  • 본 논문은 제약이론의 프로세스 운영 개선기법에 기반하여 워크플로우에서 제약 자원을 찾고, 워크플로우의 운영 성과가 개선될 수 있도록 효율적인 업무 흐름 관리 방법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 과거의 워크플로우 기록을 분석하여 제약업무담당자(CCP)를 결정하고, 제약 업무 담당자의 업무처리속도에 발생된 프로세스 인스턴스의 워크플로우 투입속도를 동기화하여 CCP의 업무부하가 일정수준으로 유지되도록 하며 비 제약 업무담당자의 여유능력이 향상되도록 한다. 이를 통해 CCP의 업무부하를 가능한 업무담당자들에 분산시킴으로써 프로세스 인스턴스의 처리가 원활히 이루어지도록 한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 알고리즘을 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 적용함으로써 전체 워크플로우가 효율적으로 운영되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Developing core competence model for Banasurance personnel (방카슈랑스 담당자 핵심역량모델 개발)

  • This study was conducted to develop core competence model for bancassurance personnel. Prior studies have conducted both FGI and specialist workshops to explore and define the necessary competencies for bancassurance personnel. As a result, 17 such competencies have been identified. A survey involving 105 bancassurance personnel from affiliated banks was conducted to compare perceived importance with retention levels of the aforementioned required competencies. SPSS 20.0, T-test, Borich analysis, and The Locus for Focus model were utilized to confirm education priority and for statistical analysis. The bancassurance personnel competencies that were rated as high in importance and retention were as follows: relationship building, interpersonal understanding, proactive execution of duties, and introspective self-confidence. In chronological order, the educational priorities for the required competencies were found to be as follows: professionalism, proposal capability, achievement orientation, and relationship building.

Task Analysis of E-Book Service Academic Librarians Based on Activity Theory (활동이론에 근거한 대학도서관 전자책 서비스 담당자의 업무 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide background information for the improvement of e-Book service task in academic libraries through the task analysis of e-Book service librarians. The semi-structured interviews with 9 participants were analyzed using Activity Theory. The study results showed that participants have used various tools and interacted with diverse people to attain the goals of e-Book services. In addition, the division of labor and rules related to e-Book services were observable. However, there exist some problems in task performance, such as lack of budget, inconvenience of use due to unstandardized e-Book production, and disagreements of opinions. Furthermore, based on participants' responses, the ways of improvement of e-Book services in academic libraries were suggested in the aspects of content, system, and policy.

  • To survive in a global competition, many companies are trying to standardize and visualize Business Process (BP) by implementing Business Process Management (BPM). Recently, enhancing business process efficiency has become one of critical success factors. In this paper, we introduce a two-phase perspective of BP efficiency: Process Engine Perspective (PEP) and Task Performer Perspective (TPP). The former is related to allocation function of BP engine; it is mainly concerned with efficient task allocation to users. The latter phase influences efficiency depending on how users execute tasks assigned to them. Instead of considering each phase separately, we develop a comprehensive method considering the two-phase together, which is more effective for the BP efficiency. We carry out simulation experiment to show the combinational effect of the two phases.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the role and responsibilities of coordinators for gifted classes in Korean schools, by examining the role and responsibilities, and qualifications of coordinators' at gifted classes in America and England. To do this, first, we examine the tasks and role of Korean gifted classes in elementary and secondary schools. Then we look into the coordinators of gifted programs of public schools and university programs in America and England. The coordinators of America and England are experts in gifted programs who have understanding and knowledge on gifted education, and they work for everything regarding gifted programs, such as designing the gifted education program, dealing documents regarding gifted programs, and assisting school personnel in the identification, development, teaching and evaluation of gifted students. The coordinators are the most important and core person in gifted programs. However, in Korean school, the role of coordinators is one of the school tasks of which any teacher has to take charge and there is no regulation on the qualification of coordinators. Therefore we suggest to set up the regulations of qualification, role and responsibilities of gifted programs' coordinators, by understanding that the role of coordinators is important.

  • 최근 들어 비즈니스 환경이 모바일과 클라우드 화 되고 있으며, 그에 따른 보안기술은 핵심적인 이슈로 손꼽히고 있다. 모바일 디바이스의 개인과 기업 활용도가 높아지면서 이로 인한 정보 유출 위험성이 심각한 문제로 제기되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 보안정책이나 가이드가 제시되고 있지만, 모바일 보안에 대하여 명확한 규정이나 솔루션이 없었기 때문에, 보안담당자와 IT기획담당자들은 그 필요성과 적용 방법에 대하여 의문을 가지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 2011년부터 국내 개발사들이 MDM제품을 출시하면서 국내 모바일 업무 환경에 대한 본격적인 보안 해법들이 제시되고 있다. 본 고에서는 모바일 업무 환경에서의 보안에 대한 올바른 이해와 실제적인 적용 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Effects of Change Agent's Positive Self Image and Risk Tolerance on Change Acceptance and Work Adaptation (변화대응 및 업무적응에 대한 긍정적 자기관과 모험 수용성의 영향)

  • The hypothesis of this study is that change acceptance and work adaptation of change agents are influenced by positive self-image and risk tolerance. In order to examine the hypothesis, this study was performed with 305 change agents from six branches of a conglomerate company. Specifically, self-image was measured by locus of control, self-efficacy, self-esteem, and positive affectivity; risk tolerance was measured by tolerance for ambiguity, risk aversion, and openness to experience. The result of this study indicated that self-image and risk tolerance significantly predicted change acceptance and work adaptation. Especially, the results of structural model revealed that change acceptance mediated the relationship between characteristic variables (such as self image and risk tolerance in this study) and work adaptation. Based on the results, we suggest that change agents keep developing positive self-image and risk tolerance in order to play the key role in leading organizational change.

  • This study seeks to grasp the current status of and suggest improvements on records disclosure management. Data were collected through a literature review, surveys, and in-depth interviews with 7 record managers and 40 office staff in local governments. Existing records disclosures were also used as references for the discussion. With this, self-reliance efforts within local governments and active roles in central records management institutions were proposed.

  • 현재 전국 지자체 중 53곳에서 복지택시 제도를 시행하고 있다. 하지만 제도가 시행된 지 오래되지 않아 체계적으로 시스템화 되지 않고 시행되고 있어 담당자들의 업무상의 불편을 초래하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 복지택시의 효율적인 운영을 위한 보조금 정산 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위해 청주시 대중교통과의 협조를 얻어 청주시 복지택시 업무 전반에 걸쳐 세밀히 파악하였으며, 택시기사의 보조금신청과 관련된 불편사항과 담당공무원의 정산관련 업무의 불편사항 및 개선사항을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한, 보조금 정산시스템 구현에 대하여 담당자들의 설문 조사를 통해 업무의 효율성을 입증하였다.

  • The issue of information security within an organization began to be recognized as risk of the organization. Because of this, not only ISO(Information Security Officer) but an executive or CEO were forced to resign. In addition, it brought about heavy financial damage to the company and made the company difficult to restore trust to customers. At a time when inadvertent disclosure of personal information has become accepted as a matter of survival because of having a bad effect within an organization, how the information security specialist causes influence on information protection level of the organization. For these reasons, targeting the information security specialists of various industry sectors, we'll analyse how task performance rate of the information security specialist within an organization cause influence to the information security level. The goal of this study is for the company to raise the task proportion of information security specialist and to improve the information protection level of the organization.
