획득 관련 조직 발전방안-획득본부 신설 필요성을 중심으로

  • 획득관련 업무의 발전을 위해서는 제도와 조직이 잘 갖추어져야 하며 그에 따른 전문화된 인력이 있어야 한다. 이중에서 조직은 획득업무를 원활하게 추진할 수 있도록 요구되는 기능이 잘 반영되어야 한다. 그러나 국방본부내의 현 획득조직은 정부조직법에 의한 조직체계로 조직이 경직되어 있고 소요기능이 제대로 조직되지 않는 등의 문제점을 안고 있어 보다 더 책임성을 있고 효율적인 업무추진을 위해서는 조직의 개선이 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance by efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation. The results of this study as follows : The characteristic variable evaluation model that extended from the performance(user's value, perceived usefulness) of Logistic Information System were verified meaningfully. In this study, the efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation were very important factor, to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance. This study expect that Logistic Information System will achieve their Logistic Information System competitiveness through continuous quality measurement and improvement to increase the performance.

A Longitudinal Study Of Korean Government's New Communication Policy and Encroachment (정부 홍보책임자 개방직 도입과 인크로치먼트의 상관관계 연구)

  • Since 2003, Korean government went thru biggest and the most significant 'innovation' communicating the government itself as well as its policies. Following Jo's research design conducted in 2003 (published in 2004), this study adopted a longitudinal design to see how Korean government agencies have been changed by the president 'Noh' administration. The concept, 'encroachment' has been utilized to measure professional level of public relations departments of Korean government agencies. 'Encroachment' occurs when a communication department is managed by a person without proper experience or education/training in the field of public relations. After interviewing public relations managers (19 from central agencies, 16 from local government), encroachment has been found to be 'almost not changed' while, opportunities for professional 'on the job' training increased to a certain level.

Task Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intension of Center for Children's Foodservice Management Employees (어린이급식관리지원센터 직원의 업무만족, 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도)

  • The objective of this study was to provide information on difficulty of performing tasks, degree of task satisfaction, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention as well as investigate correlations among these factors. Data were collected on employees working at Centers for Children's Foodservice Management, which had been operating for over 6 months until December 2013. The recruitment period was from December 16, 2013 to January 30, 2014. A total of 228 employees (79.7%) participated in the study, and 227 completed questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed on the data utilizing the SPSS V20.0 and AMOS V21.0 programs. The main results of this study were as follows: task satisfaction of employees in charge of 'visiting-teaching' for children was highest (4.24 points), whereas that of employees in charge of financial management was lowest (2.92 points). In terms of evaluation of job satisfaction factors, the score of 'co-worker' was highest (3.99 points) while that of 'payment' was lowest (2.45 points). Average scores of general job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention were 3.56 points, 3.54 points, and 3.07 points, respectively. Job achievement was the most significant influencing factor on general job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. According to the path analysis results, the degree of task satisfaction affected job satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a more significant effect on turnover intention than job satisfaction and mediate both job satisfaction and turnover intention. Although employees of CCFSMs endeavor to improve the quality of child-care facility foodservice, some facilities do not. Controlling turnover intention of employees is especially critical for CCFSMs since it is important for each employees to form strong bonds with child-care facilities as well as to shorten the time required to train new employees. Thus, job satisfaction, which is related to organizational commitment and turnover intention, can be improved by considering poorly scored job satisfaction factors such as wage or workload.

  • 최근 IT 기술의 발전으로 인해 조직의 업무 생산성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 프로세스 개선 연구와 노력이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 상당수의 프로세스 개선 활동이 기대만큼의 성과를 올리지 못하고 있다. 그 이유는 조직의 프로세스 개선 노력이 개인의 업무 수행 역량의 차이를 고려하지 않기 때문이다. 조직의 성과는 조직을 구성하고 있는 개인의 성과로부터 기인한다. 그러므로 조직의 업무 프로세스 개선노력이 보다 실효를 거두기 위해서는 개인의 업무 프로세스 개선 노력이 병행되어야 하며 이를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 학습 체계와 성과에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 소프트웨어 개발 분야에서 개발자의 업무 프로세스를 분석하고 개선하기 위한 PSP 방법론(Personal Software Process)을 활용하고 있다. 본 연구는 PSP 방법론을 활용하여 일반 사무 근로자의 업무 프로세스를 개선 모형을 제시하기 위한 선행 연구로서 대학 수업을 듣는 학생들이 활용할 수 있는 개인 학습 프로세스 개선 방법과 성과 측정 기준을 제시하였다.

Relationship of between Task Performance, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Contribution of Dental Hygienists (치과위생사의 수행업무, 직무만족, 조직기여도의 관계)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between task performance, job satisfaction, and organizational contribution of dental hygienists, and to analyze the resulting impact on the organizational contribution of the dental hygienists. The study sample included 300 people working in a dental clinic during May 2016; data were collected through a self-questionnaire and an online questionnaire. Subsequently, 285 responses were analyzed. The results showed that a higher monthly income, business support services, and work satisfaction affect organizational contribution. The correlation of organizational contribution was the highest with business management in task performance and with work satisfaction in job satisfaction. In conclusion, a dental hygienist, who may have highest careers and is involved in the management of dental work, affects the organizational contribution of the dental clinic.

  • This study gropes for the way to seek a desirable leader increase the efficiency of the mail service in the post service administration. That is to say, this study presents an appropriate leadership for the enhancement of the post service administration by investigating the relationship of the leadership to the organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the post service organization. Consequently, for the mail business organization, the selling leadership and the participating leadership show strong positive (+) interrelationship with the organizational commitment, but weak positive (+) interrelationship with job satisfaction. On the other hand, the telling leadership and the delegating leadership show weak negative (-) interrelationship with the former. Here, we can learn that the selling leadership and participating leadership are more effective on the mail business organization.

The Influence of Information Security Related Work Stress on Information Security Policy Resistance through Job Burnout (정보보안 관련 업무 스트레스가 직무 소진을 통해 정보보안 정책 저항에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, the importance of information security (IS) has been socially recognized, leading organizations to adopt IS policies, secure specialized personnel, and demand IS compliance from employees. However, the implementation of these policies can disrupt existing work processes, causing resistance among employees. This study aims to elucidate the mechanism linking work stress, caused by IS policies that do not consider the work system, to individual job burnout and IS policy resistance. We established a research model and hypotheses based on previous studies and utilized structural equation modeling with data collected from organization members of companies that have implemented IS policies. The results of the structural equation modeling confirmed that work ambiguity and work impediment are linked to IS policy resistance through job burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion and disengagement. Our findings suggest that the swift implementation of IS policies can provoke a backlash from employees, with stress being the primary cause. This paradoxically indicates the need for the development of organization-specific IS policies.
