This study aims to contribute to the early detection of occupational fraud in the Korean financial industry by analyzing fraud symptoms. Firstly, the definition, cause of occupational fraud, and fraud symptoms were discussed through literature review. Secondly, survey data were collected from the employees of the financial industry such as bank, insurance, and securities companies to conduct statistical analysis. The result of analysis showed that the symptoms of 'excessive stock investment' and 'unsettled life style' were statistically significant predictors of fraud detection experience. Plus, 'tips and complaints' were the most frequent method for detecting occupational fraud in the Korean financial industry. The financial institutions can minimize the loss of occupational fraud by early detection through educating their employees and vendors on these important symptoms of occupational fraud.

본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 주관적 안녕감에 대한 업무 효능감/의미감의 역할을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 긍정 정서, 부정 정서, 삶의 만족과 같은 주관적 안녕감의 구성요인들과 업무 효능감, 업무 의미감으로 구성된 이론모형을 제안하였다. 설문방법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 예상대로 긍정 정서는 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 부정 정서는 삶의 만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 업무 효능감과 업무 의미감은 긍정/부정 정서와 삶의 만족 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 업무 효능감 및 의미감이 직장인의 행복감에 의미 있는 영향을 미친다는 본 연구의 결과는 조직 관리자들이 효과적인 지휘 전략을 수립하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we examined the effect of positive affect and negative affect on the life satisfaction in the workplace. Also, this study focused on an empirical test of the role of work self-efficacy and work meaningfulness in the subjective well-being of office worker. To achieve this purpose, we suggested a research model consisting of factors such as work self-efficacy, work meaningfulness, positive affect, negative affect, life satisfaction. Data was collected using the survey method, and analyzed using structural equation model. According to PLS analysis, first, lower negative affect was associated with higher life satisfaction. Secondly, work meaningfulness was a very important predictor for the subjective well-being of office worker.

Since 1998, Korean economy has damaged financial structural coordination from business firms to financial institutions. The monetary circumstances, the faithless management in financial institution, caused an usiness shrinkage. Specially, the monetary circumstances come by every year from large to small. This dissertation examines the recognition & experience of institution employee to the monetary circumstances that underlie the announcement effects. The sample of this study consists of 201 survey which have 1st and 2nd financial institution from Gyeungnam to Seoul. To examine and identify factors that the Recognition & Experience of the Monetary Circumstances this study uses t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression. The variables SEX, AFF, FRA show expected signs and are statistically significant. The variables MAR, SCH, PER, POS, LEN and REC were turned out to be insignificant. The above results suggest that institution employee, which have male, take part lending in affairs and uneasy home status, have more recognize to the financial circumstances.

The purpose of this study empirically examined relationship among affectivity(positive affectivity vs. negative affectivity) and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and work performance of information security professionals. To this end, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 174 information security professionals and analyzed the collected data using structural equation modeling (SEM). It was found that positive affectivity had a positive influences on organizational committment. But negative affectivity was not significantly related to organizational committment. In addition, organizational committment had a positive relationship with job satisfaction and work performance. The results of the empirical study are meaningful to understand the effects of the positive affective aspect of information security professionals on job satisfaction and work performance.

일반적으로 정보시스템에서 정보보안을 위한 조직체계 설계의 근본 개념은 직원들간에 담당업무를 적절히 분리함으로써 직원들간의 상호견제효과를 유지하는 것이다. 이는 오류나 부정의 예방 및 신속한 발견을 위해서 필요한 조치이다. 직무를 적절히 분리하면 정보자산의 보호가 향상되며 전문화로 인한 작업능률의 향상, 크로스 체크에 의한 정확성의 향상, 관리종제시스템의 강화등을 기대할 수 있다. 특히 전산망에 있어서 직무 수행상 알 필요에 따른기준(Need-to-know )의 원칙에 따라 각 직원들의 기능이 분화되어 업무수행에 무관한 정보를 직원들이 습득하는 것을 제한할 수 있도록 조직체계를 설계해야 한다.

VTS 업무와 관련 관제교신이 차지하는 비중이 높음에도 불구하고 그동안 관제교신의 효율향상 필요성은 대원칙(간단 명료 정확) 개념 이상의 구체적 논의나 연구대상이 되지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 관제교신의 잘못으로 인한 관제업무의 효율저하 및 이로 인한 사고 위험성을 살펴보고, 관제교신의 실패 원인을 현장 중심으로 검토하였다. 교신 분석을 통해서 개선방안을 찾아보고 교신업무 요령 또는 지침 마련의 필요성을 제안하였다.

Because financial industry is closely related to the daily lives of people, internal fraud such as embezzlement by the employees can cause serious damage to the national economy, including credit crunch and contagious bankruptcy, as once demonstrated in the Savings Bank Scandal in 2011. Therefore, the importance of financial industry security is being emphasized and developed into converged security that combines physical, human and cyber security. In this study, to prevent fraud caused by internal employees in Korean financial sector, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with a total of 16 participants including bankers, officials of financial regulators, and security experts, who were in charge of risk management in the industry. The collected data were analyzed at three stratification levels such as individual, organization, and socio-cultural factor. Based on this analysis, policy recommendations were suggested for the development of financial industry security and reducing internal fraud in banking institutions.

현재 사용되고 있는 냉동창고 재고관리 프로그램은 폐쇄 클라이언트 서버 환경에서 운용되고 있어 유지보수에 많은 비용과 인력이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 소비자인 화주에게 제공되는 서비스가 전무하며, 기본적인 수 발주를 위해서 팩스나 전화를 이용하므로 업무가 비효율적이며 오류와 부정확성 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 다양한 모바일 운영체제에서 화주에게 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 웹앱을 설계하고 구현한다. 구현된 시스템에서 화주는 다양한 모바일기기를 이용하여 수 발주 업무, 재고량 조회 등의 서비스를 제공받아 업무를 처리할 수 있어 사용자만족도를 향상시켰다. 또한 모바일 운영체제에 독립적인 웹앱의 형태로 제공되어 사용자의 다양한 모바일 기기에서 운영될 수 있으며 실시간으로 유지보수를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
