A Development of the Integrated Total Asset Management System (통합 유가증권시스템의 개발)

  • The total asset management system is used for banks or financial institutions for the management of trusteed assets or own assets and it is divided into three systems: the front-office system, the middle-office system and the back-office system by its business areas and functionalities. This kind of asset management system is a huge and complex system handling large data and various financial products, and requires professional knowledges like accounting, financial product specific knowledge, compliance and regulations, etc. It also performs high level computation for NAV calculation and risk measurement on every day Therefore, it needs absolute stability, extendability and efficiency and should handle the frequent change of regulation and products and connectivity with outdoor institutions. In this paper, we report our successful development of such a system and discuss issues regarding its efficient system design and system construction.

  • Most of the software development is determined by the hard skills of project participants and capacity management and operations. However, failure of the current software development is very high. Since the development of the exploration of human psychology continues, the study that there is an association between the preferences of personality and work preference has been actively conducted. It is found out that there is a relationship of preferences in MBTI, the test tool of psychological typology, and those for the work of the ICT engineers tuned to the software development cycle. By using the information on the soft skills associated with software development for the psychological typology, it can be understood the preference of the software development process. In this paper, we develop a program for software development process to allow personality type to be classified with using the soft skills to find ways to improve education and collaboration capabilities of ICT engineers.

The Effects of Job Stress and Nursing Problem-solving Ability according to MBTI Type of Nurses on Nursing Work Performance (간호사의 MBTI 유형에 따른 직무스트레스, 간호문제해결능력이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to determine the effects of job stress, nursing problem-solving ability, nursing work performance, and job stress and nursing problem-solving ability on nursing work performance according to the MBTI type of nurses. The study subjects were 141 nurses working at a medical institution in G Province, and data collection was conducted from March 01 to March 31, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression analysis. Among the psychological function types of MBTI, the SF type (sympathetic and friendly type) was the most common, and among the psychological temperament types, the SP type (sensuous and open type) was the most common. Nursing work performance had a negative correlation with job resource stress, a positive correlation with nursing problem-solving ability, and a positive correlation with problem recognition, information collection, planning ability, and evaluation. The variable that had a significant impact on nursing work performance was job resources, and problem recognition, a subfactor of nursing problem-solving ability, was found to be the best predictor of nursing work performance, followed by planning ability. The explanatory power was 17.8%. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to develop efficient nursing management guidelines by not only improving understanding of the personality of nurses but also investigating factors related to nurses' work performance. Through the development of programs and measures to improve nursing performance, it is necessary to revitalize programs, provide educational opportunities, and provide institutional support from hospital organizations to enable high-quality nursing care through skilled nursing work.

  • This study analysed the long-term plans of academic libraries to raise their usefulness at universities in Korea. Especially, this study focused the evaluation of strategic plans, and drew an evaluation guideline based on the evaluation methods of strategic plan of academic library in foreign countries. This study checked the long-term development plans of academic libraries in Korea, and evaluated how much the core elements of strategic plan are reflected in the long-term plans. As the result, it has come out that there are more characteristics of operation plans as routine services than those of strategic plan as long-term view which contributes to the development of libraries in the long-term plans of academic libraries in Korea.

  • This study surveyed and analysed the factors that affect the job satisfaction of a home appliances service engineer. The job satisfaction analysis was based on two separate branches: the satisfaction of the current position and the intention to work. As the result, it was apprehended that as far as the individual qualities of the engineer are concerned, personality is a factor that had an effect on job satisfaction. Concerning the organisational qualities, it was analysed that social support, allowances and welfare were factors that contributed largely; and concerning the work itself, it was acknowledged that the appropriateness of the work influenced job satisfaction. To conclude, it was analysed that to increase job satisfaction, it would be important first and foremost to employ employees who have extroversive personalities, to take good care of the allowances and welfare of the employees and to distribute appropriately the amount of work.

Protecting Game Developers Under the Works-for-hire Clause of Copyright Law (게임개발자 창작 권리보호 방안에 관한 소고 -저작권법의 업무상저작물제도를 중심으로)

  • This paper investigates the possibilities of protecting game developers under the work-for-hire provision of copyright law. Fundamentally, the work-for-hire clause provides the authorship status to companies, not to game developers. Some argue that the clause is especially appropriate in software industries including game industries because they are new and different from typical types of copyright industries. However, game industries are different from software industries as well as typical types of copyright industries in that they have both cultural (artistic) as well as industrial characteristics. Game developers not being provided with the authorship status may be one of the reasons for the disputes related to turnover and knowledge leakage. This paper mainly suggests three kinds of solutions: first, protecting the moral right even in the work-for-hire provision; second, protecting game developers as coauthorship; and third, providing monetary compensation as it is in employee invention.

  • The current insurance market is facing a real problem that the high cost of insurance spent in maintaining a non- face-to-face sales channels face of the channel facing growing contribution to the reduction of side. As a result, the productivity issue facing designers of representative organizations in the organization channel will be referred to an urgent problem. As a result of improved organizational productivity architect that is the goal of this study to demonstrate what a performance improvement factor of insurance agents. Personality factors and individual insurance agents individual-environmental suitability and job satisfaction, consider the impact on turnover intention year of the results architects extroversion, sincerity, openness, it won a chronic, emotional gender, personality representing the honesty factor is organizational commitment and job satisfaction It has had a significant impact on. In other words, this is a lively and extroverted nature of the actuary, the more harmonious interpersonal relationships and higher emotional empathy with others can raise the extent that has a strong sense of belonging and attachment to their company's commitment. Whereas personality factors were not significant influence turnover intention has. This can be made to represent the need for screening of agents introduced from the introduction stage. Depending on the personality factors of organizational commitment, personal planners also occurs because of the differences and job satisfaction. Whereas turnover of agents is the result of empirical factors that are affected by other agents than to individual character generated by the character of the individual agents. Compliance boss, job suitability, individuals representing a fellow fitness, tissue compatibility environmental compliance is having a significant impact on both the degree of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. In other words, the boss or colleague, values and personality, working method, as fits well the concerns and pursuing goals are similar, and their job aptitude higher the suitability of the organization is about to have a sense of belonging and attachment to the company commitment can do. This is the result of a demonstration that the work environment of the actuary agents productivity gains and loyalty depends on the insurance company, which currently belongs.

Personality Types of Nurses and the Relation between Self-Efficacy and Clinical Performance Ability (간호사의 성격유형, 자기효능감과 임상수행능력 간의 관계)

  • This study was to determine the relationship between nurse DISC personality types, self-efficacy, clinical performance. Data were collected from 302 nurses in 5 hospitals in K city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient. With regard to self-efficacy and clinical performance, D type showed a higher score than type I type and S type. The lower region of the clinical performance showed the nursing process, nursing skills, higher score than the D Type S Type in professional development. With regard to personality and self-efficacy, and clinical performance, the type D (r=.56, p<.01), I type (r=.66, p<.01), S type (r=.6, p<.01) showed a positive correlation with type C (r=.52, p<.01). As shown by these results, each personality type has a different correlation with self-efficacy and clinical performance ability. This factor should be considered in the assignment of nurses to departments or individual training programs so that they can deliver the most effective job performance.

  • This study examines the critical features of 'Library Law' introducing the public library registration system. Accordingly, we conducted a document analysis to explore the legal meaning of registration in the 'Library Law'. We also surveyed participants in the gathering of 34 regional registration authorities to gauge their perception of the registration system. The analysis revealed that the registration with 'Library Law' is a permission system in terms of procedure and method but has the effect of notarization. The estimated national registration rate is 26 percent. The perception survey of the registration authorities' officials exposed the registration-related problems such as inconsistency described in supplementary note, excessive workload, difficulties in staffing, and ambiguity in registration criteria and target. To remedy these problems, we proposed an alternative method for the government to increase the effectiveness of 'Library Law'.

  • 소비자의 욕구변화와 정보기술의 발전으로 정보경제시대, 신경제시대가 도래함에 따라 가치사슬이 변화하고, 새로운 가치를 창출하는 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 선으로부터의 자유, 개인성, 즉시성이 가능한 모바일 비즈니스가 우리나라에서도 태동하고 있다. 모바일 비즈니스는 금융업체, 정보제공업체, 통신망 운용업체, 최종이용자간의 새로운 가치의 결합이 특징이며, 막 흐름이 만들어지고 발전되고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같이 다양한 이해관계자가개입하고 있어 협력이 특히 강조되고 또 요구되고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 이들간의 관계에 대한 연구가 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 비즈니스를 주도하고 있는 통신망 제공업체와 모바일 컨텐츠 공급 파트너간의 조직간 협력관계에 대한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 관계마케팅, 거래비용, 자원기반관점, 네트워크 이론 등 기업간 관계를 기술, 설명, 예측하는 주요이론에서 논의되고 있는 개념을 바탕으로 본 연구는 컨텐츠 공급파트너의 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 연구 모형을 제시한다. 최근 중요성이 더 강조되고 있는 항목은 신뢰와 결속임을 감안하여, 매개변수로써 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 주요한 요소로 신뢰와 결속을 제시하고 있다. 컨텐츠 제공업체의 전략적 성과는 서비스제공업체에 대한 신뢰와 결속에 큰 영향을 받고있다는 점을 반영하고 있다. 한편 신뢰에 영향을 주는 독립변수로는 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평판, 서비스제공업체와 컨텐츠 제공 파트너간의 상호의사소통, 그리고 업무처리의 절차에 대한 공정성을 제시하고 있다 결속에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 동의된 목표, 업무정보교류, 거래특유자산의 3개의 변수를 선정하였다. 독립, 매개, 종속변수간의 9개의 연구 가설을 수립하였다. 국내의 주도적인 이동통신망소유업체에 모바일 컨텐츠를 공급하고 있는 170여개의 파트너를 대상으로 실증연구를 수행했다. 공변량 구조분석을 위주로 분석한 연구의 결과에 의하면 본 연구의 모델은 충분한 적합성을 보여주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가설의 상당수가 채택이 되었다. 그러나 모바일 비즈니스의 기업간관계의 실제측면을 나타내는 업무정보교류와 결속자의 관계의 유의하지 않게 나와 기각되었다. 기각에 대한 여러 가지의 해석이 가능하지만 측정의 신뢰성을 확보해야 하고 개념의 타당성을 더 엄격하게 준수할 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 조직이론에 근거한 변수를 채택하고 있으나 모바일 비즈니스의 생명주기특성상 태동기이기 때문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념에 대한 심도 깊은 연구와 최근 제기되고 있는 이론의 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 신뢰와 결속에 영향을 미치는 요소간의 개념적 분류, 차이의 검증, 영향력 등을 광범위하게 진행시킬 필요가 있다.
