Alumina 첨가량의 변화에 따라 국산 경년품 애자와 신품 애자의 특성을 분석하고, 외국산 신품애자와 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 알루미나가 17% 첨가된 2001년도 자기애자가 알루미나 첨가량이 m%된 2004년 신품애자에 비하여 기계적 특성이 10%정도 낮았다. 또한, 2001년도에 제조한 애자의 자기 상대밀도는 이론밀도의 96%에 도달하였으나 2004년도에 제조한 애자의 상대 밀도는 이론 밀도의 98%에 도달하였으며, 애자의 균일성을 나타내는 Qs 값은 5.01로 높게 나타났다.

폴리머 애자는 절연 특성이 우수하고 무게가 가벼워 설치하기 쉽고 운반 및 설치가 용이하여 송배전 가공 선로에서의 사용이 점점 증가하고 있다. 특히, 우수한 발수 특성으로 섬락 사고를 방지하며 누설전류가 적어 전력 손실 감소에 크게 기여한다. 자기 애자에 비교한 여러 장점으로 세계적으로 사용이 급격히 확대되어 왔으며, 국내에서도 배전급 선로에서는 대부분 폴리머 애자를 사용하고 있으며, 송전 선로에서도 확대 사용 중에 있다. 폴리머 애자는 무기물인 자기 애자에 비교하여 비교적 저온에서 분해 될 가능성이 많기 때문에 산불에 의하여 발생할 피해와 신뢰성을 파악하고 검토하여야 한다. 우리나라 송전선로는 국토의 65%에 이르는 산지에 대부분 포설되어 있으므로 폴리머 애자가 산불에 대하여 취약하거나 신뢰성이 크게 저하된다면 송전선로의 안정적 운용에 심각한 장애 요소가 될 것이며 산업 전반에 걸친 부정적 파급 효과는 엄청날 것이다. 하지만 지금까지 국내는 물론 세계적으로도 산불의 발생이 송전급 폴리머 애자의 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 연구한 문헌은 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 폴리머 애자에 154 kV 전압을 실제로 인가한 상태에서 산불을 모의한 실험으로, 산불의 발생이 폴리머 애자의 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 이미 수십년의 사용 실적이 있는 자기 애자와 비교 실험, 평가함으로서 그 결과의 신뢰성을 높이고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

This study conducted an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the job commitment of employees within a financial sales organization, focusing particularly on agile leadership and organizational justice. Agile leadership was subdivided into four components: adaptability, collaboration promotion, proficiency, and an agile approach, whereas organizational justice was broken down into distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Data were gathered through an online survey, and 245 valid responses were subjected to hierarchical regression analysis. The results revealed a significant positive effect of distributive justice, interactional justice, adaptability, promotion of collaboration, and an agile approach on job commitment among the employees of the financial sales organization. However, the influence of proficiency, a component of agile leadership, and procedural justice, a dimension of organizational justice, did not prove to be statistically significant. The order of influence among the significant variables was found to be: adaptability, interactional justice, promotion of collaboration, distributive justice, and an agile approach. These findings confirmed the impact of agile leadership in financial sales organizations, traditionally viewed as conservative, and suggested practical implications for the financial sector to adapt in anticipation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

There has been a growing amount of research on combining Agile methods and software reuse. Most of it introduces Agile into software product line rather than software reuse into Scrum method. Meanwhile, some assets such as backlogs and incremental artifacts in Scrum development are reusable. In this paper, we identify a backlog binder that aggregates reusable Scrum assets and proposes a backlog binder reuse technique. In addition, we can apply the proposed technique and show prototyping of backlog binder reuse in job matching applications.

송배전용 설비에 사용되는 애자의 신뢰성은 전기적인 절연성질과 기계적인 내구성 뿐만 아니라 애자가 설치된 송전선로의 오손에 의한 내환경성에 의해서도 결정될 수 있다. 지금까지 염분 및 분진이 심한 지역에서 오손물이 애자에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 전기적, 기계적 신뢰성에 영향을 미치는 오손물질의 성분 분석 등을 통해 저압과 고압의 환경에서 진행되어 왔다.[1] 본 논문에서는 2003년부터 우리나라에서 운전해 오고 있는 765kV 애자오손 신뢰성 검토와 미국 전력연구원(EPRI)에서 수탁받은 765kV 고분자애자 특성연구의 일환으로, 765kV 상용선로에 사용되는 애자류에 대한 장기열화특성을 연구하기 위해 765kV 실증 시험설비를 구축하였다. 아울러, 765kV 애자 장기열화특성 분석을 위한 기초연구로 염분 및 분진 오손도를 측정하여 765kV 환경에서 애자종류에 따른 오손 특성을 검토하였다. 그 결과, RTV 실리콘고무 코팅 애자가 자기 및 유리재 애자에 비해 염분 오손도 면에서 비교적 우수한 특성을 지님을 확인 할 수 있었다.

The porcelain insulators are important devices, that are used to isolate electrically and hold mechanically in the high-voltage power transmission systems. The faults of the insulators induce very serious problems to the power transmission line. In this paper, we introduce techniques for fault detections of insulators by acoustic radiation noises from them. We measured radiation noises from normal state insulators and fault state insulators. The used insulators were two different type porcelain insulators, a cut out switch, two different type line posters, and a lightning arrester. Each results was compared each other in time domain, frequency domain and filter banks' outputs. We found the possibility of detection of insulators' faults and also suggested techniques for fault detections.

애자 청소 작업은 애자의 절연 저하를 사전에 예방하기 위해 고소 고압의 환경에서 이루어지는 위험한 작업으로 정비작업의 능률과 정밀도가 떨어져 로봇을 이용한 활선 애자 청소 및 진단의 자동화가 요구되어진다. 이러한 요구에 따라 활선 애자 청소 로봇이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 애자 청소 로봇 제어를 위해 마스터 슬레이브 구조를 갖는 제어 시스템 구성을 제안하고, 실험을 통해 구현한 제어 시스템의 효용성을 보인다.

많은 SI프로젝트에서 유스케이스 모델링 기법을 사용하여 요구 분석을 수행하여 왔지만 모델링 기준과 가이드의 상이함으로 인해 프로젝트 현장에서 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 애자일 방법론의 장점을 접목하여 애자일한 유스케이스 시나리오 작성법 및 사용자스토리를 개념을 차용한 두 단계 우선순위 부여를 통하여 요구 분석의 효율성과 생산성 제고방안을 제안한다.

Despite agile methods and software reuse being distinct approaches, there has been a growing amount of research on combining these approaches. Although Scrum is one of the most popular agile methods, reuse has not been actively supported. In this paper, we identify a new type of reusable Scrum assets, simplify the backlog process and propose a backlog factoring technique by extending task factoring to support reuse in the Scrum method. In addition, we can apply the proposed technique and show prototyping of backlog reuse in e-business applications.
