Purpose: As a cultural descriptive research, this study investigates the joys and sorrows that mothers who have been taking care of a child with mental illness in the Korean culture. Methods: The data were collected from June 2011 to July 2012 targeting a total of 11 mothers who were looking after chldren with mental illness in their own places. Recorded and transcribed data though in-depth interviews were analyzed by Spradley's classification and analysis method. Results: The joys and sorrows of the mothers focused on the cultural topic, "social sense of isolation', and the joys and sorrows were confirmed to be 'fury to reality', 'despair of illness', 'blame on family', 'remorse for the life' and 'little pleasure earned by emptying mind'. Conclusion: It is suggestive that the results of this study can be used to understand the joys and sorrows of the mothers with the mental patients; may be used to improve sociocultural understanding of the mothers; and may be applied to nursing practice.

우리 나라의 또아리 굴은 중앙선 금교~치악간 R=400m연장 1,975m가 일제시대 건설 운행되고 있었지만. 금번 함백 또아리 굴은 순수한 우리기술을 투입하여 현 운행선인 함백~조동간 35$\textperthousand$의 병목현상구간을 해소하기 위하여 함백~조동 간에 24$\textperthousand$ 연장 2.450m R=400의 또아리 굴을 시공하게 되었으며 '74년도에 착공이후 공사부진으로, 22일간의 연체료를 물고 있는 현장이었으며 전임공사조역이 개인사정으로 퇴직하고 후임으로 '75년 6월 2일 태백공사사무소 태백선 함백~조동간 2공구 공사조역 명을 받음으로 인연을 맺게 되었다. 과학연구의 세계적 권위로 자리 잡은 노벨과학상이 제정된 지 100년이 넘었다. 그 동안 물리학, 화학, 생리의학상 세 분야에서 수백 명의 과학자들이 영예로운 상을 수상했으며, 지난 2001년 노벨재단은 이를 기념하기 위해 전세계 주요 도시를 순회하는 특별전시회를 기획했다. ‘창조성의 문화 : 개인적 차원 혹은 사회적 차원’을 주제로 한 이 전시회는 과학적 창조성의 발현이 개인의 특성뿐만 아니라 개개인이 태어나고 성장하는 사회∙문화적 여건에 의해 영향을 받는다는 강한 메시지를 전달하고자 했다. 이번호부터 게재될‘노벨과학상 수상자의 삶과 애환’은 뛰어난 연구 성과를 낸 과학자들이 살았던 사회∙문화적 맥락과 함께 그들의 삶을 소개하고자 한다.

21세기 한국절도 중흥! 전철화로 승부한다. 우리나라에서 전기와 궤도를 이용하여 대중교통수단이 등장한 것은 1899년도이다. 그러나 대량교통수단인 열차가 등장하면서 점차 쇠퇴해지던 전기철도는 수많은 애환과 비화를 등에 두고 자취를 감추었다. 이후 정부의 적극적인 지원 아래 전기철도에 대한 필요성이 제기되면서 1973년 6월 20일 산업선이 개통, 한국철도 100년사의 한 획을 그으면서 본격적인 전철화시대를 맞이하게 되었고 곧이어 1974년 경인$\cdot$경수 수도권 전철이 개통되어 획기적인 교통수단으로 등장하면서 전철은 이제 없어서는 안될 우리와 가장 친숙한 교통수단으로 대두되었다. 특히 교통난 문제, 환경오염 문제 등이 시급히 해결해야 할 국가의 주요 정책과제로 대두되고 있는 현실에서는 환경에 친화적이고 국가 에너지를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있으며 안전성과 신속성, 쾌적성, 편리성을 두루 갖춘 대중교통수단으로서 여러 가지 이점을 갖고 있는 전기철도가 교통문제 해결의 최선의 대안으로 제시되고 있다.

협회와 수많은 단위조직인 낙우회들과의 소통을 원활하게 하기 위해 도지회가 결성되기 시작한 1992년. 그해 9월 3일 경남도지회는 마산시 회성동에서 공식 설립되었다(초대 도지회장 정덕현). 현재 경남 창원시 중동에 위치한 경남도지회는 10년 이상 현재의 자리를 지키면서 언제나 경남지역 낙농가들의 기쁨과 애환을 함께 해왔다. 항시 회원들의 발길이 끊이지 않는 도지회 사무실은 여기저기 대화와 토론이 벌어지는 통에 한산할 틈도 없다. 방문한 이날도 토론이 한창이었다. 가축분뇨법 개정과 관련, 가축사육제한구역 특례 적용과 건폐율 상향등을 위한 시군단위 건의활동에 대해 열띤 논의가 이뤄지고 있었다. 창문밖으로 새어나오는 이들의 목소리는 현판을 보지 않고도 단박에 경남도지회 위치를 짐작케 할 정도. 그 생기넘치는 분위기 속에 경남지역 낙농가들을 위해 경남도지회 상주하며 항시 애쓰는 주역들을 만나보았다.

Intraoral prosthesis (Palatal Augmentation Prosthesis, PAP) may be used to augment swallowing function in patients with dysphagia. PAP can be used to recontour the dimensions of hard palate to fit the tongue following removal of oral cancer. Use of PAP can significantly improve the patient's ability to use the tongue to propel the bolus through the pharynx. The aim of this study is to show the effects of PAP through videofluoroscope in patients with dysphagia. The results were as follows: 1. A decrease in pharyngeal transit time was detected wearing with PAP. 2. Pharyngeal cross area was decreased wearing with PAP. 3. The results indicated PAP may effectively help lingual movement in patients with dysphagia.

운동학습이론인 감각운동 통합이론을 본 연구의 개념적 틀로하여 한방병원에 입원한 뇌졸중 환자 중 구강인두 기능이 저하된 환자를 대상으로 감각운동자극이 구강인두 기능에 미치는 효과를 조사하기 위하여 1988년 3월초부터 5월 중순까지 예비실험 연구하였다. 감각운동자극을 주기 전에 구강인두기능을 시정하고 대상자 전원에게 저하된 구강인두기능에 따라 감각운동자극을 선택하여 하루 3번 매식후 30분전에 주었으며, 이를 일주일 동안 계속하였다. 일주일 후 다시 구강인두기능을 측정하여 자극을 주기전, 후의 기능정도를 paired t-test로 비교 분석하였으며 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 1. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 머리와 목운동 조절점수가 높을 것이다”라는 제1가설은 지지되었다(t＝-2.71, df＝5, p＝.042). 2. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 씹는 능력이 증가되었으나, 통계적으로는 유의하지 않았다(t＝-2.00, df＝5, p＝.102). 3. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 입술운동의 조절점수는 높을 것이다”라는 제3가설은 지지되었다(t＝-4.77, df＝5, p＝.005). 4. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 혀 운동 조절점수가 높을 것이다”라는 제4가설은 지지되었다(t＝-3.61, df＝5, p＝.015). 5. 자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 연하능력이 증가되었으나 통계적으로는 유의하지 않았다(t＝-2.24, df＝5, p＝.076). 이상의 결과로 감각운동자극은 연하장애환자의 구강인두기능을 증진시키는데 효과적인 방법이라고 할 수 있다.

The measurement of gastric emptying time is useful in differentiation of the hypochondriac neurosis from the functional gastrointestinal disturbance, and also useful in searching the hidden gastrointestinal disease in patients who are believed as the functional gastrointestinal disturbance. We confirmed in this study that the more delayed gastric emptying time was measured in functional gastrointestinal disturbance compared to normal group, and more shortened gastric emptying time was found after treatment with dopamine antagonist (cleboril) in this group.

Gossi-cave, which is Natural monument No. 219, originally was called Norigok-cave, but happened Imjin-Japanese war, aborigine and Gossi family took refuse to Norigok-cave. Japanese soldiers set fire to this cave, in result lots of people had been died. And then, this cave was called Gossi-cave because Gossi family only survived during the war. Stalactite, Stone pillar that was created from four hundred million ago Harmonized with the others. The length is 6.3km in 1969.6.4. this cave was appointed natural monument as a result of investigating Korean Speleological Society. Kim SaKat a Master Poet(1807-1863) : A Genius with wit and eccentric conduct, a poet who wrote a refined poems with his own dramatic path of life destructed the format of Chines poem and created a new folk literature. He is Kim SaKat - a wizard of poet Kim Sakat - a poet wearing conical bamboo hat. Kim Sakat was born in 1807, in the latter part of Chosun period, his antonym was Kim Byung-Yun. He passed the state examination in the first place when he was 20. Two years later, he set out his life as a wanderer when he realized his winning composition was a criticism on his grandfather.

To understand the level of disability-free environment in existing high schools, this study evaluated the level of application of facilities for the disabled at 177 high schools located in Seoul and suggested the direction of improving the physical environment of high schools. Detailed standards related to school facilities such as the Act on the guarantee of convenience promotion for persons with disabilities, senior citizens, pregnant women and nursing mothers, and the Act on the prohibition of discrimination against persons with disabilities were examined, and previous studies related to the subject were reviewed. The overall application level of facilities for the disabled was investigated by conducting a field survey of high schools, and the application level was analyzed by the period before and after the enforcement of the Acts and by the presence or absence of special classes.
