Thick-walled cylinder with high pressure have had wide application in the armament industry. In the thick-walled cylinder, fatigue crack is generated at inner radius and developed toward the outer radius. To prevent generation of fatigue crack, the autofrettage process had been used. The compressive residual stress induced by the autofrettage process extends loading pressure and fatigue life of the thick-walled cylinder. In this study, the residual stress of single and compound cylinder by the autofrettage process was evaluated. The analytical compressive residual stress of single cylinder was good agreement with experimental result at inner radius. The analysis on the residual stress of compound cylinder was conducted. The compressive residual stress at inner radius was increased with the overstrain level. And fatigue life of the compound cylinder with initial crack was evaluated. The considered initial crack shape was straight and semi-elliptical. The fatigue life was extended with the overstrain level. The fatigue life of the compound cylinder with semi-elliptical crack was longer than straight crack. The suitable way to extend fatigue life of the compound cylinder was proposed.

최근 기업의 이익을 최대화하기 위해 생산 판매 물류 회계 인사 등 기업의 기간 업무를 조직적 횡단적으로 파악하고, 경영 자원의 활용을 전사적으로 최적화하려는 계획 관리를 위한 경영 개념으로 사용하는 ERP 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모기업 S사를 대상으로 현 구축된 ERP 시스템을 파악하였다. 현장 적용 후의 실행효과를 분석하고 설문조사 방법으로 시스템의 현장 적용 후 발견되는 사용상의 어려움, 사용자의 거부 반응 등을 파악하여 개선방향을 모색해 시스템의 효율성과 고객들의 만족도를 실증적으로 분석하였다.

본 연구에서는 문화체육관광부의 "관광사업체 기초통계조사" 자료를 이용하여 2009년부터 2013년 사이 충남지역 관광산업 종사자 수 및 매출액 구조 특성을 분석하였다. 기존 관광분야 국내외 변이할당분석 선행연구의 한계를 보완하기 위해 동태적 변이할당분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 충남지역 산업환경은 유원시설업 및 관광편의시설업의 종사자 수와 매출액을 증가시키는데 있어 다른 광역지자체 대비 경쟁력이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 최근 세종특별자치시 출범, 충남도청 이전 등 내부적인 환경변화가 충남지역 관광산업 종사자 수 및 매출액 증가에 영향을 미친 것으로 추정된다. 본 연구 결과는 효율적인 충남지역 관광산업 정책 수립을 위한 기초적인 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study was conducted to assess exposure to musculoskeletal disorders risk factors in the cooking & housekeeping jobs in hotel work. PATH (posture, activity, tools and handling) method was used for data collection at the 6 hotel settings in different regions across Korea. From 26 workers, a total of 949 PATH observations were obtained. The highest percent time on non-neutral posture was 78% for pinch grip, followed by 74%(wrist deviation), 52%(trunk posture), 37%(shoulder/arm posture), and 30%(neck posture). The highest percent time in the three HAL variables was 47% for HAL-cat2. The percent time of items in relation to both loads with more than 5kg and contact stress was less than 2%. The hotel workers were not exposed to vibration.

This paper objected which prevented the accident occurrence of the related farm work, and developed the evaluation indicators for safety supervision on life environment of farmer and farm work to evaluate the health of farm worker and a musculoskeletal disorders. We selected the evaluation item to 82 items for executing the secondary Delphi investigation and the literature research which composed the farm work relationship specialist conference. We applied the index production of the evaluation indicators to decide the detailed element weight from the element which is farm work, the farm machine and the organization, farm workshop, dangerous substance, and life environment through the AHP techniques. Through the result, we can apply other ergonomic evaluation instrument of farm work field, but also the evaluation indicators for safety supervision on farm work.

전진 비행중인 자동회전 로터에 대한 비정상 수치해석 기법이 개발되었다. 자동회전 로터의 플래핑과 회전운동 방정식은 주어지는 시간간격에 따라 연속적으로 적분되며 이 때 회전면에서의 유도 속도장은 동적 유도흐름 이론(dynamic inflow theory)에 의해 계속 업데이트 되면서 블레이드의 모든 요소에서 유효 받음각을 결정하여 비정상 상태를 모사한다. 로터의 임의의 초기 회전속도 및 플래핑각에서 정상상태로 천이(transition)되는 과정을 시뮬레이션 하였고 블레이드 에어포일 공력 데이터들을 이용하여 방정식들의 수치해인 자동회전의 정상상태를 예측하였다. 2차원 Navier-Stokes 솔버로 받음각과 레이놀즈수에 따라 해석된 에어포일 데이터를 이용하여 자동회전의 비정상 시뮬레이션을 수행한 해석 결과는 풍동실험 결과와 잘 일치하였다

OWASP에서 발표한 2007년 웹 애플리케이션 취약점 중 하나인 XSS 공격이 사용자 브라우저에서 스크립트를 실행하게 함으로써 사용자의 세션을 가로채거나 웜을 업로드하여 악성코드를 삽입하는 공격이다[2]. 하지만 많은 XSS 방어 기법에서는 단순 스크립트 우회기법과 강제적인 스크립트 차단 방법을 채택하고 있다. 또한 강제적인 XSS 필터 적용으로 과탐지로 인한 정상적인 웹 페이지가 출력 되지 않는 사례가 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 효율적인 정규식을 이용하여 XSS 공격 특징을 분석하여 특징점들을 추출하고 이 특징점들을 기반으로 특정한 규칙을 가진 문자열들을 모든 문자가 유효한지 확인할 수 있는 정규식 표현 방법을 이용하여 다양한 응용프로그램에 적용할 수 있는 기술을 연구하고자 한다. 또한 이를 기반으로 포털 사이트와 브라우저에서 제공하는 XSS 필터들과 비교하여 과탐지율 및 오탐지율 서로 비교하여 본 연구가 효율성 면에서 효과가 있는지 우위를 둘 것이며, 브라우저 벤더, 포털 사이트, 개인 PC 등 충분한 시험 평가와 수정을 통해서 응용할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 것이다

소프트웨어의 크기가 커지고 복잡도가 증가함에 따라 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성은 점점 증대되고 있다. 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 위해 소프트웨어 개발 조직은 테스트와 동료검토와 같이 제품 품질 향상을 위한 노력과 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration), 소프트웨어프로세스 품질인증 기준과 같은 프로세스 품질 향상 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 소프트웨어 분야의 품질 관리의 노력과 효과에 소요되는 품질비용에 대한 연구는 제조업이나 건설업 등 타 분야에 비해 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 모델인 CMMI의 성숙도 레벨에 기반하여, K사의 품질비용관리 방안 적용 결과를 바탕으로 CMMI 성숙도 각 레벨마다 소프트웨어 개발 조직이 품질비용을 관리를 위한 목적과 활동으로 정의된 품질비용 관리 모델의 개발을 연구하였다.

The purpose of this research was to investigate whether the perception of KPIs by restaurant managers from financial and non-financial perspectives was affected by BSC implementation. The perceptions that were examined were importance, adoption, performance, and utilization of KPIs. We surveyed managers from multinational restaurant chains that were adopting BSC and those that were not. From a non-financial perspective, the difference in perceived importance between BSC adopted firms and firms that did not adopt BSC was significant. The managers of BSC adopted firms perceived KPIs more seriously than the others. Secondly, according to the managers' working experiences, the difference of perceived utilization in the internal business process perspective was significant between BSC adopted firms and firms that did not adopt BSC. In addition, from the learning and growth perspective, the difference in perceived adoption and utilization between the two groups was significant. Finally, in the BSC adopted firms, the perceived importance of the managers affected the other perceptions like adoption and utilization from both the financial and non-financial perspectives.

고령 근로자의 작업환경 실태와 건강검진 자료를 분석하여 그들의 건강한 생활과 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책의 기초자료를 마련하고자 시도되었다. 대상자는 부산, 경남지역에 소재하는 41개 사업장에서 유해인자에 노출되어 작업하는 공정에 있는 50세 이상 근로자 112명(남성 91명, 여성 21명)을 대상으로 소음, 분진, 유기용제, 중금속, 작업형태 및 작업강도 등을 측정, 분석하였으며, 건강검진 자료는 일반건강진단표를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 대상자의 평균연령은 54.9(남성 55세, 여성 54.7세) 세였으며, 평균근무기간은 8.7년이 였으며, 조사대상 사업장중 71.5%가 50인 이하의 근로자를 고용하고 있는 사업장이 였다. 2. 소음에 폭로 대상자 중 31.3%가 90dB(A)인 노출기준치을 초과하였으며, 그 외의 분진, 유기용제, 중금속 등의 노출기준치를 초과한 대상자는 없었다. 3. 조사대상자 중 9%는 청력이 비정상이였으며, 78.6%의 대상자는 경작업과 중등작업을 하였으며, 52.7%는 전신을 이용하여 작업하는 형태였다.
