We present a study of hydrogen liquefaction using the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) program. Liquid hydrogen has been evaluated as the best storage method because of high energy per unit mass than gas hydrogen, but efficient hydrogen liquefaction and storage are needed in order to apply actual industrial. In this study, we use the CFD program that apply navier-stokes equation. A hydrogen is cooled by heat transfer with the while passing gas hydrogen through Cu tube. We change diameter and flow rate and observe a change of the temperature and flow rate of gas hydrogen passing through Cu tube. As a result of, less flow rate and larger diameter are confirmed that liquefaction is more well. Ultimately, When we simulate the hydrogen liquefaction by using CFD program, and find optimum results, it is expected to contribute to the more effective and economical aspects such as time and cost.

This study considers aesthetic characteristics by examining fashion style of fashion journalist Anna Wintour. Fashion journalists are specialists who work at fashion media. Especially, Anna Wintour is one of the most famous fashion journalist in the world and fashion icon, who has been editor-in chief of Vogue USA since 1988. For this study, Anna Witour's photograph was collected from 2010 to 2015 on web-sites. After collecting images, it analysed with 4criterions which were silhouette, color, fabric(pattern and texture) and hair style(and accessories) following advance researches analysis about fashion style. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, symbolism revealed that could express her identity through utilizing steady items such as blond bob hair, Chanel bold sunglasses, short round neckless and Manolo Blahnik's low-heeled slingback nude sandals. Especially, she gave consistency to her fashion style with fixed hair style and accessories which are similar in shape. Second, femininity, that reveal as an internal characteristic such as sensitivity and as an external characteristic like fluidity. Anna Wintour expressed femininity with elegant curvy silhouette, various of color and flower pattern. Particularly, she emphasized nature women's body shape with princess silhouette, slim silhouette. Third, analysis result indicated characteristic of authority with oversize silhouette, wide lapel details and glamorous genuine fur items. Furthermore, some of her fur items looked overwhelming which dyed in artificial color or printed with leopard pattern. These powerful items contained immanent meanings that are power and position which could express a role as an editor-in chief of Vogue USA.

본 논문에서 논의하고 있는 애니메이션의 젠더담론은 동시대 관객과의 원활한 소통과 관련된 의미론적 치원이라고 할 수 있다. 애니메이션 캐릭터의 젠더 문제는 관객과의 의미작용을 위한 언어적 요소가 구체화된 것이라고 할 수 있기 때문에 관객과의 소통 차원에서 상당히 중요한 가치를 지니고 있다고 할 수 있다. 디즈니의 장편 애니메이션 <겨울왕국>의 상업적 성공은 먼저 작품이 보여주는 우수한 미학적 기법과 원리, 그리고 디즈니 스튜디오의 글로벌 마케팅 역량에서 그 요인을 찾아볼 수 있으나, 무엇보다 기존 디즈니 애니메이션에서 볼 수 없었던 여성 캐릭터의 젠더 표상에서 그 가치를 논의해 볼 수 있다. <겨울왕국>의 주요 여성 캐릭터 엘사와 안나의 젠더 표상은 동시대 관객들이 공감하고 몰입할 수 있는 시대정신과 이데올로기를 잘 반영함으로써 문화와 언어의 장벽을 뛰어넘는 보편적인 의미체계를 구축하고 있다. 그러므로 애니메이션에서 보이는 캐릭터의 젠더 담론에 관한 고찰은 소통적 관점에서 작품을 풍요롭게 읽어내는 기초적인 연구라고 할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 애자일 문화인식(임파워먼트, 지속적 학습, 개인 커뮤니케이션 강화)이 직무성과(과업, 맥락, 적응)에 미치는 영향 및 개인역량(지식, 기술)의 조절효과를 이론적으로 검토한 후 중국기업의 종업원을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행하였다. 실증분석을 위해 중국기업에 종사하는 종업원 219명의 데이터를 사용하였으며 SPSS 21을 사용하여 변수의 타당성 및 신뢰성 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애자일 문화 인식은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인역량은 애자일 문화 인식과 직무성과 간의 관계에서 부분적인 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 애자일 문화인식과 개인역량의 세부적인 역할을 이해할 수 있고 애자일 문화인식을 구성하는 요인들이 기업들이 애자일 조직으로 변환하는데 연구방향을 제시할 수 있다.

디즈니 애니메이션은 미국의 문화와 예술의 일부라고 할 수 있다. 미국의 사회·문화의 변화에 따라 디즈니 애니메이션에 등장하는 여성 캐릭터의 성격과 사회적 위상의 변화를 볼 수 있다. 특히 2000년 이후에 발표된 디즈니 애니메이션 작품에서는 여성과 남성의 사회적 능력과 지위에 대하여 대등 또는 평등하게 표현된 수많은 작품이 발표되었다. 본 연구에서는 20세기와 21세기 여성 캐릭터의 특징을 비교하고 <겨울왕국2>의 은유적인 방법으로 여성 이미지를 표현한 엘사와 안나의 캐릭터를 분석하였다. 또한 의상 및 색채의 다양한 스타일링의 특징과 의미를 연구하였다. 본 논문은 여성 캐릭터의 성평등 이미지 구축 시 필요한 디자인 요소를 제시하였으며 향후 애니메이션 산업계와 학계에 유용한 연구자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

Objectives: This study aimed to establish a linkage model involving regional responsible medical institutions after analyzing the existing conditions and deriving problems through qualitative analysis within the community care system. Methods: A total of 14 participants of this study were selected through the snowball sampling method, including 7 community care service providers and 7 service users. As for the research data, primary data were collected through interviews, and as a result of analyzing according to Aday&Anderson' model, a total of 5 catergories, 8 topics, and 22 sub theme were derived. Results: The problem derived from the interview is that division services are provided for each institution due to the absence of a key central institution of community care system, and users' commercial institutions is unclear. The second is the inconsistency between the needs and supply for community care, resulting in a possibility of delay in returning to the community after discharge. Based on these problems, it is necessary to unify it as an community care window of the Dong-community center. In addition, there is a need for public health centers to play an active role, and to establish a public-private joint system with the Health and Living Support Center to establish a model that can play a certain role. Conclusions: Therefore, based on the results of this study, it can be used as basic data when constructing community care model and applying it as an expanded model in the future.

본 연구는 탈산업화 사회의 관점에서 서비스 디자인 및 제품 서비스 시스템(PSS)의 차이점에 대한 이론적 개념을 명확히하고 새롭게 통합된 디자인 전략을 제안하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 서비스 디자인은 기존 서비스를 개선하거나 혁신하고 지속적인 탐색과 반복 과정에서 생가는 문제를 해결하는 사용자 중심 디자인 접근 방식이다. 그러나 PSS는 기업을 위한 혁신적인 비즈니스 전략으로서 고객에게 제품과 서비스의 통합 기능을 제공하고 시스템 프로세스를 최적화함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 것이 주요 목적이다. 본 연구는 문헌조사 방법을 통해 서비스 디자인과 PSS의 개념과 연구 현황, 디자인 방법을 정리하였다. 그리고 디자인 진행 과정에서 서비스 디자인과 PSS의 차이점을 비교하여 정리하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 최종 내용은 서비스 디자인 개념을 효과적으로 구현하기 위해 사용자 경험을 PSS의 설계 프로세스에 통합하여 시스템화한 프로세스를 사용자의 요구에 맞게 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present implications by analyzing the Swiss Federal Court's annulment of the arbitration Awards in Court of Arbitration for Sport(CAS). As international interest in the sports sector increases, related disputes are also increasing. Therefore, the role of CAS specializing in sports disputes is becoming very important. In particular, the Swiss federal court's annulment of the arbitral awards made by the CAS could contribute significantly to the development of sports arbitration in the future. Looking at the case analyzed in this study, first of all, it is about the partiality of the arbitrator. The court judged that the arbitrator posted and shared racist articles on SNS, which could be sufficiently biased. Next, it is about the uncertainty of the arbitration clause. The arbitral award was finally canceled due to the issue of whether the CAS could make an arbitral award with jurisdiction over a clause that includes both dispute resolution through a sports organization and dispute handling in a national court. As a result of the analysis of this study, in the case of unclear arbitration provisions, it will be necessary to prepare an arbitration agreement. In addition, in the case of unclear arbitration provisions, it will be necessary to prepare a post-arbitration agreement. Finally, in order to revitalize sports arbitration, it will be necessary to train professional arbitrators in Korea, support them to work internationally, and establish specialized arbitration institutions.

최근의 공유경제(Sharing Economy) 비즈니스 모델의 중요성이 부각되면서 경제활동은 단순한 상품 매매에서 벗어나 복잡한 경험체험으로 바뀌고 있고 공유숙박(Sharing Accommodation)의 모델 또한 새로운 숙박 선택모델로 자리 잡았다. 본 논문은 고객이 공유숙박서비스를 체험하는 과정에 느낀 문제점을 고찰하여 공유숙박서비스의 최적화 전략을 제시함으로써 기존의 단점을 개선하고 고객만족도를 제고하기 위한 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 Airbnb와 Tujia 두 개의 공유숙박모델을 대상으로 비교 연구를 진행하고 참고 문헌 수집과 정리를 통해 숙박 공유연구 배경을 심층 분석하였다. 고객여정도(Customer Journey Map), 페르소나(Persona), 서비스 블루프린트(Service Blueprint) 등 서비스디자인 연구방법을 활용하여 고객 수요를 파악하고 서비스의 문제점을 발견함으로써 서비스를 최적화하는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. Kano 모델(Kano Model)과 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수(Potential Customer Satisfaction) 등의 연구방법으로 검증한 후 세 가지 서비스 최적화 방안을 확정하여 서비스 시나리오(Service Scenario) 모형을 통해 최적화한 성과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공유숙박의 사업자 식별, 서비스 요소 개선과 보다 높은 수준의 고객 체험 제공에 도움이 되며, 더 나아가 공유숙박 시장의 건전한 발전을 촉진할 것이라 확신한다.

디즈니 애니메이션 <겨울왕국>이 한국에서 개봉된 애니메이션 사상 첫 천만 관객을 동원했다. 겨울왕국은 주제곡 'let it go'의 열풍과 엘사, 안나, 울라프의 캐릭터 상품들을 비롯해 각종 신드롬까지 낳고 있다. 그렇다면 겨울왕국이 어떤 의미를 생성하고 있기에 이토록 한국에서 선풍적인 인기를 끌었는지를 생각해 볼 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 겨울왕국이 관객에게 전달하고자 하는 가치와 겨울왕국이 생성하는 의미는 무엇인지를 그레마스의 행위소 모형과 기호사각형을 이용하여 살펴보고자 한다. 행위소 모형으로 <겨울왕국>의 안나와 엘사를 분석한 결과, 안나는 엘사와의 관계회복과 아렌델의 여름을 되찾기를 욕망한다. 이것은 엘사에 대한 사랑과 아렌델사람들을 위한 사랑으로 말하여질 수 있다. 한편, 엘사는 자신의 설빙능력으로 인해 스스로를 가두기는 하지만 항상 자유를 갈망한다. 즉 엘사는 자신의 설빙능력을 제어하는 방법을 알아내 자신의 설빙능력으로 자유로워지를 욕망하는 것이다. 이러한 안나와 엘사의 욕망은 진실한 사랑의 행동을 통해 획득되어지며, <겨울왕국>에서 모든 갈등의 해결책은 진실한 사랑의 행동이다. 기호사각형으로 <겨울왕국>의 의미를 분석한 결과, <겨울왕국>은 현재의 비정상적인 삶을 과거의 정상적인 삶으로 바꾸고자 하는 과거지향적인 가치를 창출한다. 현재의 삶-한 여름에 추운 겨울이 찾아오고, 자매간의 소통이 단절되며, 비정상의 상태를 의도적으로 이용하여 자신의 이익을 취하려는 사람들-을 과거의 돈독했던 자매간의 우애와 순리적인 계절인 아렌델의 여름으로 바꾸고자 하는 것이다. <겨울왕국>에서 말하고자 하는 과거를 지향하는 가치는 21세기를 살아가는 우리의 현실과 비슷하다. 들었어도 믿기 어려운 소식들, 불안한 정세 등이 난무하는 현실에서 어렵고 힘들어도 정과 희망이 넘쳐났던 과거의 삶으로 돌아가고 싶은 우리의 정서와 맞물렸기 때문에 국내에서 <겨울왕국>이 승승장구하지 않았나 싶다.
