The trends of green growth and eco-friendliness came to be the core development indicator for the sustainable global environment. Korean government reflected these trends in the main flows of the national development index, and suggested diverse directions for green construction technologies and high quality construction environment through Third master plan for construction environment. However, the efforts to follow these trends during the construction process as a step for production phrase are not being considered enough yet. In this study, we identified the basic environmental management factors in order to enhance the eco-friendliness of public housing construction sites, and suggested the reasonable conducting parties and process for those respective factors. The results of this study are expected to be the valuable reference in defining the required activities and participants' responsibilities, and improving the work process for systematic on-site environmental management. In applying those results, the discussion should be followed on the executing party of each unit activity and the responsibility assignment for each process. At the same time, the legislation and standard related to environment need to be essentially amended. In the future, the method of evaluating the environmental management activities, and the technical solution to environmental problems are to be reviewed as a further research for successful environmental management.

This study shows the difference between groups with multivariate analysis of fire prevention activities, special investigations of fire safety, and fire safety management according to the management method of apartment houses and the inspection of firefighting facilities. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in fire prevention activities according to the quality of inspection of firefighting facilities. This means that fire prevention is high if the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities is excellent and the fire safety inspection is conducted in accordance with national fire safety standards and checklists. Second, there was a significant difference in the fire safety special investigation according to the management method of the apartment buildings. The manual operated by the management entity and the management entity's management and execution help the organization members to expedite work. This expedition of work creates a high possiblity to get a good evaluation from the special investigation of fire safety. Third, analysis of fire prevention activities showed a significant interaction between the inspection of firefighting facilities and the management method of apartment buildings. The analysis shows that that there is a positive correlation between the level of fire prevention and both the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities and the degree to which the inspection is conducted to meet national fire safety standards.

Along with the development of information and communication technology, smart education that can learn without restrictions of time, place and equipment is activated even in the field of education. Although smart education is provided with content-based training solutions, construction of a system that grasps individual characteristics of learners and provides personalized learning is relatively weak. The activity of free choice is an important play activity of early childhood education, but it is not implemented efficiently by relying on the clinical observation of the teacher. If the IoT(Internet of Things) technology based on Hyper-Connected is applied to free-choice activities, it is possible to provide the child's personalized activity type and play-form analysis based on objective and stylized data. In this paper, we design and implement a system to monitor the child's activity of free choice by building an IoT environment that is based on open source hardware. The proposed system provides children's activity information as objective data and will be used as teacher's work mitigation and custom training material for each child.

현대에 개발되는 시스팀은 고성능, 다기능이 요구되며 그 요구가 사용자 관점에서 볼 때 고신뢰성이 한층 요구 되어지고 있다. 연구 개발 단계의 초기 단계에서 설정된 품질 목표치, 즉 신뢰도(reliability), 가용도(availability), 정비도(mailtailability)를 기준으로 연구 개발 단계별로 품질 및 신뢰성 활동들이 구체화 된다. 특정 시스팀이 하나의 building block의 개념으로 구체화 되고 시스팀의 계층 구조를 물리적 구조로 분류되는 시스팀 설계 단계에서 시스팀 블록 단위의 신뢰도 배분(reliability allocation)이 이루어진다. 시스팀의 설계가 완료된 상태에서 상세 설계되어 제품이 실현되며, 시제품에 대한 신뢰도 예측(reliability prediction)업무가 착수된다. 시스팀의 품질목표치를 겨냥한 실질적인 품질 및 신뢰성 활동들이 신뢰도 배분치 및 시스팀 신뢰도 목표치로 bottom-up 방식으로 접근하게 됨에 따라, 본고에서는 시스팀의 품질 목표치를 달성하기 위해 가장 원천적으로 기본이 될 수 있는 전자부품의 품질 수준을 분석하고, 신뢰성 관련 제반 시험 기술을 분석 기술하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationships among the determinants of knowledge management and knowledge management, and it's consequences, and the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship between the determinants of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management, and the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences. In the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences, knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer are positively related with personal and intra-organizational, and inter-organizational effectiveness.

The assignment of exploration on individuals provides challenging work environments, while it generates high levels of complexity. On the other hand, the assignment of exploitation on individuals offers less challenging work environments, while it makes low levels of complexity. Give the characteristics of exploration and exploitation, I argue that the assignments of both exploration and exploitation create the favorable work environments to individuals. Developed hypotheses were tested using a logit regression from a sample of 168 project managers in a R&D center. I found that a manager who experienced exploitation project(s) is positively related to higher performance in exploitation project(s). In addition, a manager who experienced both exploitation and exploration projects are found to be positively associated with higher project performance.

Found in 23 Dec 1953 to cope with illegal fishing of foreign ships and coastal guard duty, Korea Coast Guard was re-organized as an office under Ministry of Public Safety since the outbreak of sinking of passenger ship "Sewolho". In the course of re-organization, intelligence and investigation duty were transferred to Police Department except "Cases happened on the sea". But the definition of intelligence duty is vague and there are lots of disputes over the jurisdiction and range of activities. With this situation in consideration, the object of this study is to analyse legal and institutional characteristic of KCG Intelligence, to compare them to that of Police Department, foreign agencies like Japan Coast Guard and US Coast Guard, to expose the limit and to suggest solution. To summarize the conclusion, firstly, in the legal side, there is no legal basis on intelligence in [The Government Organization Act], no regulation for mission, weak basis in application act. Secondly, in the institutional side, stated in the minor chapter of [The Government Organization Act], 'the cases happened on sea' is a quite vague definition, while guard, safety, maritime pollution duty falls under 'on the sea' category, intelligence fell to 'Cases happened on the sea' causing coast guard duty and intelligence have different range. In addition, reduced organization and it's manpower led to ineffective intelligence activities. In the case of Police Department, there is definite lines on 'administration concerning public security' in [The Government Organization Act], specified the range of intelligence activities as 'collect, make and distribute information concerning public security' which made the range of main duty and intelligence identical. Japanese and US coast guards also have intelligence branch and performing activities appropriate for the main missions of the organizations. To have superiority in the regional sea, neighboring countries Japan and China are strengthening on maritime power, China has launched new coast guard bureau, Japan has given the coast guard officers to have police authority in the regional islands, and to support the objectives, specialized intelligence is organized and under development. To secure maritime sovereignty and enhance mission capability in maritime safety duty, it is strongly recommended that the KCG intelligence should have concrete legal basis, strengthen the organization and mission, reinforce manpower, and ensure specialized training administrative system.

Purpose of this study is to analyze actual perception of security business of security workers centering on employees working within building and to improve accomplishment of works for security workers. For this, first, activities of security workers are discussed. Second, perception of employees of companies for the necessity of security workers, non-necessity of security workers, qualification requirements of security workers for improving business recognition were established as a framework of the study. Changes for recognition of security works in modern life are a little falling behind compared to unstopping economic development and diversifying job classifications. Even at present, expression of security works is still regarded as manager of facilities or apartments in the past. In other words, it is recognized as a simple change of title and names from apartment guard to security workers. Security works in the modern job classification is settling down as a professional field of facility management and as a part of various controls such as protection and security and its field is also expanding. It is a professional job with the purpose to analyze and prevent diverse criminal actions occurring in the society and also to introduce alternative measures with the role to prevent accidents to be occurred in variety in advance instead of simple working format taking a fixed guard post. Area of security works for the purpose of maximizing necessity of security works shall have equipped with deployment of professional security workers, consideration of business satisfaction of security workers, prevention education for rapidly changing safety accidents, and substantiality in the field. We expect to have more sophisticated area of security works with ceaseless efforts and with instillation of recognition of professionalism by security workers themselves.

Local public corporations are closely related to the welfare promotion of local residents because they are responsible for the management of public facilities and are entrusted with some of the duties of local governments. Besides these responsibilities, they also have to conduct systematic and professional record management to ensure the legitimacy and fairness of organizational activities as the importance of ethical management and knowledge management emerges in organization. With regard to this task, this study proposes an improvement plan for the records management of local public corporations by analyzing the current status of records management and the awareness level for the possibility of developments in record management work. For this endeavor, the study conducted a literature review, gathered 50 survey responses from archivists from local public corporations nationwide, and performed 18 interviews with the survey respondents. Based on the analysis of these data, the study proposes that the National Archives of Korea should strengthen the role of supporting local public corporations. Moreover, local public corporations are suggested to improve records management at the local level and form a cooperative union among similar corporations.

This study examines based on Cultural-Historical Activity Theory, graduate school student-workers' learning and developmental transfer in school and work. For this purpose, a question is raised. how do components of activities in school and workplace impact on learning and developmental transfer? For this study, based on the results of In-depth interview, questionnaire was designed and quantitative research has been conducted. This study analyzed 288 graduate school student-workers. As a results, First, the components which have an effect on learning were analyzed and the results show that among the components of the school activity system, the competitiveness reinforcement from object, the role of academic major from division of labor, and the interaction with professors from community are significant variables. Second, in case of developmental transfer, the activeness of class participation from tool, the role of academic major from division of labor, and the interaction with professors from community are significant variables of the school activity system and the self realization from object, the role in the workplace from division of labor, the interaction with supervisors from community, and the systemization of work from rule are significant variables of workplace activity system. On the basis of the findings, implications of the study and suggestions for further research are discussed.
