Innovation Plan on safety and health education in the Covid-19 era by a survey (설문조사를 통한 코로나19 시대 안전보건교육의 혁신방안에 대한 연구)

  • Construction sites cannot escape the impact of the COVID-19 situation, and various efforts has been made to prevent this, such as strengthening on-site quarantine and minimizing face-to-face contact between personnel. In particular, there have been many changes in the operation of safety and health education, such as reduction in the number of training, and an increase in accidents due to negligence in safety and health education. Therefore, this study tried to establish an educational direction suitable for the COVID-19 era by survey on the actual conditions of safety and health education in the field and it is hoped that research sutures will contribute to the reduction of accidents.

  • 사료의 품질향상과 안전성 제고를 통해 위생적이고 안전한 축산물을 소비자에게 공급하는데 기여하고자 매년 농림수산식품부에서 주최하는 '사료품질 및 위생 안전성 교육'이 금년에는 사료협회의 주관하에 지난 5월 14, 15일 양일간에 걸쳐 강원도 춘천 라데나 리조트에서 업계 관계자 150여명이 참석한 가운데 성황리에 개최되었다. 이날 세미나에서 본회 조남조 회장은 "세계 사료곡물가격과 환율이 고공행진을 하고 있는 상황에서 사료품질의 안전성이 그 어느때 보다도 중요시 되는 만큼 이번 교육은 시기적절하다"며 "이번 교육이 업계 실무자 여러분들에게 유익한 교육이 되길 바란다"고 강조했다. 이에 본지에서는 동 교육에 대한 결과보고와 아울러 교육당시 뜨거운 관심사였던 사료관리법 및 하위법령 개정사항, 사료내 항생제 사용제한에 따른 대처방안 및 사료공장 HACCP관리제도에 대한 강의내용을 요약하여 사료품질 및 안전성에 대한 독자들의 이해를 돕고자 한다.

  • There is a need for education that can be effectively education rather than one-sided audiovisual-oriented education. Serious games capable of contextual design and iterative training of various scenarios are easy to use and spread contents. The effects of safety education in childhood and adolescence, which are the most active periods of cognitive development, are most effective compared to other age group. The purpose of this study is to propose the guideline and components of the contents development for youth safety education using functional games.

  • The purpose of this study is to prevent some accidents from the tragedy related to school accidents in elementary, middle and high schools. However, it is necessary to establish the program of school safety and change the view of the safety because safety measures are being taken after the accident, not prevention. There are some resolution to prevent school accidents by developing manuals, educating school safety for teachers, utilizing audio-video education and private organization, it is difficult for teachers to handle a fire alarm and electric safety inspection, and check condition of health, training experts through qualifying exams.

  • Since laboratory Staff in public institution work in facilities that handle chemicals, they have high access to chemicals and a high probability of direct exposure, so they have a risk of safety accidents. At the laboratory scale, the amount of chemicals handled is small, but the importance of safety is very high because the types of chemicals handled are diverse. Therefore, in this study, through a survey, the safety status and level of safety awareness of laboratory workers in public institutions were investigated and studied. The composition of the survey was a survey on the actual condition of safety education, awareness of safety accidents, and measures to improve the effectiveness of safety education, and suggest ways to improve the effectiveness of safety education based on this.

  • School safety in Japan in the 21st century has been directly influenced by changes in school education policy. The purpose of Japanese school education is to nurture self-reliance, cooperation, and creative humanity by promoting 'zest for life'. Reflecting this, the purpose of school safety is to strengthen survival capabilities that students can overcome in any disaster situation. The main features of Japanese school safety are as follows: 1) to emphasize ability to survive; 2) to focus on school safety role in home and community; 3) to balance between school safety and school education; 4) to emphasize school safety education through experiential and active learning; 5) to pursue safer school facilities; 6) to focus on continuous improvement through PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act); 7) to spread the UN safe school model. This analysis and discussion on Japanese school safety will give meaningful implications to Korea's school safety which has recently undergone dramatic changes.

A Study on the Recognition of Elementary Teacher on Fire Safety : Focusing on Yeongju city (초등학교 교사의 소방안전의식에 관한 연구 -영주시를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to help the education of fire safety in elementary schools be given effectively by teachers through the investigation of their recognition on fire safety. To achieve the purpose, 203 elementary school teachers in Yeongju city were interviewed for 5 days from Sep. 5 to 9, 2003. The results of this study are as follows; Teachers recognized the education of fire safety to be very necessary, but they gave less consequence to it relatively and classes for fire safety were done quite a little in actual education. Teachers put the traffic safety on the top in the list of safety education and play safety, facility safety and fire safety follows it in order. Teachers stated lack of interest (36.0%), lack of material and class hours(31.5%) for the difficulty of the fire safety education and they recognized that a fire safety expert's lecture(62.1 %) and development and propagation of teaching material were required for the efficient fire safety education.

  • 기업에서 발생되는 손실 부분 중 커다란 부분을 차지하고 있는 것이, 산업재해로 인한 인적ㆍ물적인 손실이라고 할 수 있다. 산업재해를 줄이기 위한 방법으로 여러 가지 측면에서 다각적인 노력을 기하고 있으나 현재 기업의 산업안전에 관한 실태를 살펴보면 인간중심의 안전관리보다는 기계중심의 안전관리가 더 우월하게 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 문명의 발달로 아무리 기계기구로 좋아졌다 하더라고 그것을 사용하는 인간이 제대로 사용할 수 없다는 안전성은 확보 될 수 없을 것이다. 산업재해를 예방하기 위한 방편으로 기업 내에서 실시되는 산업 안전 교육부분에 대한 정확한 실태 조사를 통해 산업안전교육이 기업 내에서 효율적으로 자리잡아 기업의 생산성 향상에 도움이 되고자 한다.

A Study on Suitability of Training Facilities and Equipment used on Seafarer's Sea Survival Training (선원 해상생존교육 실습시설 및 장비의 적정성에 관한 연구)

  • Seafarer sea survival training, such as basic safety refresher training and advanced safety refresher training, in accordance with the STCW Convention, is an indispensable program that can increase the crew survival rate during emergency situations at sea. It is important for crew members to carry out theoretical and practical training with various safety equipment in order to effectively train according to IMO model courses. Therefore, this study suggests the following measures to improve safety training facilities for seafarers by reviewing survival training requirements based on the IMO model course and comparing and analyzing related facilities based on operating cases from domestic and overseas training institutes. First, it is necessary to establish a training environment where seafarers can practice utilizing various, updated safety equipment such as marine evacuation equipment (slides, chutes, etc.). Second, it is necessary to construct an educational environment in which learners can directly or indirectly experience realistic emergency situations by installing marine environment simulation facilities with such equipment as a wave generator, rain fall device, wind generating device, etc. Third, it is also necessary to develop and expand customized training using virtual reality equipment in addition to experiential training, audiovisual training and simulation training.

  • 본 논문은 2014년 세월호 사고 이후 해양재난사고에 대한 국민들의 경각심이 고조되었으며 해양레저인구증가로 인한 해양사고가 증가되는 상황에서 사고예방 및 해양안전문화 고취를 위한 해양안전교육센터 구축하고자 수요추정을 수행하였다. 특히, 우리나라 대부분의 해양안전체험관과 유사한 체험관들은 대부분 전라, 경기지역에 분포하고 있어 지역 편향을 해소하는 차원에서 동남권 안전센터 구축이 필요한 상황이며 해양레저 및 해양산업의 중심이 영남권에 위치하고 있기 때문에 안전교육센터의 구축의 정책적인 타당성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양안전교육센터 수요추정을 중력모형을 활용하여 수행하였으며 사회경제적인 타당성의 근거로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
