The Relationship of Safeguard Accomplishment Personality and Stress Coping Behavior (경호업무수행자의 성격특성과 직무스트레스 대처행동 및 대처효과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this research is to find relationships between safeguards' personality traits and stress coping behaviors. The findings then could provide data to adapt safeguards to their duties. For that, personality traits such as sociability, stability and stress coping behaviors and the effects were investigated. In addition, cognitive aspects which were known to influence stress coping behaviors were appraised. The findings of this research are as follows, First, regarding personality traits and stress coping behaviors, the unstable and unsocial group used the emotion-focused coping style more than the stable and social group. The two groups didn't show any significant differences in the problem-focused coping style. The A-type group used both the problem-focused style and the emotion-focused style more than the B-type group. The common characteristic of the unstable, the unsociable and the A-type groups was the heavy use of avoidance behaviors of the emotion-focused coping style. Second, In the correlation between the personal traits and the stress coping effects regarding adaptability, the stability influenced stress coping effects. Third, regarding the personality traits, the coping styles and the coping effects, A-type group showed high correlation with the sociability but not with the stability. The problem-focused coping style showed high correlation with the emotion-focused style. Fourth, the cognitive appraisal on the stress causes influenced the stress coping styles but not the stress coping effects. Fifth, the cognitive appraisal on the same stress causes didn't show any significant differences among the personality traits.

  • This paper tried to research a field employee's character, its correlation to service attitude and its impact on service using MBTI characteristics functional indicators, working at airline customer service center. It is proved employees with Sensing Feeing(SF), Intuition Feeling(NF) and Intuition Thinking(NT) have showed lower satisfaction on their duty than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. In analysis of MBTI characteristics' impact on organization-related characteristics, it is also found out employees with Sensing Feeing(SF) and Intuition Feeling(NF) have showed lower trust than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. Considering other controled factors, this paper found that the more job satisfaction employees have, employees with 1 to 5 years of experience on their duty showed more significant service-focused attitude. Moreover, deputy directors or high-ranked people with the higher job satisfaction were seemed to be more service-oriented.

  • The demands of users have become variety and diversification by the conversion of application to Web environment from C/S(Client/Server) enviroment as well as by the development of application which puts into practie an information technology with the advance of internet basic technology. Therefore if it attempt to satisfy their all demands, the services like a real time batch processing are faced with a difficult obstacle that the limited existing system cannot manage. Finally it is come to a conculsion that the extension of system or the induction of new system is necessary in order to solve this problem according to a ragular tuning and an examination about infra of web environment. This thesis intends to propose about inter- relation and improvement plan as well as considerable facts in case of the introduction of system through the efficiency analysis process of the system.

A Study on the Changing Role and Staffing of Catalog Librarian (정리사서의 역할변화와 업무재편에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the paper is to review the key factors of automation and information technology which have generally had the first and the most impact on traditional cataloging department and catalogers. Additioansl qualities and skills which the catalogers in this environment will need are indentified. The review is done through the examination of research reports and results of numerous library surveys. The overall climate of change is toward a process of conver gent evolution between catalogers and public service librarians. The heads of technical services departments and several catalogers in eight Korean academic libraries including National Central Library are interviewed to find out the present development of automation and any effect on cataloging staff in terms of work and organizational structure. It is too early to have any such changing impact as the automation is still in its implementing stage. However, they see the future when professional catalogers are expected to serve in much extended role as the automation stages are moving ahead.

Affecting Factors of Nurses' Burnout in Secondary General Hospitals (2차 종합병원 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 심리.성격 특성과 업무특성중심으로-)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors affecting nurses' burnout in secondary general hospitals. Methods: Data were collected through structured questionnaires from 241 nurses working at the secondary general hospitals with below 400 beds in the P, C, and S city between April and May, 2009. Data analysis was done with independent t test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple stepwise multiple regression with SPSS WIN v 17.0. Results: Burnout was significantly different according to religion, age, clinical experiences, and shift work. Burnout score of the subjects was 58/100. Burnout of the subjects were positively correlated with job stress and negatively correlated with hardness, self efficiency, self esteem, spiritual wellbeing, social support, and job satisfaction. The explained variances for burnout was 51.8% and factors affecting nurses' burnout in secondary general hospitals were job stress, hardness, self efficiency, job satisfaction and shift work. Conclusion: These results showed the significant factors fo nurses' burnout in secondary general hospitals. These findings can be utilized to development of strategies for reducing job stress and enhancing hardness, self efficiency and job satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 스트레스가 지식창출에 미치는 영향을 보고자 한다. 즉, 개인의 목표에 대한 그리고 직무와 관련된 스트레스는 지식창출에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 연구들이 제시되고 있는데, 이때 팀의 어떠한 요소들이 이러한 부정적 영향을 감소시키고 지식창출에 기여할 수 있을지를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로 지식창출을 위해 자원에 비해 과도하게 설정된 목표로 인한 목표 스트레스(goal stress of resource inadequacy)와 지식창출을 위한 업무과정에서 발생하는 직무 스트레스(job stress)는 지식창출에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것이다. 그러나 지식창출을 위해 구성된 팀구성원들이 열심히 배우려고 하고 실패도 두려워하지 않는 분위기(팀 학습분위기) 속에서 강하게 결속되어 있다면(팀 응집력) 스트레스로 인한 지식창출에 대한 부정적 영향은 약화될 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 집단수준의 변수와 개인수준의 변수를 동시에 고려해야 하는 본 연구의 성격상 최근에 많이 사용되고 있는 다수준접근방법을 적용하여, HLM 6.08을 사용한 위계적 선형 모형분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 직무 스트레스는 지식창출에 부정적 영향을 미쳤으나 목표 스트레스는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 팀의 학습분위기는 지식창출에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 목표 스트레스와 지식창출간의 관계에 조절효과를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 팀의 응집력 역시 지식창출에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Objective: This study was performed to find out the characteristics of nurse administrators and the relationships among their personality types, administrative work appropriateness and job satisfaction. Methods: Participants were 112 nurse administrators who had worked for more than 1 year in a hospital administrative position in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Data were collected form April 14 to Jun 17, 2016, using questionnaires. For the analysis, SPSS WIN 20.0 program was used. Results: Personality types are related to job satisfaction and administrative work appropriateness. Among big-5 personality types, the neurotic level is negatively related to job satisfaction. However, extroversion is positively related. For the appropriateness of administrative work, the way of transfer and working department show no significant relations but age shows significant relation. The influence of age needs further study. Conclusion: The personalty types are related to nurse administratorsʼ job satisfaction and administrative work appropriateness.

Counterproductive Work Behaviors and Narcissism (반생산적인 업무행동에 대한 자기애적 성격특성의 이해)

  • Counterproductive work behaviors are behaviors by employees intended to harm their organization or organization members. Human is the being has a desire and behaviors. To understand behaviors of an individual, it is important to understand the personality which determines a difference between individuals. Narcissists has psychological traits to be likely to experience negative emotions, such as frustration, hostility or anger, and this psychological traits of narcissists are more likely to induce an aggression. In this view, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between counterproductive work behaviors and narcissistic personality characteristics and to explore psychological dynamics about how narcissistic personality characteristics had an effect on counterproductive work behaviors. As a result, facts known were as follows. First, narcissists has strong desires to maintain a sense of superiority over others and defend their egos against unpleasant evaluation information, even if the information is factual and accurate. Second, narcissists are hyper-sensitive to negative information and are more likely to encounter information or situations that challenge their positive self-appraisals by this view. Third, in response to these challenges, or ego threats, these individuals are more likely to experience negative emotions, such as anger, frustration, or hostility. Forth, this negative emotions lead to aggression and as a result, this is more likely to induce counterproductive work behaviors such as theft, sabotage, interpersonal aggression, work slowdowns, wasting time and materials, and spreading rumors. Thus, narcissism is another individual difference variable that may be an important factor in determining counterproductive work behaviors, particularly under conditions perceived to be difficult or stressful.

900MWe 가압경수로에 대한 토륨핵연료 및 혼합핵연료 노선 핵특성 분석

  • 토륨핵연료를 이용한 플루토늄 소모에 대한 연구를 목적으로 조직된 IAEA CRP(Coordinated Research Program) 업무의 일환으로, 농축우라늄 및 플루토늄을 seed로한 토륨핵연료를 국내의 900MWe 가압경수로에 이용하였을 경우에 플루토늄을 비롯한 heavy isotope의 원소량 변화, 사용 후 핵연료로부터의 방사능 준위, 노심의 반응도 특성을 분석하여 혼합핵연료 노심과 비교하였다. (Th+Pu)O$_2$,는 혼합핵연료 보다 플루토늄의 소모량이 약 2.4배 많으며, fissile 플루토늄 원소의 존재비율은 10% 정도 더 감소하는 것으로 나타나 플루토늄 소모의 특성이 유리하고 핵비확산 성격이 강한 것으로 나타났다 사용후 핵연료의 방사능은, 핵연료가 노심에서 바로 인출된 시점에서 는 (Th+Pu)O$_2$,가 가장 낮으나, 그 이후로는 (Th+Pu)O$_2$와 혼합핵연료의 방사능은 비슷한 반면, (Th+U)O$_2$,의 방사능이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타나 장기적으로는 (Th+U)O$_2$가 가장 유리하다. 대략적인 전환비는 (Th+Pu)O$_2$노심이 약 0.56, (Th+U)O$_2$ 노심은 약 0.63, 혼합핵연료 노심은 약 0.61 정도로 추정되었다. 토륨핵연료의 연소도에 따른 반응도 변화, 가돌리니아봉의 중성자 횹수 성질 및 반응도 특성 등 노심특성은 seed 물질의 특성과 함량에 따라 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 대용량의 영상을 빠르고 정확하게 편집해야 하는 방송 환경에서 오픈 소스를 활용한 방송용 영상 편집 시스템과 편집 결과를 신속히 통보하는 다기능 알람 시스템에 대하여 다루었다. 디지털 방송에서 사용하는 영상은 매우 고품질이면서 동시에 매우 큰 데이터 용량을 가지고 있으며, 또 방송이라는 매체의 성격상 방송 시간에 맞춰 영상 편집을 완료해야 하는 시간적 부담이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방송 편집 시스템은 갈수록 그 기능이 다양하고 좋은 성능을 보여주는 오픈 소스 영상 처리 소프트웨어를 활용하는 동시에, 분산 처리 시스템을 도입하여 영상의 빠른 편집 기능을 저렴한 도입 비용으로 가능하도록 하였다. 오픈 소스 영상 처리 소프트웨어는 백엔드 모듈로 동작하며, 영상의 다양한 편집 기능들, 예를 들어 영상의 구간 자르기, 붙이기, 자막넣기, 로고 넣기, 비디오/오디오 포맷 변환 등을 수행한다. 사용자 편의성을 위한 프론트엔드 시스템은 자바 기반의 프레임워크를 사용하였으며, 비디오 편집 기능 결과 및 과정에 대한 다기능 알람 기능을 첨가하여 방송 종사자들의 업무 편리를 도모하였다. 본 시스템은 기존의 고가 방송 편집 장비와 비교하여 매우 저렴하면서도 안정된 성능을 보장하여 디지털 방송 시대에 활용 가능성이 매우 높다고 할 수 있다.
