  • Workflow 관리 시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화를 지원하는 것으로서, 비즈니스 프로세스의 각 업무 단계에 관련된 인적 자원 및 IT자원을 적절히 활용하도록 구현되어야 한다. 이러한 Workflow 관리 시스템은 Workflow 프로세스에 대한 명세로부터 실행 모델이 구성되어 Workflow 엔진을 통해 수행되는 과정을 거친다. 한편, 명세된 프로세스의 논리적 검증과 성능 예측을 위하여는 Workflow 의 수행 전에 시뮬레이션을 통한 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기술된 Workflow 프로세스 명세로부터 이산사건 시스템 형식론인 DEVS를 기반으로 통일된 실행모델을 생성하고, 이를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션 분석과 실시간 수행을 하는 시뮬레이션 엔진과 실시간 분산수행 엔진을 각각 개발하였다. 간단한 업무 프로세스의 예를 통하여 분산환경에서 실행함으로써 제안된 방법의 유용성을 검증할 수 있었다.

  • Recently, overseas construction projects have been increasing in the Middle East and Southeast Asia regions. These projects require various licenses and technologies for the manufacturing and handling processes. Additionally, the efficiency of the entire process management life cycle determines the success or failure of the business. Nonetheless, there exist various risks involved in the whole life cycle process due to a lack of experience and knowledge of management techniques. The objective of this paper is to analyze the business process of a LNG plant throughout the pre-construction and procurement phases, and to identify the knowledge and information needed for the development of the KMS. The study also plans to build a comprehensive knowledge management system throughout the whole life cycle as its final objective.

  • 공공부문의 SW에 대한 사용자의 기대 및 정보화 요구에 부응하기 위하여 그동안 국내에서는 수많은 SW 시스템들이 개발되어 왔으나, 개발 과정에 대한 체계적인 관리 방법이 미흡하여 발주자가 복잡한 SW 발주과정을 추진하기 어려우며 SW 개발자에 대한 관리 통제수단이 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 발주자의 전문성 결여로 수주자인 개발업체에 과도하게 의존하는 업무 추진과 수발주자 간의 불명확한 업무 인식으로 상호 불신이 팽배한 가운데 공공부문 SW사업의 완성도 및 성공률이 저조하여 낮은 품질의 정보시스템 인수 등 사업 실패율이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 개선하기 위해 발주${\cdot}$관리 프로세스 확립과 이에 대한 적용을 중심으로 체계적인 SW사업 발주${\cdot}$관리 프로세스 확립과 이에 대한 적용을 중심으로 체계적인 SW사업 발주${\cdot}$관리 프로세스 개선방안을 제안한다.

  • The participants of steel works should exchange a variety of information with others through documents. However construction steel works in the multistage contract system has a difficulty in exchanging information through the documents promptly. So if the trouble as change orders arise, conducting steel works will take much time, and the participants may not discuss the trouble sufficiently. Consequently this study improved the current business process of steel works. And this developed business support system(XCOS) based on XML so that participants of steel works achieve a successful management of steel works through conducting business rapidly and correctly.

  • In Korea, National spatial data infrastructure has implemented in order to integrated manage and share the national spatial information producted by public agencies and local governments. The necessities of systematic quality management are raised, because information, which is generated by different agencies, is integrative managed by national level. In this paper, the establishment of BPR(Business Process Reengineering) for national spatial data infrastructure quality management system. Quality management business is defined as quality management object definition, quality measuring, evaluation and analysis, and quality enhancement process. Next, activities for each process are designed. For the quality management business, business rule(BR) is required for determining error. We derive the BR for six objects(legal-dong, railway boundary, railway centerline, road boundary, road centerline, building) among the basic spatial information. Other information's BR can be generated by using the derivation method described in this paper. Based on the BPR of this paper and derived BR, national spatial data infrastructure quality management system can be implemented in the future.

  • BPMS implementation in L Electronics, which started in 2003, was spotlighted in the IS Project and research area. L Electronics has conducted process innovation with the goal of being one of the Global Top 3 brands. Continuous business environment changes because of globalization and speedy development of information technology have caused changes in business process and functions. This case examines its efforts for optimizing business process continuously and systematically with BPMS and discusses the implication and potential of business process innovation with BPMS.

  • 업무규칙은 선언적인 방법으로 업무정책을 표현하고 업무조항을 정의한다. 또한 업무프로세스를 정의하고 프로세스가 수행되는 과정에 제약을 가한다. 본 논문에서는 능동문서 처리 프레임워크를 구현하였다 즉, 사무문서에 함축되어 있는 업무규칙을 어플리케이션 로직과 분리하여 생각하였고, 업무규칙은 Prolog로 명시적으로 표현하였다. 이 Prolog 규칙은 논리프로그램 추론엔진에서 수행가능하고, 이종의 규칙기반 어플리케이션에서 사용할 수 있도록 XML 문서로 변환하였다. 이렇게 문서의 데이터와 규칙을 저장한 XML 문서는 규칙기반의 시스템과 워크플로우 관리시스템(WFMS) 환경에서 처리된다.

  • The construction industry concentrates their efforts on construction information technology (IT) including construction CALS. However, the actual circumstances for construction IT focuses on building hardware and it neglects importance of business process reengineering (BPR) for construction tasks. A systematic process modeling method and a computerized model by process concept need for building construction BPR. This study develops a generalized BPR procedure for construction projects, and then suggests a new process modeling method for construction BPR that consists of object-related process model (ORPM). Finally, this study develops a web-based ORPM Builder (ORPMB) based on the ORPM methodology, and the applicability of the developed system is verified by a case study with practical construction processes.

  • BTL projects for educational facilities were conceived in 2005 to supply public facilities in a timely and efficient manner After the projects were completed in March 2007, proper facility maintenance has become an increasingly important issue. However, BTL projects are still in an early developmental stage, and the data on the maintenance and operation of such facilities are not yet available because the operation of the facilities has just begun. Accordingly, this study is conducted to derive maintenance processes and to specify maintenance items for the efficient maintenance of BTL educational facilities. Then, database on the maintenance processes will be created, and a maintenance system module will be designed.
