Study on Feasibility of New Frequency Allocations to the Fixed-Satellite Service in Ku-band (Ku-대역 고정위성업무용 주파수 신규 분배 가능성 검토 연구)

  • This paper analyzed the background and status of studies for WRC-15 agenda item which considers additional frequency allocations to the fixed-satellite service in Ku-band and considered national future countermeasures. Satellite frequency can be acquired through compliance with the Radio Regulations for international registration and it has been recognized as the limited natural resource, and which leads to intensifying the competition among countries for the preoccupancy of it. Under the circumstances, WRC-15 is going to consider additional allocations to the fixed-satellite service in Ku-band and it is necessary to cope with the situation taking into account adequate protection of the existing services and future plan of frequency usage by the fixed-satellite service.

  • 최근 유가가 고공행진 중이다. 정부는 고유가 대책으로 안정적인 자원확보와 동등하게 에너지절약에 심혈을 기울인다. 자원확보도 중요하지만 이 자원을 어떻게 효율적으로 이용할 것인가에 대한 해법을 찾고 있다. 이 문제에 대해 이명박 대통령도 지식경제부 업무보고서 에너지절약의 중요성을 강조한 바 있다. 육지에서 바다를 건너야 닿을 수 있는 제주특별자치도(이하 제주도). 묵묵히 에너지절약을 선도하는 기업이있다. 주인공은 (주)도암엔지니어링(이하 도암) 이 회사는 도시계획.건축설게 토목설계 종합감리 등을 중심으로 미래 촉망받는 ESCO사업과 신.재생에너지사업으로 사업영역을 확대하면서 발빠른 행보를 늦추지 않고 있다. 사업분야 다양화와 뭍으로의 사업영역 확대, 제주도에서 불기 시작한 바람이 육지를 강타하고 있다.

  • 한전의 신배전정보시스템(NDIS)은 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 활용하여 전국에 시설되어 있는 방대한 배전설비를 데이터베이스로 구축한 후 배전계획, 배전설계, 공사관리, 준공정산, 자산취득, 유지보수 등 배전분야 전반의 업무를 수행하고 고객정보시스템과 연계하여 영업업무를 지원하는 시스템으로 저압공급방안검토, 고압계통분석, 보호협조검토, Simulation 등 배전분야에서 필요한 다양한 기술지원 기능과 경제적인 투자계획, 효율적인 유지보수 등을 위한 배전통계 및 자원정보 등 장기적 관점의 경영정보 인프라를 구축하여 배전설계에서 준공까지 업무흐름 표준화, 업무처리 절차, 방법 등을 시스템에서 자동 지원토록하여 반복적인 배전정보 관리업무의 정확도 향상을 목적으로 만들어진 시스템이다. 신배전 정보시스템의 배전설비는 모두 위치값을 가지고 있는데 지중배전설비는 위치에 대한 측량 및 탐사를 시행하여 신배전정보시스템에 DB입력하여 사용하고 있으며 이 입력 좌표체계는 한정된 일부지역에서만 사용할 수 있는 동경측지계를 사용하고 있다. 2010년 부터는 이동 경측지계를 전 세계적으로 GPS측량값을 그대로 적용할 수 있는 세계 측지계로 사용토록 측량법에 명시되어 있어 신배전정보시스템의 배전설비를 전환 프로그램을 개발하여 전환하고자 한다.

  • Construction managers need to pay a close attention to the resource utilization in order to deliver the construction project successfully. Construction scheduling is crucial for resource control in that it provides information when and how much to bring down work force to sites. In scheduling, activity duration is projected based on the productivity of historical data or the intuition of scheduler. This paper studies the opportunity of applying cost-based productivity for estimating activity duration. For cost-based productivity, the cost of resource is used as an input and the work quantities as an output. Out of historical data, regression model has been developed to understand the validity of applying cost-based productivity in projecting activity duration. The result of study will work as a prerequisite for implementing the environment of database-based construction scheduling.

  • The aim of this study was to identify the performance and requirements of the visiting nursing care using Omaha system in public health center. The highest performance were 'personal hygiene', 'pain', 'medication regimen', 'nutrition', 'physical activity', 'sanitation', 'sleep and rest patterns', 'oral hygiene', 'mental health' in order. The lowest performance were 'sexuality', 'postpartum', 'income', 'family planning', 'pregnancy', 'spirituality', 'abuse', 'reproductive function', 'neglect' in order. Problems such as 'postpartum', 'pregnancy' and 'family planning' need to strengthen the role of visiting nurses according to the region. this result will be the basis for visitung nursing care.

  • The embodiment of working process fitting in characteristics of business each other in ERP system is indispensable factor. But, general ERP system is not so much profitable for the way of production management of footwear of domestic midge and small company that is dependant on most of the way of OEM production. Therefore, the development of ERP system fitted for present situation of the footwear manufacturing companies is necessary. For this, first, the business process for footwear production, for development of this system, have to be standardize and second, the model of Integrated system process based on standard business process have to be design for programming. In this paper, we proposed a method to build up standard business process and execute BPP in the point of the foundation for introduction and development of the resource planning systems only used by production of footwear and suited to the way of production management of the domestic companies manufacturing footwear. With this, we presented a process model of resource planning systems for footwear production. This study is focused on construction of integrated process model for production resource planning of ERP subsystems and the integrated process model consist of 13 modules.

Ijang's Role and Stress as an Emergency Manager (재난관리자로서 이장의 역할과 스트레스에 관한 분석)

  • This paper examines the evolving role of ijang(village representative) and his job stress during Pyeongchang floods in 2006. Results based on telephone survey and interviews reveal that ijang played a crucial role in evacuating residents, allocating resources and commanding the recovery, although official job description considered him as only a mediator between local officers and villagers. Moreover, unexpected enormous burden created severe job stress to many ijangs; while 60 percent felt like quitting the job, about three fourth felt fretful whenever the telephone rang and lost some weights. Chi-square analysis also indicated that previous job training, villagers' abuse, and disaster damages were significantly related with job stress. These results suggest that the emergent human resources model rather than the command and control model can be an effective approach for a disaster management plan in rural Korea.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 화합물 반도체를 생산하는 중소기업의 정보시스템을 설계하고 개발하여 적용하는데 있다. 제품의 수주에서 일정계획수립, 제품 재고관리 및 원·부자재 관리, 생산 가동율 등 생산활동전반에 걸친 업무 흐름을 분석하여 이에 사용되는 기초정보를 얻어내고, 이들 기반으로 관리자를 위한 관리정보와 의사결정자를 위한 경영정보를 Web상에 가시화 하는 시스템을 개발한다. 인터넷을 활용함으로써 기업 정보를 원격지에서 조회, 검색 할 수 있고 빠른 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 기업 내부의 인트라넷 시스템과 연동하여 부서간 업무연락 및 정보시스템에서 발생하는 의사결정 요구사항을 쌍 방향으로 전달함으로써 그 활용도를 더욱 높인다. 본 시스템은 영업, 물류, 생산, 구매, 자재 인사, 회계 개발 등 기업 전체에 대한 자원관리를 위해 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 주문/수주정보관리, 제품재고관리, 원·부자재관리, 공정관리, 입출고 관리 등으로 구성되어 있다. 중소기업환경에 적합한 MS-SQL Server를 DB server로 사용하였고 Windows-NT기반의 ASP ( Active Server Page)를 사용하여 전 모듈을 개발함으로써 인터넷이 지원되는 모든 곳에서 접근 가능하도록 하였다.
