통신시설투자 적정규모 산정에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 교환기 및 가입자 선로에 대한 투자계획의 수립 즉 적정수준의 공급주기와 공급량을 산정하는 방안을 모색해 보는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구를 수행하기 위하여 우선 한국통신의 공급계획수립업무에 대한 현황파악과 함께 한국통신의 공급계획수립에 적용할 수 있는 이론적 모형을 다각도로 검토해 보았다. 그 결과 재고모형이 가장 적합하다고 판단되어 재고모형의 여러 대안을 현행 공급계획수립방법과 비교하여 공급주기와 총비용을 비교분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 Economic Order Quantity(EOQ)모형, Dynamic Lot Size(DLS)모형, 그리고 Simulation이 분석의 도구로 사용되었으며, Simulation은 두가지 방법을 적용하였다. 첫번째 방법은 개별 전화국을 대상으로 simulation을 실시하여 최소의 비용을 보이는 공급주기를 각 전화국별로 산정하는 것이며, 두번째 방법은 모든 전화국에 동일한 공급주기를 적용하여 개별 전화국에서 발생하는 비용의 총합계가 최소화되는 공급주기를 산정하는 것이다. 각 대안별로 공급주기와 총비용을 산정해 본 결과 교환기의 경우는 총비용면에서 현행방법과 본 연구에서 제안한 대안들간에 커다란 차이는 없었으나, 모든 전화국에 동일한 공급주기를 일률적으로 적용시키는 것보다 각 전화국의 수요증가형태에 맞는 공급주기를 별도로 산정하여 적용시키는 것이 보다 경제적이었다. 한편, 가입자선로의 경우는 본 연구에서 제시한 대안들이 현행방법에 비해 연간 수백억원에 이르는 투자지출을 절감 할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • 워크플로우는 컴퓨터에 의해서 자동으로 실행되고 관리되는 업무 프로세스이다. 워크플로우 기술은 기업 환경의 변화와 함께, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM:Business Process Management)의 개념과 함께 발전해 왔다. 또한비즈니스를 수행하기 원하는 기업의 거래파트너간, 고객, 공급자들의 분리된 비즈니스 환경을 제거하고, 향상된 e-비즈니스를 수행하기 위한 통합 환경을 제공해주는 웹 서비스는 워크플로우를 구성하는 매우 중요한 개념이 되었고, 이러한 웹 서비스의 흐름을 정의하는 워크플로우 설계 언어가 많이 등장하였다. 그 중 가장 표준이 될 가능성이 유력한 BPEL4WS는 비즈니스 프로세스에 필요한 트랜잭션, 보상 등의 개념을 포함하여, 효율적으로 비즈니스 프로스세스를 구성할 수 있게 해 준다. 그러나 BPEL4WS는 1)고정된 WSDL파일을 참조하여, 그 흐름을 정적으로만 구성할 수 있다는 단점이 있고, 2)제한된 자원만을 갖고 있기 때문에, 의미를 부여할 수 없어 대체 서비스를 찾을 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 기존의 WSDL에 의미(Semantic)을 부여하는 방법으로 이를 해결하고자 한다.

  • This practical study investigates the effects of job satisfaction as a result of the stresses felt by many dispatchers who work in the subway industry in the Seoul metropolitan area. Factors that cause stress are assessed. The organization system, inappropriate compensation, workplace culture, and job requirements, among several types of organizational stresses are significantly related to job satisfaction. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a close link between job satisfaction and dispatcher communication factors. This paper suggests stress-relief measures for dispatchers who must handle a variety of civil complaints and improper communications with field departments based on the analysis of the answers to descriptive questionnaire items.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) on job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. As a result, the study clarifies the hotel's EVP system in addition to examining the relationships among EVP, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty by generating theocratical and practical application related to those behaviors. Using a sample drawn from full-time workers in hotel, total 379 participants were included in the analysis. The study tested the hypothesis by using a structural equation modeling approach. The analysis results show that EVP has significant influence on job satisfaction and organizational behavior. However, job satisfaction does not influence organizational loyalty.

  • Disaster Management should be re-established and developed based on voluntary participations of individuals and groups, not only as a concern of the government. This paper proposes about improvement methods of managing volunteers for disaster management as follows: First, a necessity for publicity and recruitment focused on selfish motive to emphasize individual's development, selfrealization, worth and economic interesting relationship in a process of recruitment and selection, Second, a construction of process to commonly develop education program to volunteers for disaster management, Third, an activity area of volunteers for disaster management is enlarged to the intrinsic task of disaster management, Forth, an evaluation of quality for volunteer activity and compensation.

The Experiences of Novice Teachers in Daycare Centers and the Grounded Theory of their Adjustment Process (초임 보육교사의 경험과 조직 적응과정에 대한 근거이론)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain basic information for novice teachers' adjustment. The data from five novice teachers were collected by in-depth interviews of each subject, as well as reviewing a memo diary, journal and class diary. The results indicated that the novice teachers' experiences were categorized into difficulties in social relationships, heavy workload, stress related to making mistakes, obtaining support and assistance, adequate understanding of their field of work and so on. The model theory for their process of adjustment was found by grounded theory approach. The causal conditions include mistakes in performance of work and immaturity of managing social relationships. The contexts include age of the children, work conditions(i.e. time and space), amount of workload, unfamiliarity of new work assignments, personalities of colleagues, and high frequency of meeting parents of children. The intervening conditions are composed of a guidance program for novice teachers, support from colleagues, work rewards, and the personalities of novice teachers. The novice teacher use three strategies: trying to ignore, sharing difficulties and accessing support from friends or family, as well as willful efforts to transfer negative emotions into positive ones. The consequences of the strategies include: successful career progression, survival, and desire for leaving the field of work.

The Influence of Organizational Characteristic of Domiciliary Visit Care Center on Job Stress -with Focus on Seoul Metropolitan Government Care Worker- (방문요양센터 조직특성이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 -서울시 요양보호사 중심으로-)

  • The aim of this study is to look into the influential factors on the care-workers-perceived job stress level according as the elderly-perceived satisfaction varies depending on care workers' organizational characteristic & attitudes toward work, and there's necessity of reducing their job stress. Hereupon, this study, targeting the care workers at domiciliary visit care centers in Seoul district, analyzed the influential factors of organizational factors consisting of the sub-factors, such as job autonomy, compensation, education and development, members' interrelationship, etc. on the perception level of job stress. As a result of analysis, it was found that the shorter their working hours, the more their salary, the more guaranteed their job autonomy, and the better their interrelationship is, the care workers at a domiciliary visit care center had a positive perception of job stress. Accordingly, the operators of domiciliary visit care centers are requested to have a lot more concerns for diverse forms of improvements which can not only improve care workers' working conditions, such as daily working hours and a pay level but also promote a sense of fellowship between members; in addition, it is hoped that the operators should improve the organizational environment so that care workers can freely carry out their assigned business with a sense of responsibility rather than relying on control and regulation.

A Study on Factors Influencing the Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Organizational members for Accreditation of Engineering Education (대학내 공학교육인증 관련 직무 전담 조직구성원의 직무만족 및 조직몰입 영향 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze job satisfaction and organizational commitment of organizational members for accreditation of engineering education. That will allow applying for effective and efficiency job system in workplace. To this aim, this study analyzed 62 organizational members for accreditation of engineering education how they perceived job satisfaction and organizational commitment in their workplace. The main results of the study are follows. First, organizational members' general job satisfaction is very low. Especially satisfaction of job security, wages, promotion and reward is very low. Second, organizational commitment of organizational members is low. Especially continuance commitment is higher in comparison with affective commitment and normative commitment. It means that their retailing potential is huge if they have a chance. Finally, influencing factors of job satisfaction and organizational commitment are job security, wages, promotion and reward. In conclusion, this study suggests effective organizational system for enhancing job satisfaction and organizational commitment of organizational members for accreditation of engineering education.

The Correlation between Conflict Level within the Organization and Job Satisfaction of the Dental Hygienist (치과위생사의 조직 내 갈등수준과 직무만족도간의 관련성)

  • This research was attempted in order to investigate the correlation of the conflict level and job satisfaction of the dental hygienists in the dental clinic agency. The subjects were 249 dental hygienists working with more than five dental hygienists at dental clinics in Daegu, eight dental clinics were randomly chosen, the researcher visited them personally and the data was obtained by self-administrated questionnaires from March 2 to March 31, 2011. In conclusion, the higher ages, monthly income and total career were, the higher levels of conflict were, and job satisfaction was significantly high when monthly income and total career were higher. Correlation between level of conflict and job satisfaction showed as level of conflict are lower, job satisfaction was significantly high. Regression analysis of the factors affecting job satisfaction, it was significantly high as monthly income was higher, friction of view and ignorance was lower. Therefore, the conflict level is reduced, the job satisfaction degree of the dental hygienist is enhanced, the dental hygienist duty efficiency is enhanced and dental service of the good quality is provided.
