the business system used at the public project didn't utilize the effect of social overhead capital. It caused problems that parties' business was inefficient and their allotment of the risk was inadequate. This paper presents the course to reorganize the business system which the coincides with the origin aim of the SOC. For the reformation of the supervisor's work scope and business system and the government's overall project management, in other words, this paper proposes the professional organization to replace the superintendence and the formation of optimal business system. This paper confirms the privity of contract among parties of SOC project and parties' work scope and system between relative laws and concession agreement that government made a contract with Special purpose Company (SPC).

"Streamlining Railroad-station Operation" is a part of 'Management Improvement Project' of KORAIL. And, it aims at optimizing station operation through block of train operating, automation of ticketing and information service, and streamlining human resources by reforming business process. This study is designed to analyze and share the financial results of "Streamlining Railroad-station Operation". In addition, this will contribute to improving the external reliability of KORAIL.

As social interest in emotional labor grows, there are many related studies in progress in recent times. However most of the studies are focused on preventing harmful effects of emotional labor or seeking effective follow-up measures from the service provider's point of view. For this reason, with focusing on the bank teller service which is one of most representative face-to-face emotional labor, this study was progressed to suggest improvement measures by identifying and analyzing the current status of visual installations at the work space for awareness improvement of emotional labor from the customer's point of view. To this end, after a prior study, an field survey of 10 banks in the first financial sector was conducted to draw out problems and finally propose improvement directions with four aspects in link with the problems presented. This study is expected to have meaning in terms of securing diversity in emotional labor related research.

국내외의 방송환경의 변화는 외부적으로는 방송의 다매체 다채널 시대로의 변화와 총체적 경기불황으로 방송사 수입이 격감하고 있고, 내부적으로는 고비용 저효율로 방송사 경영의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 위기의 극복은 방송사 정보화 기반을 구축하여, 방송업무 프로세스를 BPR 하고, 방송CALS의 개념을 도입하여 방송사 내부의 경영혁신으로 이룰 수 있다. 본 논문은 방송장비 보수유지 프로세스의 리엔지니어링을 위하여 방송CALS의 요소인 전자교범(IETM)을 구현함으로써 저비용 고효율형의 방송장비 보수유지를 통한 방송경영 합리화의 실현을 도모함을 목적으로 하며, 기존 23단계의 방송유지 보수유지 업무 프로세스를 전자교범(IETM)을 도입하여 6단계로 개선된 모델을 제시하고, 설문지를 통한 실증 분석한 결과, 전자교범(IETM)을 이용한 방법이 모든 면에서 혁신적으로 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 방송CALS의 구현이다. 진정한 의미의 방송CALS란, 방송사 내부의 디지털화뿐만 아니라 다양한 외부기관들(프로그램 외주업체, 장비공급자, 국내외의 언론사 등)과의 네트워킹을 통한 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간 교류 및 전자 상거래를 뜻한다. 그러나 본 논문은 방송사 정보화 기반구조의 미흡과 국내 IT기술의 한계로 방송CALS를 포괄적으로 다루지는 못하였지만, 방송CALS의 궁극적인 목적에 도달하기 위한 첫 번째 시도이다.

기존 연구들은 과업, 보수, 상사, 부하, 승진 등에 대한 만족도를 조사하고, 만족도가 높아야 직무몰입을 가져온다고 제시하였다. 모든 분야에 대해서 만족도를 높인다면 업무 몰입도와 업무성과는 당연히 높아지겠지만 현실적으로 제약이 있으므로 우선 순위를 정하여 집중적으로 지원을 하는 것이 효율적이다. 직원에 대한 지원 우선순위를 정하기 위하여 '만족도' 연구에 '기대도' 개념을 추가하였다. 즉, 만족도가 낮더라고 기대도가 낮다면 해당 요소는 만족하지 않을 거라는 기대를 하고 입사 및 근무하고 있으므로 지원대상에서 후순위가 된다. 반면에 만족도가 높더라도 기대도가 더 높다면 해당 요소는 기대도에 비해 여전히 부족하므로 지속적인 개선이 필요한 항목이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 만족도와 기대도의 차이를 분석하고 제한적인 재원으로 직원의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 만족도 개선 가이드를 제시하고자 한다.
