인접국의 핵실험, 원전 사고, 인공 위성 추락 등으로 인한 방사선 비상 사태를 조기에 탐지하여 신속히 대처하기 위한 환경 방사능 감시망이 아시아 지역 공동으로 구축될 전망이다. 한국원자력안전기술원은 최근 우리 나라를 비롯, 중국$\cdot$인도$\cdot$인도네시아$\cdot$파키스탄 등 5개국 대표들이 참석한 가운데 $\ulcorner$방사선 안전에 관한 아시아 지역간 협력체 구축을 위한 자문단 회의$\lrcorner$를 열고, 아시아 지역 환경 방사능 공동 감시망 구축을 위해 각국의 환경 방사능 시료의 효과 분석, 환경 방사능 기초 자료망 구성 등의 사업을 벌이기로 했다. 그 경위와 추진 계획 등을 살펴본다.

The purpose of this reserch is to suggest grinding temperature for high effect grinding and to clarify the sufficient grinding heat by experiment and theory(developed finite element program). Main results to be obtained are as follows : 1) The grinding temperature distribution by F. E. M is comparatively in good apreement with the experimental results. 2) The up cut grinding method of grinding methods is decreased burning effect. 3) Regardless of the table speed on the temperature distribution in grinding surface layer, cooling effect is about 6-8times when developed nozzle is used.

The present study proposes the various hypothesis tests and interval estimations for homogeneous and heterogeneous populations in the continuous and discrete process. These results can be used to complement the QC story 15 steps for quality improvement circle and DMAIC processes for six sigma innovation.

The paper presents the measurement split split-plot models for saving the time and cost. The split split-plot designs developed are efficiently used to estimating the gauge R&R(Reproducibility & Repeatability) when the completely randomized design of all factors(such as high pressure and temperature) is expensive and time consuming. The models studied include three split split-plots considering the type of experimental units.

The paper proposes the misuse types of statistical quality tools according to the kind of data and the number of population in DMAIC process of six sigma. The result presented in this paper can be extended to the QC story 15 steps of QC circle. 국립수의과학검역원은 지난 4월 '그동안 소, 돼지에 국한되어 있던 가축사육단계의 위해요소 중점관리기준(HACCP)을 육계 사육단계에도 확대 적용한다.'고 발표해 닭 농장에서도 HACCP 인증을 획득할 수 있는 길이 열렸다. 이에 용인시 농업기술센터의 안전고품질축산물종합생산시범 추진사업단의 발 빠른 움직임으로 HACCP 인증을 받고자 하는 농가에 시설자금 2천만원을 지원(농촌진흥청, 용인시 각 50%)하고, HACCP 컨설팅 그룹 정P&C연구소와 업무협약을 체결해 컨설팅 교육을 실시했다. 보배농장(사장 이상근)은 시장동향과 자금 지원을 받은 농가들의 반응을 살피고는 '이거다' 싶은 생각에 자비를 들여 교육에 참가해 우수한 성적으로 인증을 받았다.

The most common objective is to sequence jobs on the severs so as to minimize the penalty for being late, commonly called tardiness penalty Based on other objectives, many criteria may serve as s basis for developing job schedules. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.
