Person-Environment Fit, Work Stress and Satisfaction of Elderly People under Participation in Job Activities : Moderating Effects of Self-Efficacy (직업활동 참여노인의 개인-환경 적합성과 업무 스트레스 및 만족도 : 자아효능감의 조절효과)

  • This study analyzed the differences of the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors of elderly people under participation in job activities. And this study analyzed the relationship of the effects on person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction as well as the moderating effects of self-efficacy. The survey was conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2013 among the male taxi drivers aged 60 or older in the Seoul areas, and 358 responses were used in the data analysis. As a results, there were partially differences in the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors. The person-environment fit had a negative impact on work stress, but it had a positive impact on work satisfaction. In addition, the self-efficacy had a moderating effects in the relationship of the person-organization fit and work stress.

  • 철강제품의 품질설계란 제품의 주문요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 제품의 성분 및 생산공정을 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 품질설계업무를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 설계업무의 특성을 고려하여 과거사례를 설계에 이용하기 위해, 사례기반추론(Case-based Reasoning)접근방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 유사사례의 효율적 검색을 위해 품질설계 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 지식관리 방법 및 설계조정 방법을 개발하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 EDI 이용수준에 영향을 미치는 조직특성요인, 시스템의 구축과정요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 체계화하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존의 문헌을 조사하여 EDI이용수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고, 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 두 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째 EDI의 이용범위에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들은 ‘업무의 EDI 적합성, 최고경영자의 적극적 지원, 참여도’인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 결과에서 서류업무가 많고 거래가 빈번한 기업들이 EDI에 대한 필요성을 느끼게 되고 따라서 EDI를 조직내에 통합시킬수록 그에 따른 이익을 얻을 수 있다. 한편, 기존 업무를 EDI 방식으로 전환하는데 많은 투자와 변화에 대한 위험이 존재하는 만큼 최고경영자의 적극적인 지원이 반드시 필요함을 알 수 있다. 그리고 EDI의 이용범위를 확대시키기 위해서는 EDI 사업자, 사용자의 참여뿐만 아니라 교육·훈련도 많은 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, DEI의 이용량에 영향을 끼치는 요인은 ‘업무의 EDI 적합성, 참여도’인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 거래업체와 서류업무가 많고 거래가 빈번한 기업일수록 많은 기업들과 EDI를 통해

  • The study analyzed how the user uses the smart mobile device to assess the effects of the user's acceptance factor and user-factors affecting the work performance of Public Agencies. And Prove that leveraging smart devices can improve your business performance, It was aimed at making strategic recommendations to improve the suitability of smart mobile devices and Tasks. Smart mobile devices User Innovation has affected Usefulness, such as B=.296. p.000, it also affected Perceived Ease-of-Use, such as B=.326, p.000. job fitness has affected Perceived Ease-of-Use, such as B=.261, p.001. Usefulness and Ease-of-Use had a positive affect on work performance. Each of affect on much of B=.382 and B=.488(p.000). At the conclusion, it has been validated that the effects of smart mobile devices user Innovation and job fitness on work performances are mediated by perceived usability and perceived ease of use of the smart mobile device.

  • As information security(IS) is recognized as a critical success factor for organizational growth, organizations are increasing their investment in adopting and operating strict IS policies and technologies. However, when strict IS technology is adopted, IS-related techno-stress may occur in the employees who apply IS technology to their tasks. This study proposes the effect of IS-related techno-stress formed in individuals on IS policy resistance through IS strain and proves that task-technology fit mitigates the negative effect of techno-stress. Research models and hypotheses were presented through previous studies, and the secured samples were used, and structural equation modeling was applied to verify hypothesis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that IS-related techno-stress (overload, complexity) affected IS policy resistance through IS strain (anxiety, fatigue), and that task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and strain. This study suggests a strategic direction for improving the level of internal IS from the viewpoint of suggesting ways to mitigate the stress of employees that may occur when IS policies and technologies are adopted.

  • 초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS가 학사업무 및 교육행정업무 뿐만 아니라, 전반적인 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 미흡한 기능에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가늠해보았다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등, 기능이 개선된 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다. 특히, NEIS가 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 미흡한 교수학습과 그룹웨어 기능의 개선이 시급함을 알았다.

The Effect of Information Security Related Stress and Person-Organization Fit on Knowledge Sharing Behavior (정보보안 관련 스트레스와 개인조직 적합성이 정보보안 지식공유행동에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, organizations are demanding strict information security behavior from their employees. Strict information security policies and techniques can cause information security related stress. The purpose of this study is to present the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress that reduce knowledge sharing behavior and person-organization fit. The survey was conducted to people working in organizations with information security policies and system, and the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation modeling using 309 samples. As a result of the study, person-organization fit had a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, but role stress had a negative effect. And, techno-stress negatively affected the person-organization fit. Additionally, role ambiguity had a moderating effect between person-organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior. The implications of the study were to confirm the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress, and to suggest directions for minimizing negative behavior of insiders.

  • 기업 내 관련 업무 및 조직의 유기적 연결을 통한 원활한 정보의 흐름은 생산성의 증대에 많은 영향을 주며 기업의 경쟁력과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이러한 이유로 연구개발에서부터 설계, 제조, 판매에 이르기까지 컴퓨터와 통신기술을 활용하여 기업의 업무 흐름을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 컴퓨터 시스템이 필요하다. 그러나 기업 내 업무의 성격 및 규모, 어플리케이션 튜닝 등의 충분한 검토가 수행되지 않은 컴퓨팅 시스템은 개발비용의 부담과 더불어 시스템의 성능을 오히려 저하시킬 수 있다 본 논문은 생산 제조 업체의 업무의 성격과 환경에 적합하고 업무의 흐름을 유기적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 클라이언트/서버 기반 생산 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • In this paper, how fast and accurate the companies provides exponentially increasing information to the users is the most important in the corporate competitiveness. The enhancement of the retrieval relevance became the important element in enhancing company competitiveness and it is required to provide the services that are beyond simple retrieval service for good quality search service. This paper proposes the effective scheme that enhances retrieval relevance by utilizing registered tag information. By proposed scheme, we can overcome the limitations of retrieval relevance that usual search engines provide. And we compare the proposed scheme with existing web retrieval service on retrieval relevance evaluation and related search keyword.

  • This research explores the role of personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy as antecedents which affect knowledge sharing activity as a consequence and investigates relationships among variables considering characteristics. The results show that members' perceived personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy has a positive effect perspectively on knowledge sharing in a organization. Especially, the fact that perceived members' task-technology fit, perceived rewards, usefulness of knowledge sharing is more important than other variables was confirmed. The results of this study, knowledge-sharing activities of the enterprise, members of the organization's business strategy for the activation process is expected to help.
