  • 사물인터넷, 인공지능, 로봇공학, 증강현실, 가상현실과 같은 고급 기술의 융합과 사용자 행동의 변화가 미래 사업의 모습을 다시 만들고 있다. 기업이 어떻게 잠재적 변화, 작업 공간의 설계, 업무의 정의, 업무 절차를 인식하느냐가 기업이 경쟁 우위를 갖게 하는 데 도움이 되는 중요한 요인이다.   • IT 프로젝트 수행하는 과정 중 가장 많은 시간을 투자해야 하는 부분은 요구사항 분석이다. 소프트웨어 공학에서 요구사항 분석 방법이 체계화되어 실무에서 많이 활용하고 있으며, 분석 결과로 프로그램 개발뿐만 아니라 정보시스템 관련 모든 분야에서 활용할 수 있다. 하지만 소프트웨어 중심의 요구사항 분석방법은 데이터베이스 설계에 적용하기에는 불필요한 정보가 포함 되어 잘못된 데이터 모델로 설계될 수 있다. 또한, 데이터 중심으로 필요한 요구사항을 분석하는 방법론이 없는 실정이기에 선행 연구에서 데이터 모델링을 위한 업무 요구사항 방법을 제시하였다. 선행 연구 방법은 실제로 적용할 때 절차가 복잡하고 분석에 어려움이 있어, 본 연구는 선행 연구방법의 절차를 개선하고 적용하기 쉬운 방법으로 연구하여 제시하였다. 제안한 방법을 검증하기 위해 선행 연구방법과 동일한 업무요구사항명세서를 적용하여 단계별로 업무 분석 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 선행 연구방법보다 절차가 간소화되어 향상된 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 데이터 모델링 단계에 대해 계속 연구할 예정이다.

Improvement of 3D Design Process in the Combined Cycle Power Plant Using Business Process Reengineering (복합화력 발전플랜트에서 업무재설계기법을 이용한 3차원설계의 개선방안)

  • This study aims to suggest the improved business process by analyzing the current design process on work flow of the 3D design of power plant, drawing a problems and setting the improving direction through the integration method of the business process reengineering(BPR). In order to realize the improved business process, the integrated design performance system focused on the 3D design was established and accordingly the study analyzed cases of project performances through the integration system and drew the improved effects quantitatively. In the result of the project performance applied with the 3D design integration system, it showed 20.4% design cost saving effect for appropriate rated cost and the integration of design information from each design parts, sub contracters and vendors reduced overlapped works and improved the consistency of repeated design alteration.

  • VE is one of the most effective and systematic tool available to achieve the required function at minimum cost and manage in many industrial fields. The purpose of the preparation phase VE job plan is to establish a cooperation system referring to groups for the successful implementation of VE, and to achieve a common objective to collect sufficient materials required in the analysis phase. The Quality Model is used to measure the requirement of shareholders(users and owners)in the project. It also offers a guideline on decision making when executing the function definition, function arrangement, function evaluation, and the idea evaluation of VE. However, the current the preparation phase business confirms that the required items of owners and users has not suggested definite goals and directions. This study analyzes the problems of current work in the preparation phase from case study, survey and interviews of experts. It then proposes a new process after understanding the required items of owners, users and experts.

  • 기업의 IT 환경이 시스템 중심에서 비즈니스 중심으로 바뀌어감에 따라 IT 서비스 관리 프로세스 구축에 대한 가이드를 제공하는 Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) 모델이 나왔다. ITIL 적용이 가장 큰 목적은 IT 업무 프로세스 개선을 통한 서비스 품질 개선과 서비스 비용 절감이다. 변경관리 IT 환경의 모든 사고 및 변경에 관해 효율적이고 신속한 처리를 위한 표준화된 방법과 절차를 사용하는 ITIL 의 Service Support 의 한 영역이다. 그러나 기존 모델에는 우선순위, 업무범위등 처리절차에 대해 선진사례가 나와있는 반면 일정에 대한 신뢰성이 없다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 프로젝트 관리에서의 일정관리 개념을 도입하고 Goal Question Metrics(GQM) 기법을 사용하여 일정관리의 신뢰성을 부여할 수 있는 개발기간 지표를 제안한다. 또한 이러한 지표의 타당성 검증을 위해 S 사의 데이터를 비교 분석한다. 결과적으로 제안하는 지표를 통하여 조직운영의 효율성과 비즈니스에 초점을 맞춘 IT 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

  • The absence of systematic project procedures in the domestic SOC projects has caused many problems. Therefore, it has been raised the needs for the effective project management of the projects which helps the participants to have systematic procedures at each phase of the SOC projects. The purpose of this research is to build the current model of procurement management process for the airport facilities and to derive inherent problems, and the building direction of the effective procurement management is suggested for the future research. The result of this research could be used for delivering the effective SOC projects and for establishing interrelationships between procurement and other phases of the projects for the integrated project management. The procurement process of the Inchon International Airport was investigated and the as-is model was built. Through the analysis of the as-is model, and the questionnaires and the interviews with the participants of the SOC projects, the problems of the current procurement process has been derived.

  • Nowadays, there has been extreme competition due to market reduction in the domestic construction industry. In this situation, Korean construction companies are focused in the area of planning development housing project, which should maximize profit for a project. The most important step in this project is the business planning stage which judge whether it could come true or not. Each company has its own planning process model, but there hasn't been any standard model for the business planning process. To solve this problem in Korean construction companies, this study identifies the existing business planning process in the domestic construction companies finds out its problems, and suggests solutions for thorn. And Finally a business planning process model is proposed for success in development housing projects.

  • Using integrated construction project data is necessary for efficient management of construction projects. Recently IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) are proposed as integration method based on interoperability and there have been several cases of system integration based on IFC. The concept of interoperability proposes the construction object as data sharing protocol between systems for system integration and independence of each system. This study proposes system development strategy by phases considering work scope and procedure of processes based on the concept of interoperability. This is proposed to overcome tendency of developing system which doesn't support real work processes as result of inclining to the format of IFC instead of properly using IFC's interoperability concept to real work scope and procedure.
