The adjustment in guidelines for quality certification of recycled aggregate permitted the Quality Control Manager of a company specializing in recycled aggregate quality certification to concurrently assume the role of Environmental Management Manager. Analysis of the outcomes from the 2023 recycled aggregate quality certification follow-up management audit conducted by the certification agency revealed that in 95 out of 242 cases, constituting approximately 39% of the total cases, individuals held concurrent positions. Following the regulatory revision, there has been a notable proliferation of concurrent roles across various enterprises. Concerns arose regarding the potential neglect of quality control for certified recycled aggregates in comparison to scenarios where individuals are solely responsible for specific duties related to quality and environmental management. Audit results encompassing six aspects, including waste management, were evaluated on a scale of 6 points. A comparative analysis was conducted between the outcomes of 147 cases managed by dedicated personnel, as previously practiced, and 95 cases managed by individuals with concurrent roles. Although the average score of the latter group was marginally lower, no statistically significant disparity was observed between the two groups. Consequently, apprehensions regarding the oversight of quality control stemming from the allowance of concurrent roles appear unfounded. Within the context of recent regulatory revisions, permitting concurrent roles in managerial capacities is deemed an appropriate relaxation of regulations.

비즈니스 환경의 실시간 변화에 대응하기 위해서 최근에 기업은 특정 업무에 대해서 업무 규칙을 비즈니스 룰로 구현하고 이를 처리하는 비즈니스 룰 엔진 기반의 어플리케이션을 구현하고 있다. 비즈니스 룰은 기업이 보유한 업무 규칙을 컴퓨터와 업무 담당자가 동시에 이해할 수 있는 형태로 구성되어야 하는 양면적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 비즈니스 용어 중심으로 되어 있는 업무 규칙과 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있는 비즈니스 룰은 그 형태가 상이하나 의미적으로 연관관계를 가지고 있기 때문에 체계적인 도출과정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 룰 클래스 개념을 적용하여 업무 규칙으로부터 비즈니스 룰을 도출하는 기법에 대해서 알아보고 이를 기반으로 구성한 비즈니스 룰 구축 방법론을 소개하고자 한다.

This study aims to figure out job stress and stress coping strategies for administrative personnel working in early childhood educational institution. The survey was conducted targeting 119 administrative personnel working in early childhood educational institution in Gyeonsangnam-do from September 10th, 2014 to December 20th, 2014. SPSS/WIN 18.0 Program for statistical processing, followed by frequency analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of socio-demographic characteristics had differences by factors ages, marriage status, religion and position. correlation. There was negative(-) correlation between lower variables of advices of experienced, change of problem recognition and lower variables of workload, job performance. Third, frequency of drinking and position at work were confirmed statistically as significant factors in regression model. This study is to be basic data to improve administrative personnel's task working in early childhood educational institution.

가끔 이론적으로 해박한 지식을 갖고 있는 정보보호 담당자의 입에서 어떻게 정보보호를 잘 할 수 있는지 질문이 나오는 아이러니한 상황이 발생할 때가 있다. 이론대로 했지만 그 해답을 쉽게 찾지 못하겠다는 것이다. 물론 그 해답은 어느 누구도 쉽게 찾을 수는 없다. 다만 해답으로 가는 정석은 분명히 있다. 그것은 정보보호 업무를 단순히 '이론'에 적용하는 것이 아니라, 시간을 두고 지속적으로 '보완' 해 나가야 한다는 것이다. 정보보호라는 것이 앞으로 발생할 미래의 일에 발빠르게 대응해야 하는 업무이기 때문이다. 그리고 그 정석을 오늘 소개할 인피언컨설팅 인프라팀이 제시해 줄 수도 있을 것 같다.

공공기관 및 국가 연구기관 뿐만 아니라, 대학 및 모든 기업체는 연구 및 업무 수행 중 발생하는 모든 제반 지식 및 성과 정보를 관리하고 공동 활용하기 위하여 지식관리 시스템(Knowledge Management System)을 구축하여 업무 수행의 효율성을 꾀하고 있다. 각 기관은 연구 활동 및 업무 수행에 필요한 기자재 구입이나 연구비(비용) 지출에 대한 거래처 정보(거래 관계자 및 해당 은행 계좌정보)를 관리 및 활용하고 있는데, 거래처 정보는 일반적으로 특정 부서 및 업무 담당자에 의해 관리됨으로 인해 유용한 정보를 공유하는데 있어서 어려움을 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 지식관리 측면에서의 거래처 정보 공유 방법을 제시함으로써, 연구 활동 및 업무 수행에 있어서 거래처 정보 및 구매 혹은 지출 등의 관련 거래 정보를 유용한 지식으로써 공동 활용코자 한다.

교육행정업무에 대한 전자적인 거래 흑은 각종 문서의 안전한 송 수신과 사용자의 신원을 확인하여 안전한 행정업무 수행이 가능하도록 하기 위해서는 보안을 갖춘 인증체제를 도입하였다. 본 논문에서는 PKI 기반 암호기술을 이용하여 전자인증기반의 교육행정정보 시스템을 설계하였다. 세부거래에 대한 알고리즘은 비밀키, 키 친환 공개키, 개인 키 및 서명용 공개키 개인 키를 사용하였고 또 시스템 지원 기관의 서버가 사용자의 신원을 확인할 수 있어서 업무담당자 및 관련자의 안전한 업무수행 보증과 국민에게 교육행정정보 및 민원서비스를 안전하게 제공하는 교육행정정보 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템의 인증모듈은 인증, 기밀성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄 서비스 통의 보안기능을 제공하도록 설계되었다.

우리나라 공공건설공사에서 불필요한 행정업무·제도·환경 등을 개선하기 위해 발주기관은 건설현장 담당자를 통해 관련 개선사항들을 보고·취합하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 업무개선 노력들은 발주기관에서 건설현장으로 지시하는 수직구조로 되어 있어 업무개선결과에 대한 정보 공유와 활용이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건설현장 감리원들의 업무개선 아이디어를 온라인으로 평가하고 이를 전체 건설현장에 공유할 수 있는 창구를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국토해양부 지방국토관리청 및 관할 건설현장에서 사용중인 건설사업관리시스템에 개선 아이디어 평가·공유 기능을 구축하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to indicate the problem and its improvement plan derived from pollution discharge industries inspection, implementation process on overall instruction including record management, and utilization of information about emission. This focuses on analyzing the inspection system of pollution discharge industries and the actual condition of management system with survey and interview from the managers. As a result of examining the administration information system from each of structural and practical perspectives, the users were not able to receive support for inspection through the system because it was designed based on licensing. Also according to results of survey and interview, it was difficult to input checkup data and to maintain the information of emission in a sustainable manner. This problem occurs since the current system is not utilized properly. Thus, this study examines similar systems operated in Korea and suggests measure to make improvements. The measures are considered as constructing simple user interface for systematizing of administrative works, simplifying the input matters, linking systems of inspection and emission information, establishing statistical function of emission information, and managing inspection functions through the mobile system.

With a wide spread of smart phone, Smart society has been progressed through nationwide that changed way of personal daily life rapidly. As smart work has been introduced and utilized at the office, it is possible that the person in charge can handle remote transaction without restriction of time and place. Smartlization throughout the society has been progressed, member of work and system related can be linked mutually and took personalized services. This study identifies explorative moderating effect of smart environment at performance of work with employee cognition. As a result, found that smart work environment with complexity of work has increased moderating effect over collaborative work.

This study aims to identify the work process of records managers under the Freedom of Information Act (FOI). In particular, it attempted to reveal the problems and difficulties that record managers encounter during FOI work. To do this, this study conducted in-depth interviews with 11 records managers who were in charge of records management and FOI work, and the accumulated data were subjectively analyzed. The study discussed the relationship between records management and FOI and emphasized the need for procedural improvements of the act to alleviate psychological pressure on records managers and help them focus more on the records management process itself.
