메가프로젝트(Mega-Project)는 다양한 유형의 시설군을 복합 개발하는 건설사업으로서 규모가 크고 복잡한 경우가 많기 때문에 종합적인 사업관리에 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 메가프로젝트는 기존의 단위프로젝트 수준이 아닌 프로그램 수준에서의 관리체계를 필요로 하며 그에 적합한 업무분류체계(WBS)를 구축해야 한다. 업무분류체계는 사업관리를 위한 전체적인 구조를 수립하는 기반으로서, 현재 프로그램 관리 수준의 업무분류체계의 기준이 갖추어지지 않은 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 메가프로젝트를 위한 업무분류체계기준(WBS Basis)를 개발하여 메가프로젝트의 업무분류체계 구축을 지원하고자 한다. 메가프로젝트 생애주기에 포함되는 전체 시설군, 업무 및 용역, 기록문서, 정보 등을 대상으로 하였으며, 기존 사례분석과 관련 분류체계들을 바탕으로 초안을 작성하였다. 이후 현장시험을 통한 검증을 거쳐 최종 업무분류체계기준을 완성하였고 분류내용과 활용방안을 소개한다.

영업비밀 관련 또는 특허문제로 소송이 빈번하게 발생하는 요즘 특허 전쟁에 있어서도 해당 정보를 적절하게 보호하고 유지하기 위한 특허정보 관리체계에 있어서의 정보보안은 매우 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 보안사고가 발생했을 경우, 이에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안들에 대해 기업 전반에 걸쳐 인지될 필요성 또한 부각되고 있으며 이를 가능하게 해주는 방안으로 국제인증 기준이 떠오르고 있다. 각종 정보보호의 중요성에 따른 기업 관리시스템들이 이러한 인증체계를 도입 및 운영하고 있는 추세이며 이를 뒷받침 해주기 위해 특허법을 비롯하여 관련 컴플라이언스를 준수하기 위한 개인정보보호법(안전성 확보조치), 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률과 같은 정보보호 법률을 기준으로 제시할 수 있다. 사례 기업에서는 이 중 정보보호 국제인증의 대표격인 ISO27001을 바탕으로 현재 특허관련 기업에 필요한 정보보호관리체계를 정립 및 적용하였다. 해당 정보보호 관리체계는 특허관련 업무분장에서 주요하게 다루어지지 않았던 기술적, 관리적, 물리적 보안에 대한 부적합사항을 충족시키고 특허정보보호업무, 감사업무, 검사업무, 전산운영 등 분산된 업무를 일관된 업무로 통합하는 효과적인 관리체계가 될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

To enlarge the international competition and construction productivity, the domestic construction market attracts the private capital and expands the facility of :iocial Overhead Capital(SOC). However, the application of the business system used at the public project didn't utilize the effect of social overhead capital. It caused problems that parties' business was inefficient and their allotment of the risk was inadequate. This paper presents the course to reorganize the business system which the coincides with the origin aim of the SOC. For the reformation of the supervisor's work scope and business system and the government's overall project management, in other words, this paper proposes the professional organization to replace the superintendence and the formation of optimal business system. This paper confirms the privity of contract among parties of SOC project and parties' work scope and system between relative laws and concession agreement that government made a contract with Special purpose Company (SPC).

본 연구는 선행 논문들을 통하여 치과위생사들의 업무 및 관리체계에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 요인들을 확인하고, 각 요인들을 치과위생사의 업무 및 관리체계의 향상과 전문적인 업무영역의 확립을 위한 자료로 제공하고자 수행하였다. 본 연구를 위한 도구는 2004년 대한 치과위생사협회에서 보고한 치과위생사의 업무확장에 관한 조사연구를 기초로 하였다, 향후 치과위생사들 스스로 보다 전문성을 갖춘 치과위생사로서 교육자, 연구자, 관리자등 다양한 역할 수행을 할 수 있을 것이다.

방위사업청은 방위력개선업무의 투명성, 효율성, 전문성을 제고하는 한편, 방산 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 "통합사업관리정보체계" 구축 사업을 추진 중이다. 동 체계는 전사적개념으로 국방사업관리 전반에 BPM을 적용한 최초의 사례로서, 이의 적용을 통해 업무정보의 효율적인 공유, 신속한 업무처리, 효율적인 협업 및 의사소통이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 "통합사업관리정보체계"에 BPM을 도입하는 과정을 소개하는 한편, 이를 통한 업무에 대한 면밀한 분석 및 통합, 업무 프로세스의 표준화 및 체계 구현 결과를 기술하고, 동 체계내 BPMS 구축과정에서 발생한 이론과 실제의 차이와 교훈, 발전방향을 도출한다.

항로표지시설(Aids to Navigation, AtoN)은 항해하는 선박의 안전 및 효율적인 항해를 위하여 설치 운영되는 것으로 현재 우리나라는 총 4,722기의 항로표지시설을 해양수산부 산하 해사안전국 항로표지과를 중심으로 해양수산부장관 소속으로 11개의 지방해양수산청을 두고 항로표지시설 설치 유지 및 보수관련 업무를 수행하고 있다. 그러나 각 직무에 대한 명확한 업무분석이 이루어지지 않고 지방청별 관리해역을 기준으로 항로표지시설을 관리하고 있어 실질적인 업무 상 어려움이 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 항로표지시설을 인적요소와 물적요소로 구분하여 전체 항로표지시설 관리체계의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 업무량 기반의 항로표지시설 관리 인적요소 체계를 구성하고, 이를 통한 거점등대 중심의 효율적인 물적요소 관리체계 구축하고자 한다.

간호학에서 간호업무를 이끌어갈 간호이론이(지식체) 필요하다는 생각은 20세기가 되면서부터 시작되었다. 하지만 아직도 간호학은 간호학 특유의 지식체가 부족하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 주된 이유는 간호 업무가 재대로 확인되지 않았고 간호업무를 이끌어갈 간호학 특유의 간호이론이 확실히 정립되지 않았기 때문이다. 따라서 간호가 독자적 학문으로서 인정받고 발전하기 위해서는 간호업무에 적용이 쉽고, 간호 업무에 바탕을 둔 간호이론의 개발이 필수적이다. 왜냐하면 간호 이론이 간호업무에 쉽게 적용됨으로서 간호학의 지식체가 발전할 뿐 아니라 환자 간호도 더욱 증진 될 수 있기 때문이다. 이 논문에서는 간호지식의 발전 단계를 시대적 순서와 배경을 덧붙여 고찰하였고 간호학에서 간호 분류체계가 발전하게 된 동기, 그리고 간호 분류체계가 환자 간호와 간호학의 이론개발과 발전에 어떻게 활용되는 가에 대해 서술하였다. 그리고 간호분류체계가 가지는 특성으로는 먼저 간호실무를 체계적으로 명명하고 분류함으로서 간호학에서 필요한 연구영역을 확인하게 하게 하고 간호학 고유의 지식체의 발전에 공헌하는 것 뿐 아니라 간호정보화 시스템의 개발, 다른 의료전문가들과의 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 수단 제공, 간호의 지속성을 유지, 그리고 간호의 효과성 연구에의 활용 등이 있다.

This paper attempts to find an improved organizational structure for operating the traffic safety facilities. Currently, police is in charge of the facilities while the local government is in charge of its budget. By doing so, many inefficiencies and problems occur in these things. A delphi technique is used to survey these inefficiencies. Problems, and improved role and organization by three expert groups in local government, police and university The survey results are analyzed by each expert group as well as by the total group. The multidimensional scaling technique is also used. The most preferable answer is to newly establish a traffic experts' agency under the local government. The second preferable answer is to set the current traffic police under the control of the local government.

This study analyzed the effect of small manufacturing firms' systematic documentation on productivity. The study results showed that establishment of work system documentation significanlty affectd defect decrease(p<.05) and production efficiency(p<.01), but ducumentation experience didn't significantly affected productivity improvement. So, it is suggested that firms should establish documentated work system and conduct education & training rather than depending on experiential aspect to improve productivity. This study provided implications for checking importance of documentation factor on productivity improvement and verifying the effect of documentation in quality management aspect.

Nurses are medical personnels under the Medical Service Act and perform medical practice such as medical assistance at medical institutions. The nurse, a medical personnel, provides emergency medical service to emergency patients in the pre-hospital emergency medical system as a 119 rescuer based on the Act on 119 Rescue and Emergency Medical Services. The scope of practice of nurses is comprehensively defined in the Medical Service Act and specified through precedents. In contrast, The scope of work of emergency medical technician is listed in detail. It is understood that nurses in the pre-hospital emergency medical service system have a wider scope of practice than emergency medical technician. In particular, the scope of practice of nurses as emergency medical personnel in the pre-hospital emergency medical system should be interpreted differently within the medical institution, considering the urgency of the patient, being transferred to the emergency medical institution, and the specificity of medical direction through tele-communication.
