This study intends to design a curation system to support elementary and secondary schools for reusing and sharing instructional materials efficiently. It is proved through interviewing teachers at the chalkface that they utilize instructional materials, and there are some differences between elementary schools and secondary schools about the media for creating the instructional materials, and the purpose of using them. The functional requirements of curation system for reusing and sharing instructional materials are derived from questionnaires. The investigation of the existing curation systems was conducted to identify the strategies for policy, design, standard, and tools for effective operation of the digital curation system. The tasks and the functions of the curation system designed by reflecting the results of this study are as following. The tasks related to individual workspace include 'authentication', 'system configuration', 'registration' of created materials, 'material keeping' for the individual, and 'reusing (editing)'. The tasks related to sharing workspace contain 'receiving' for sharing, 'archiving' for accessing, 'peer evaluation', 'accessing' through the retrieval, and 'bulletin board'.

Plant construction is being a motive power of national economic growth, because it is a higher value-added business which has enormous influence through other industry. But, plant projects management of the domestic company was poor. So, the development of EPC Business Process Management method has been encouraged. Therefore, this paper performed several researches for setting up the EPC Business Process Management Model for improving plant project management. And the details are as follows. First of all, this study collected the work procedure manuals of 12 large-sized international construction companies. Secondly, from the analyzing gathered EPC work procedure manuals, issues of work procedure manuals were analyzed and improvement plans were drawn out. Basis on this, This study presents a method to improve project management for EPC plant project. 'The Work Procedure Matrix for EPC Management' and 'Key Unit Works for EPC Management' were drawn out by using overseas construction management theories and international regulations. In addition, 'The EPC Business Process Management Models' reformed to the Business process method, that is the set of specifications, documents and procedures used to manage the EPC plant project. And it describes how the EPC work procedure manuals will be used. Finally, this study suggests the model of EPC Business Process Management System. The framework of Plant project management can be clarified by using 'The Work Procedure Matrix'. And 'Key Unit Works' are used to organize the work procedure needed to improve plant projects management. The results of this study will help to improve in project management efficiency for plant construction.

BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)은 업무 프로세스를 혁신적으로 재설계 함으로써 급속한 외부환경과 내부환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고자 하는 기업의 경영혁신 기법, 조직 재설계의 수단으로 도입되었다. 해마다 시행되고 있는 정보화평가위원회의 국가 정보화 사업에 대한 평가는 정보화 사업의 성과관리에 있어 BPR에 따른 조직과 제도개선 성과를 포함하여 제도혁신에 대한 인센티브 제공 둥 조직과 제도혁신 강화의 필요성이 강하게 주장되는 등 BPR은 공공부문으로 점차 확대 될 추세이다. 본 연구는 조직적 문제의 해결을 통하여 지방자치단체 GIS의 효율성을 제고 하고자 하는 목적으로 출발하였다. 따라서 BPR의 이론적 고찰을 통하여 지자체 GIS BPR의 개념을 정의하고, 지방자치단체의 GIS 시스템 도입 이후의 업무 프로세스의 변화, 업무 변화의 양상, 잠재적 업무 효과를 BPR의 기법을 통해 보여줌으로써 조직 재설계의 수단으로 GIS BPR의 가능성을 모색하였다. 이는 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 효과 창출의 패러다임을 고려한 지방자치단체 GIS 업무의 변화를 수용하는 능동적이고 융통성 있는 조직 모형을 찾는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 단위조직, 진화조직, 전체조직의 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 지방자치단체 GIS 조직 모형을 규정하였다. 본 연구를 통한 시사점은 지방자치단체 GIS 조직이 현재의 단위조직 수준에서 진화조직의 단계를 걸쳐 전체조직으로 향하는 가능성을 제시했다는 점이다. 이는 지방자치단체가 각각의 단계에서 GIS의 도입 효과를 창출하기 위하여 충실히 수행해 할 것이 무엇인지를 BPR을 통해 조직적 차원에서, 그리고 조직이 다루는 업무영역의 차원에서 접근했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방자치단체 GIS 기본계획에 있어 조직 측면의 장기적 비전의 제시가 가능하며 이를 통해 보다 성숙된 GIS 사업의 추진과 효율적인 시스템의 운영이 가능할 것이다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. This research focuses on the process improvement of port logistics by using Lean methodology. On the one hand, we firstly analyze the current situation and weakness of the processes in port logistics, and then re-design the current processes by the principles of Lean discipline. Based on the appropriately changed processes, the improvement scheme of port logistics will be figured out. On the other hand, we construct the port logistics system by implementing the improved processes. The port logistics' processes accomplished in steel company will be further assorted and identified. The relationship of wharves process, operational process, shipping process, construction process, quality process, and purchasing process are also defined. Every process has been improved by Lean Tools in order to analyze the value added or non-value added processes, to improve the service level, and to reduce the cycle time, inventory, changing time, re-working and waste. Based on above, the appropriate environment that is suitable to Lean process of port logistics will be established and the modeling that can help to implement the improvement scheme will be figured out.

Facing the rapid changes in business environment, construction companies have been required to improve their structures to reinforce the competitiveness. Construction companies have attempted the various management innovation and taken measures to enhance the productivity through the information systems. But compared to the efforts made in restructuring and process improvement, organization issues have not been considered sufficiently. So this study was executed to discuss the organization changes due to the innovation occurring in construction organization. This study was focused on the organization controlling the activities directly in construction site and the work process improvement in management.

To establish efficient e-government and to improve the quality of public services, online public services are in operation in every administrative organization. However, due to the lack of analysis and connection between each government organization, the satisfaction of the civil users has not been improved very much. This research presents the core components of Integrated Management Model for Public Services, which can minimize the time for processing public services and the expenses for administrative procedure, based on the example of N Ministry. For this purpose, it analyzes current process of the public services to find out underlying problems, deduces requirements for improvement, presents and implements the design principles of Integrated Management System for Public Services. The efficiency of this Integrated Management System was proven with the analysis from the viewpoints of civil users, internal service representatives, and their managers.

정보기술은 전략적으로 도입되어야 하고 그를 위해서는 경영전략의 선행수립이 필수적이다. 부서나 기능중심의 접근으로는 개발의 중복, 기능이나 부서간 자료의 불일치라는 문제점을 발생시킨다. ERP는 IT의 통합적 구현을 위한 개념이자 제품이다. ERP를 통해 프로세스적으로 전사적 업무흐름을 재설계하고 통합하고, 환경변화에 유연한 정보시스템을 구현할 수 있다. ERP의 기본사상이 업무중심의 접근이라면 현업사용자의 역할은 상당한 비중을 가질 것이며, 이것이 곧 사용자주도형 ERP구현이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 한 사례를 통해서 현업위주의 ERP시스템 개발의 정당성을 확인하고자 한다.

기업의 정보가 방대해지고 이러한 정보에 대한 효율적이 관리의 필요성에 의해 현재 제조업, 유통서비스업, 금융업등 일반기업은 물론 공공기관에서도 ERP의 도입은 경영에 있어서 피할 수 없는 꼭 필요한 것이 되어지고 있다. 하지만, 소규모 중소기업은 초기도입비용, 업무 프로세스의 재설계에 따른 업무 부담, 전산능력 보유자의 미비등의 문제로 ERP 도입의 필요성은 인식 하지만, 도입은 결정을 쉽게 내리지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소규모 중소기업의 ERP 보급확산을 위한 SERP(Small Enterprise Resource Planning)를 제안한다.

각 관공서나 공공기관에서 발생되는 각종 공사현황정보와 기술정보를 시설물 전체 수명주기동안 제대로 활용하기 위해서는 시설공사관리 업무를 전자처리체계로 전환하는 것이 시급하며, 사업계획에서 준공까지 일련의 과정에서 발생하는 문서들의 보관이 비체계적이므로 이를 잘 보관하고 재 사용하기 위한 관리체계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 공공건설분야를 담당하고 있는 지방국토관리청을 대상으로 사업단위별로 업무를 7가지로 세분화하고. 그 중에서도 핵심부분인 공공건설사업에 대한 체계적이고 효과적인 관리체계를 유지할 수 있는 웹 기반의 공사현황 정보시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 기술자격시스템에 대한 관리 운영상의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 내부관리시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 비정기성 기술자격시스템은 정보처리 관련기업에 개발 및 구현에 대한 전체적인 사항을 위탁업무로 수행하고 처리 결과에 대한 자료를 시행기관에서 인수하여 내부업무를 처리한다. 이러한 관리체계는 추가적 요구정보에 대한 재처리에 많은 문제점을 내포한다. 부가적인 추가적 요구사항에 대하여 재개발 절차가 필요하며 효율적인 업무처리와 관리체계를 수행하는데 불안정한 요소들을 가지고 있는바, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 특수 자격 분야에 시범적으로 적용한 내부관리시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 내부관리 시스템의 기능 평가는 시뮬레이션 방식으로 최소 규모의 파일럿시스템에서 구현 기술을 적용하고 검증 한 후 실시간 기술자격 시험에 시범 적용한 결과 처리 과정상의 안정성과 실용성이 인증되어 대단위 자격시스템에 확대 적용할 계획이다. 위탁기관과 연계하여 부가적 요구정보 처리 시 발생되는 추가 개발기간에 대한 문제점을 해결하였으며 안정적인 시스템 운영상태와 최대의 효율성을 보여주었다. 특히 내부관리시스템을 사용하는 전문가와 비전문가그룹으로 이루어진 자격시행기관의 시스템 평가에서 사용자 편리성과 확장성 부문에 탁월한 평가를 도출하였다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 내부관리 시스템은 다양한 방식과 구성요소를 통합하여 공통영역을 표준화 한 후, 체계적으로 실시간 자격관리시스템에 적용 될 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다.
