국토해양부에서는 2010년 공동구 관리의 필요성을 절감하고 국내 현황을 분석한 결과 공동구 관련 설치 및 유지관리 지침, 지자체별 또는 공공기관별로 법적 장치가 있으나 명확한 규정이 필요하여 공동구 관련법률(국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률)을 제정하였다. 공동구의 관리는 공동구 설계기준, 공동구 시방서를 제정하였으며 설계 및 시공시 각 지자체, 시설관리공단 등에서 활용될 수 있도록 공통되고 일괄된 설치기준이나 유지관리항목이 확립되어 효율적인 제도를 확립하였다. 본 논문은 공동구 설계 항목 및 기준을 고려하여 실무에 적용할 수 있는 공동구 설계 기준이 새로 제정되어 그 내용과 각각의 기준 항목에 대하여 공동구 설계를 통하여 시공이 가능하도록 설명하였다.

Larger area will be constructed in a harbor land and container terminal which are constructed in reclaimed land using the dredged materials. Soil improvement work is to be carried out including constructibility, in which is monitoring devices, measuring frequency, installations etc. The ground water tables in the reclaimed area are affected by the several factors which are design reclamation level, consolidation settlement, remaining surcharge pressure and remaining excess pore water pressure. The plan wii be drawn up in which monitoring results for the ground water tables are capable to provide the reliable ground water table when designers and civil engineers construct the harbor structures considering constructibility.

뮬라이트, 지르코니아, 뮬라이트/지르코니아 비수성 현탁액의 분산 및 레올로지에 미치는 공정보조제의 영향이 침전밀도, 점도, 입자크기를 측정함으로써 검토되었다. 현탁액의 분산안정성 (높은 침전밀도와 낮은 점도로 특징 된)은 분산제+가소제+결합제를 함유하는 경우에 비하여 분산제 또는 분산제+가소제를 함유하는 경우가 우수하였다. Ball mulling 후의 입자크기분포는 공정보조제의 종류에 거의 영향을 받지 않았다. 결합제를 부가적으로 함유하는 현탁액은 상대적으로 강한 shear thinning 거동을 나타내었다.

본 논문에서는 SCHMM에 적용된 관찰 확률 최대화에 의한 화자 적응 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 SCHMM의 관찰 확률 밀도들이 새로운 화자의 음성 특징을 잘 표현하지 못하는 경우 인식 성능이 저하되는 것을 막기 위하여, 적응 데이터의 각 특징 벡터들이 최대의 관찰 확률을 가질 수 있도록 관찰 확률 밀도를 결정하는 평균 벡터 μ와 분산 행렬 Σ를 기울기 탐색(gradient search) 알고리즘에 의해 반복적으로 적응시켜 주는 방법이다. SCHMM의 상태 천이 확률 A와 혼합 밀도 계수 C는 관찰 확률 밀도 적응 과정 을 거친 후, 적응 데이터로부터 구한 확률과 기존 확률의 가중 평균을 취하는 과정을 반복 하여 적응시켜 주었다. 제안된 화자 적응 알고리즘을 사용하여 단독음 인식 실험을 수행한 결과, 화자 적응을 수행하지 않았을 때와 비교하여 화자 독립 시스템에서는 평균 9.8%, 남 성 화자 종속 시스템에서는 평균 46.0%, 여성 화자 종속 시스템에서는 평균 52.7%의 인식 률 향상을 보였다.

Multi-layered neural networks are applied to the identification and control of nonlinear dynamical system. Traditional adaptive control techniques can only deal with linear systems or some special nonlinear systems. A scheme for combining multi-layered neural networks with model reference network techniques has the capability to learn the nonlinearity and shows the great potential for adaptive control. In many interesting cases the system can be described by a nonlinear model in which the control input appears linearly. In this paper the identification of linear and nonlinear part are performed simultaneously. The projection algorithm and the new estimation method which uses the delta rule of neural network are compared throughout the simulation. The simulation results show that the identification and adaptive control schemes suggested are practically feasible and effective.

제주 Pilot Plant RO 처리수의 수질은 국내는 물론 외국의 하수처리장 방류수 재처리 사례와 비교하더라도 전혀 손색이 없을 뿐 아니라, 먹는 물로 사용하더라도 수질적으로 문제가 없을 정도로 깨끗하게 처리되고 있었다. 특히, 방류수 재이용에 가장 큰 걸림돌로 작용했던 과다한 염소이온과 염분농도 문제 가 완전히 해결됨으로써 농업 용수는 물론 조경 용수, 공업 용수, 지하수 인공함양 용수 등으로 재이용할 수 있는 좋은 대체수원으로 평가되고 있다. 방류수 재이용을 위한 재처리시설 투자를 위해서는 재처리수가 인체, 농작물, 지하수에 부정적 영향의 유무에 대한 심층적 연구와 경제성 분석에 친한 추가적인 연구가 이뤄져야할 것이다.

In case of construction of the final refuse disposal site on the ground where 20m soft clay layer is deposited, Sand Compaction Pile(SCP) was driven with a view to increase the strength and reduce the settlement when the reclaimed revetment intend to be constructed first in a short time. Field monitoring method is carried out in order to overcome the problems of settlement and stability in the construction of the reclaimed revetment and the assumed problems in the design of composite ground. In this paper the observed data from monitoring sections are analysed, fedback to the desigh and field, and compared with FEM analysis. Conclusions are as follow: in case of 70% replacement the use of modified soilparameters makes the FEM analysis of SCP possible. In case of 27% replacement, n(stress concentration ratio)=0.2-0.3, B(measured settleme reduction coefficient)=0.43 are evalated. Also, horizontal displacement is remarkably happened around the ground.

From July 1984 to September 1990, 316 patients of congenital heart diseases were operated and 15 patients died. Hospital mortality was 4.75%. Five patients of 73 PDA had residual shunt after operation: 4 were ligated under support of Dacron patch, 1 was closed through the pulmonary arteriotomy under CPB. 3 patients were reoperated. No patient had residual shunt or reopening among the patients of simple ligation or division and suture. During the ligation of PDA, Dacron patch for protection from tearing may disturb the complete interruption of shunt. If the tissue around the ductus arteriosus looks weak or fragile, division and suture may be more reliable other than ligation with supporting patch. If the septal leaflet of tricuspid valve is adherent around the VSD, remained opening of VSD may be closed with simple suture directly. In these cases, the incidence of postoperative residual shunt is as high as the incidence of more large VSD closed with patch [10.9%: 9.6%]. During the direct closure of remained opening of VSD, another leaking route should be looked for carefully beneath the septal leaflet of tricuspid valve.

본 논문에서는 압저항 소재 및 센서 기술과 ICT 응용 기술에 대해 소개한다. 먼저 압저항 소재의 구성 및 작동원리를 소개하고, 한국표준과학연구원에서 개발한 유연한 압저항 센서의 구성과 성능에 대해 기술한다. 또한, 개발된 압저항 센서와 ICT 기술을 융합한 스마트 안전 시스템 및 스마트 창호 침입감지 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 마지막으로, ICT기술을 기반으로 압저항 센서기술이 확장해 나아가야 할 스마트 보안 시스템 개발의 필요성을 기술한다.

본 논문에서는 이동통신 서비스에 시멘틱 웹 기술을 적용하여 지능형 위치기반 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 시스템 개발에 관한 연구를 기술하였다. 본 연구에서 기술되는 온톨로지 데이터베이스는 지역검색에서 사용자 질의가 많은 14분야의 온톨로지를 구축하여 지능적인 모바일 지역 검색 서비스가 가능하도록 구성하였으며 실제 서비스에 적용하여 그 효과를 입증하였다.
