As the construction sites are far from the construction site offices, the construction workers perform work on the sites with a variety of reference books and materials. This inconvenience may lead to construction accidents, and as such, the demand for mobile app development for simplifying work is increasing. Therefore, in this study, the trends of mobile research and mobile app development, and their application to the construction field were investigated to develop a mobile app that would help construction workers process their work. Based on this, mobile services applicable to construction sites and work process improvement plans were proposed. To apply the proposed work process, the functions of the existing construction project management system were improved, and a mobile app that could be used in both the Android and iOS environments was developed.

In the Recent rapidly changing technology environment the computerization of administration business which is driven or will be driven to give improved information services to people by local government or central government with a huge budget. The possibility of applying GIS application component to the computerization of administration business is investigated to prevent local government from investing redundant money and to reuse the existing investment at this point of time. Land civil service application component was developed at the $\ulcorner Development of Open GIS Component S/W \lrcorner$ project which was managed by Ministry of Information and Communication . GIS application component was based on Open GIS OLE/COM specification for development of standard interface and USD(Unified System Development ) for development method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) for system design and Visual C++ for component implementation. Implemented components were Process Control, Map, Print, Statistics component and were verified by using Visual Basic and Delhi. tis study shows that the development of component is very useful at the GIS application development for local governments. But the standard of business and data and system is the essential prerequisite to maximize business application.

Becoming construction projects larger and more complicated, and utilizing more varied and complex contracting and delivery systems in the industry, integrating information and managing constructability from project inception to completion became the most critical tasks for the successful project management. However, current industry practices of constructability analysis which are too much dependent on field engineers and managers' experiences, are not performed efficiently and also not managed effectively. Then the scope, method, and procedure in performing analysis tasks are not certain as well as not systematic, In addition, due to using 2D based drawings and documents, information required at project phases for the analysis is inconsistent and inaccurate. This study aims to suggest the use of BIM technology and functions for solving various problems of current constructability practices. In particular, constructability analysis tasks performed at design and construction stages are identified and their adaptability, applicability, and benefits of BIM are investigated through interviews on constructability and BIM professionals in the industry.

The purpose of this study is to indicate the problem and its improvement plan derived from pollution discharge industries inspection, implementation process on overall instruction including record management, and utilization of information about emission. This focuses on analyzing the inspection system of pollution discharge industries and the actual condition of management system with survey and interview from the managers. As a result of examining the administration information system from each of structural and practical perspectives, the users were not able to receive support for inspection through the system because it was designed based on licensing. Also according to results of survey and interview, it was difficult to input checkup data and to maintain the information of emission in a sustainable manner. This problem occurs since the current system is not utilized properly. Thus, this study examines similar systems operated in Korea and suggests measure to make improvements. The measures are considered as constructing simple user interface for systematizing of administrative works, simplifying the input matters, linking systems of inspection and emission information, establishing statistical function of emission information, and managing inspection functions through the mobile system.

전문직 종사자는 많은 정보활동을 수행한다. 특히 끊임없이 변하는 소비자의 욕구에 부응하는 새로운 패션상품을 기획해야하는 머쳔다이저는 의상디자인 능력과 상품기획 능력을 동시에 겸비하고 있어야 한다. 이 두가지 다른 내용을 동시에 흡수할 수 있는 전공교육 프로그램이 마련되어 있지 못한게 국내실정이다. 그리하여 패션 머쳔다이저는 업무수행에서 필요로 하는 정보 및 지식을 끊임없이 수집, 분석하려는 노력을 취해야한다. 이들이 주로 탐색해나가는 정보의 성격이 업무수행성과에 영향을 미치는 가를 판단코자함이 본 연구의 관심주제이다. 정보활동에 관한 기존연구는 개인의 특성, 경험 등이 정보활동 형태에 영향을 주는 요인이리고 지적한다. 본 연구에서는 머쳔다이저가 성장해온 경력외의 분야에 더 많은 정보를 탐색하게되면 보다 합리적인 머쳔다이징 의사결정을 내릴 수 있게되고 또 한 이들의 업무수행 성과도 그에 따라 차이가 날 것이라는 주요가설을 설정하였다. 아울러 이의 검정을 위해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 국내 주요백화점의 특정 지점에 매장을 갖고 있는 의류제조업체의 머쳔다이저를 대상으로 조사한 결과, 본 연구의 주요가설은 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 의류업체가 머쳔다이저를 위한 정보활동 프로그램을 마련할 때 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구가 패션분야를 떠난 일반적 정보활동 분야에 기여한 점은, 업무를 효과적으로 수행하는데 부족하다고 여겨지는 분야의 정보를 많이 획득해나갈수록 그 활용에 따른 효과가 크게 나타난다는 점이다. 이는 정보활동에 대한 계획수립시 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

Visual inspection works are very important part of facility maintenance and management life cycle as a step of creating base data for decision making and maintenance and repair. But currently, visual inspection works have been performed unefficiently and unreliably as works on hand, duplication of works, decisions of defect state, unutilization of inspection history, lack of professional and so on. In this research, we developed visual inspection system that processes inspection work efficiently and provides reliability of inspection output, as a target of bridges, tunnels, underground roadway on national road. We defined problems through visual inspection work analysis, examined the solutions and reflected to functional design of system. We will plan to utilize this system in HMCS(Highway Maintenance and Construction Service).

본 논문에서는 지속적인 상황인지 작업이 요구되어 업무 피로도가 매우 높은 선박교통관제 업무의 업무 부하 저감을 위해 관제맥락 정보를 활용한 의사결정지원 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안하는 의사결정지원 시스템은 선박교통관제에 활용되는 다양한 정보들을 정량화하여 사실 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 여기에 선박교통관제에 활용되는 비정형의 규칙들을 정형화하여 적용함으로써 의사결정에 필요한 정보를 도출할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 여러 단계로 추상화된 관제맥락정보를 생성 및 적용할 수 있도록 하여 고수준의 논리 적용이 가능하도록 함으로써 선박교통관제 규칙 생성이 용이하도록 하였다.

엔터프라이즈 포탈(Enterprise Portal : EP)이란 기업단위의 web 포탈로서 데이터베이스에 존재하는 기업내부의 정형화된 정보뿐만 아니라 파일형태로 존재하는 각종 문서와 서식, 사진 및 동영상등의 멀티미디어 데이터, 인터넷 컨텐츠 등과 같은 비정형화된 정보까지 기업과 관련된 모든 정보를 웹 기반의 단일 접점을 통해 사용자들에게 효과적으로 제공하는 것은 물론 이들을 가공한 지식정보들을 실시간으로 제공함으로써 업무생산성을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 2000 년대 초부터 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 국내 기업들에 도입된 엔터프라이즈 포탈은 장기적 관점에서의 협업 중심이 아닌 단기적 관점에서의 시스템 기능 중심으로 무분별하게 도입되어 사용자 중심의 활용도 측면에서의 개선에 대한 요구들이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용율 개선을 통한 업무생산성 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 UC(Unified Communication)기능 및 다양한 커뮤니케이션 수단(Wiki,Blog,Cop 등)을 활용한 업무프로세스 개선 방안을 도출하였으며 이를 동부건설사의 협업 기반 엔터프라이즈 포탈 구축에 적용함으로써 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용률(사용율) 및 만족도를 각각 29%, 26%씩 향상 시키는데 성공하였다.

Patent application as achievements from R&D institutions in public sector have quantitatively increased by expanding R&D investment for enhancing competitiveness but there have been few tangible outputs from the investment. From this reason, TLO(Technology Transfer&Licensing Organization) and its operation becomes more important to implement technology transfer and commercialization and to bring success in the related business. To get work done more efficiently and to improve utilizing products of the R&D in the TLO, this research is to draw domains and activities of TLO and establish its task systems by prioritizing activities. From literature reviews and expert interviews, we generated 6 work domains and 21 task items. Applying AHP analysis, we discriminated the relative importance from task items and analyzed its priority. The finding of this research can provide implications for TLO to increase work efficiency and improve its performance.
