Responsible Care는 모든 종업원, 경영자 및 관리자의 환경, 안전, 보건에 대한 사고(mind)를 바꾸는 것이다. Responsible Care는 실행지침(management Practices)을 완전히 실행하는 것이 궁극적인 목표가 아니고 각 개인이나 회사가 자발적으로 지속적으로 환경, 안전, 보건의 Performance을 향상시키고 이에 스스로 약속하는 것이다. Responsible Care는 일회성의 프로그램이나 운동이 아니라, 화학 산업계가 계속해서 사회와 더불어 사업을 지속하기 위해, 화학 산업계가 스스로 만든 환경, 안전, 보건의 Performance을 향상시키기 위한 하나의 도구이며, 약속이다. Responsible Care는 화학산업계가 스스로 만든 도구이고 사회에 대한 약속이므로 환경, 안전, 보건에 대해 신의와 정직을 바탕으로 사회와 더불어 공존하는 마음가짐에 그 기본 정신이다. Responsible Care는 우리자신의 Performance를 향상시키는 것 뿐 아니라 우리의 고객 또는 다른 화학 회사들의 Performance를 향상시켜 궁극적으로 사회나 정부로부터 화학 산업에 대한 선호도를 향상시키는 것이다. Dow Korea는 CMA(American Chemical Manufactures Association)Code를 기본으로 환태평양 문화에 맞게 실행지침(Management Practices, Key Activities)을 수정한 Dow Pacific Area Responsible Care Code를 1993년부터 시작하였다. 시작 초기에 1997년 말에 모든 실행지침이 실행(Practices In Place)되도록 목표를 설정하여 생산 공장 관련 Code(CAER, Distribution, Employee Health and Safety, Pollution Prevention, Process Safety)의 대부분이 목표에 달성되어 생산 공장의 안전 사고 방지, 종업원 건강 증진, 페기물 발생 억제 분야에 상당한 성공을 거두었으며, 지금도 지속적으로 유지 관리 및 미비한 부분(CAER, 등)의 향상에 노력하고 있다. Dow Korea의 수입 판매 부분에 주로 관련된 Product Stewardship 및 Distribution Code는 여러 사업부 및 여러 지역(미국, 유럽, 아시아 등)에 위치한 담당자가 관련된 까닭에 가장 복잡한 부분이어서 많은 인력과 시간을 소비하면서 노력하고 있으나 아직까지 소정의 목표에 도달하지 못했으며, 2000년 말에 모든 실행지침이 실행되도록 목표, 실행 계획 및 조직을 수정하여 노력하고 있다.

Recently, important information related with smart work such as office and video conference are handled in smart device quite a lot compare with before. Also, execution environment of smart devices is getting developed as open software environment. It brought convenience to download and use any kind of application software. By that, security side of smart devices became vulnerable. This paper will discuss characteristics of smart device security technology based on virtualization that is a mobile device platform with isolated secure execution area based on TEE (Trusted Execution Environment). Also, this paper will suggest an implementation method about safe smart device security platform based on domain separation for application software which can be executed in smart devices.

The data security of free-roaming mobile agent is a problem which hasn't been resolved to the mobility and inter-host mapping. totally, especially in theaspect of keeping away truncation attacks. Therefore, when the agent is utilized for user oriented applied technique, the secure execution guarantee of agent is essential. In this paper, it guarantees safe execution from security threats generated by malicious host during the agent's execution. And the secure execution guarantee mechanism of agent is proposed from favorable host is maliciously abused by attacker. Thus, the execution trace protocol mechanism proposed as secure mobile agents execution guarantee. As security analysis of the safety analysis.

텔레매틱스 단말은 서버로부터 다양한 통신 수단을 통해 가동되어 전달되는 각종 서비스 정보 및 응용 소프트웨어를 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 실행 환경을 제공해야 한다. 그러나, 이러한 실행 환경 중에 가장 기본적이며 중요한 요소는 단말에서 실행되는 어플리케이션을 그 중요도에 따라 관리하기 위한 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 게이트웨이 프레임워크인 OSGi 기반의 환경에서 동작하는 텔레매틱스용 어플리케이션 관리기를 제안하여, 텔레매틱스 단말에 설치되는 각종 어플리케이션을 중요도에 따라 설정하고, 차량의 각 상태에 따른 어플리케이션 실행 관리 기법을 제안하여 보다 안전한 텔레매틱스용 어플리케이션 실행 환경을 제공하고자 한다.

OHSAS 18001(Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18001)은 안전보건 경영 시스템으로서 기업이 자율적으로 산업재해를 예방하기 위하여 안전보건 체제를 구축하고, 주기적으로 유해위험 정도를 자체 평가하여 그에 따라 설비 및 작업환경을 개선토록 함으로써 산업재해를 체계적으로 예방 관리하도록 요구하는 표준이다. 표준의 구성은 ISO 14001 환경시스템과 그 골격이 거의 같은데 크게 4.1 일반적인 요구사항, 4.2 안전보건방침, 4.3 계획, 4.4 실행 및 운영, 4.5 점검 및 시정조치, 4.6 경영자 검토로 구성되어 있으며 전체적인 구조로 보면 지속적 개선을 이루기 위한 PDCA개념, 계획, 실행, 점검, 조치의 Cycle을 이루고 있다.(중략)

원격 컴퓨팅 환경에서 오프로딩된 사용자의 코드와 데이터를 악의적인 내부 위협자(클라우드 운영체제 등)으로부터 안전하게 지켜주는 하드웨어 신뢰실행환경은 보안성을 위하여 사용되는 메모리 물리 주소가 하나의 실행환경에 귀속되는 공간적 격리(spatial isolation) 모델을 사용한다. 허나 이러한 메모리 모델은 상호작용하는 신뢰실행환경 프로그램들 사이 메모리 공유를 허락하지 않으며, 이는 성능 및 기존 어플리케이션과의 호환성에서의 문제를 야기한다. 본 논문에서는 최근 ARM사에서 발표된 새로운 신뢰실행환경인 기밀 컴퓨팅 아키텍처를 분석하여 메모리 공유 가능성을 파악하고, 공유가 단순히 허용되어 있을 때의 보안 문제와 이에 대한 기본적인 해결책 및 그 한계점을 제시한다.

지난 18일 매경안전환경연구원은 고용노동부와 함께 '제20회 안전경영대상'을 개최해 '안전경영'을 모범적으로 실천해온 한국가스공사 인천기지본부, 현대오일뱅크 대산공장 등의 업적을 치하했다. 안전경영, 즉 경영진의 확고한 안전의식은 우수한 안전관리 기법 실행, 노 사의 적극적인 참여, 안전보건 관련법의 철저한 준수 등과 힐께 안전사업장을 만드는 필수조건이다. 특히 상명하복의 문화가 짙은 우리나라 사업장의 특성을 감안하면, 경영진의 안전 신념에 따라 안전관리의 성패가 좌우되기 때문에 '안전경영'은 가장 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 안전 선진국 대한민국을 만들기 위해 앞장서서 '안전경영문화'를 확산시키고 있는 매경 안전환경연구원의 이영순 원장을 만나봤다.

Now it is time for companies to diagnose and evaluate the safety management system to see if it is being operated in accordance with the situations of the companies.
