Fabrication and new model of saturated I-V characteristics of hydrogenerated amorphous silicon thin film transistor (비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 포화전압대 전류특성의 새로운 모델)

  • PECVD에 의해 Burried gate 비정질 실리콘 박막트랜지스터를 제작하여 포화 전압 대 전류 특성에 대하여 새로운 해석을 하였고 해석 결과는 실험적으로 증명되었다. 본 연구의 결과 실험된 전달특성과 출력특성을 모델화 하였는데 이 모델식은 I$_{D}$와 V$_{G}$의 실험결과에서 얻어지는 3가지 함수를 기본으로 모델화 되었다. 포화 드레인 전류는 V$_{G}$가 증가할수록 증가되었고 디바이스의 포화는 드레인 전압이 커질수록 증가되었으며 문턱전압은 감소됨을 보였다.

Familialism And Typology of Family Policies (가족주의와 가족정책 재유형화를 위한 이론적 논의)

  • This article attempts to discuss the childcare regime through examining the way familialism is expressed in society. First of all, this study reconceptualizes familialism and familism. From this conceptualization, this paper argues that although familialism is partly related with the level of development in a welfare state, familialism determines the way of welfare provision. Especially, family policy models are classified into 6 different typologies based on four concepts: defamilialization, familialization, public, and private. According to this discussion, familialism in child care is not simply the result of underdeveloped welfare in Korea. Rather the familialism is deeply rooted in the current socioeconomic circumstance and traditional culture in Korea. This implies that despite of expanding the institutional infrastructure of public childcare, the characteristic of Korean childcare regime would not be the same as the Nordic childcare regime.

Generational Fandom Culture Shift in K-Pop Idol Fandom and Social Media Use (팬덤의 소셜 미디어 이용 양태에 따른 아이돌 세대별 팬덤 문화의 변화)

  • Given that the current Idol fandom has been enormously affected by the development of digital technology such as the Internet, mobile or social media, this study explored how generational fandom culture has been shifted depending on the fandom's use of differential online platforms and services, i.e., online community vs. social network services. The survey results indicate that 3rd generation fandom showed significantly greater intimacy, greater attachment/worship, greater similarity toward Idol stars as well as greater fandom loyalty and greater fandom identity than 1st and 2nd generation fandom. Similarly, compared to online community centered fandom, social network centered fandom showed greater intimacy, greater attachment/worship, greater similarity as well as greater fandom loyalty and identity than community-centered fandom.

Electrical Surveys for Mapping Leachate in Nanji - Do Landfill Site (난지도 일대의 침출수 양태 조사를 위한 전기 비저항 탐사)

  • Electrical soundings and profilings were conducted for mapping the leachate in the region of Nanji - Do Landfill site. The results of electrical surveys conducted in the landfill area show that the basal leachate is formed at the height about 30 m above the mean sea level and that there is abundant floating leachate over the basal leachate. The surveys conducted around the landfill reveal that the groundwater which may be contaminated by the leachate from the landfill flows to the Han River. The top of the basement rock in this area has been severely affected by polluted groundwater. The layer which is thoroughly saturated with leachate in this region has the very low resistivity value below 10 ohm - m and this low resistivity value indicates that the groundwater and geology are severely contaminated by the leachate and wastes of the landfill.

  • 역자 주. 성장하는 도서관의 규모는 기능의 다양화로 변천하여 가는 사회 요구에 적응할 수 있는 Services를 하여야 할 때에 도서관에서의 Reference Service는 그 비중이 절대적이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 우리나라에서의 Reference Services는 아직 처녀림에 처해 있는 이때 선진국인 영국 참고 업무의 시설 및 기준을 소개해 봄으로써 도서관계 발전에 다소나마 보탬이 되길 바라면서 Library Association Record. Vol 72.No.2.(Feb. 1970)에 게재된 Standard for Reference Service in Public Libraries를 우리말로 옮긴 것이다.

A Study on Syntactic and Semantic Characteristics of 'Connective Ending + Hada' Structure (국어 '연결어미 + 하다' 구성의 통사·의미적 특성 연구)

  • This study examined whether the phonological information of visually presented words. One of characteristics of connective endings functioning as final endings is that they are actively used in 'connective ending+hada' structure. This study focused on the endings that are used as connective ending, final ending and 'connective ending+hada' and examined their characteristics when used in 'connective ending+hada' structure. Having 'hada', which lost the lexical meaning, after the connective ending signifies that this connective ending does not form a relational meaning between preceding and following clauses. Therefore, 'hada' in case has a grammatical function. In addition, even in the identical form, its meaning and function varies based on the ending that precedes 'hada'. 'hada' is closely related to the meaning of preceding ending, and functions differently depending on the preceding ending, and such difference is related to the syntactic characteristics as well.

  • The Au-Ag lode deposits in South Korea are closely associated with the Mesozoic granitoids. Namely, the Jurassic deposits formed in mesozonal environments related to deep-seated granitoids, whereas the Cretaceous ones were developed in porphyry-related environments related to subvolcanic granitoids. The time-space relationships of the Au-Ag lode deposits in South Korea are closely related to the changing plate motions during the Mesozoic. Most of the Jurassic auriferous deposits (about $165{\sim}145$ Ma) show fluid characteristics typical of an orogenic-type gold deposits, and were probably generated in a compressional to transpressional regime caused by an orthogonal to oblique convergence of the Izanagi Plate into the East Asian continental margin. On the other hand, strike-slip faults and caldera-related fractures together with subvolcanic activity are associated with major strike-slip faults reactivated by a northward (oblique) to northwestward (orthogonal) convergence, and probably have played an important role in the formation of the Cretaceous Au-Ag lode deposits (about $110{\sim}45$ Ma) under a continental arc setting. The temporal and spatial distinctions between the two typical Mesozoic deposit styles in South Korea probably reflect a different thermal episodes (i.e., late orogenic and post-orogenic) and ore-forming fluids related to different depths of emplacement of magma due to regional changes in tectonic environment.

  • Biphasic Calcium Phosphate (BCP) consisted of hydroxyapatite (HAp) and $\beta$-tricalcium phosphate (P-TCP) has been prepared by solid state reaction. The size reduction of the resultant BCP agglomerate was carried out by reaction with hot water under atmospheric condition uld also under high pressure using an autoclave. The influence of processing conditions on the change of crystalline phase and composition, relative amount of constituent, specific surface area, and microstructure was investigated by means of XRD, FT-IR, BET method using a nitrogen adsorption and SEM.

삼척 대금굴의 환경과 관광화에 관한 연구

  • 대금굴은 3년여 동안 암석 틈새를 들춰내며 150m쯤 물길을 찾아 들어가, 다시 18m의 수직동굴로 하강하여 좁은 틈새를 비집고 70m를 들어가는 악전고투의 탐사 끝에 2003년 동굴을 발견했다. 이렇게 3년여 동안 발굴된 대금굴은 또다시 4년여 동안의 모노레일 설치와 동굴내부 관람로 및 조명설치 등의 공사를 거쳐 2097년 6월 5일 일반 공개를 하였다. 총 길이 610m 중 4분의 3정도는 동굴 입구로 향하는 산길이고 나머지는 동굴 안쪽 길이다. 승강장에서 동굴 내부 140m에 설치된 "대금역"까지는 약 7분이 걸린다. 운전석이 없고 자동으로 운행하기 때문에 앞뒤로 동굴 안팎이 잘 보인다. 동굴 내부에 열차를 타고 들어가는 건 분명 이색체험이다. 그러나 모노레일 내부에 울리는 비발디의 "사계"라든지 동굴 벽에 붙여 놓은, 네온 빛에 가까운 퍼런 빛깔의 조명이 조용한 동굴 감상에 역효과가 초래될 수도 있다.
