가사활동에 따른 피로도 감소를 위한 입좌식 부엌가구의 개발에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 주부들의 주활동공간인 부엌가구와 공간의 설계에 있어사용하기 편리하며 가사활동에 따 른 피로를 경감시키고 요통과 같은 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있는 부엌가구와 공간의 개발에 그 목적을 두었다. 연구는 먼저 수도권의 32평형 규모의 아파트150가구를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 만 24시간동안의 실제 가사활동을 Video로 촬영하여 동작분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 주부들은 수납의 용 이성과 공간의 크기, 작업대의 높이 등을 가장 많은 개선사항으로 지적하였으며, 절반이상의 주부들이 앉은 자세에서 작업이 이루어졌으면 좋겠다고 응답하였다. 또한 동작분석 결과 작업의 70%이상이 개수 대를 중심으로 조리대와 가열대 주변의 한정된 공간에서정적으로 선 자세에서이루어지는 것으로 파악 되었다. 이러한 선 자세에서의 작업에 따른 피로도를 감소시키기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입하였으며, 개수대를 씽크대의 'ㄱ'자 코너에 위치하여 주방활동시의 이동거리를 단축하고자 하였다. 피로도의 경감 을 측정하기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입한 개선된 씽크대와 기존의 입식씽크대에서 가사활동시 요구되는 주부들의 에너지 대사량을 비교하기 위하여 심장박동수와 산소호흡량을 측정하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 주방에 입좌식의자를 도입한 경우가 가사활동에 요구되는 에너지 소모량이 심장박동수와 산소호흡량의 기준에서 각각 평균적으로 30%와 57.5% 이상이 감소하는 것으로 파악되어 이러한 부엌가구의 도입으로 주부들의 가사활동에따른 피로도가 절반 가까이 감소될 수 있음을 니타내었다. 또한 부엌가구의 재배치 에따른 가사활동시 이동거리가 평균적으로5.5%이상이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 주방설 계에 적용할 경우 가사활동의 효율성과 편리성이 향샹됨은 물론 가사활동에따른 피로도를 경감 시키고 요통 등의 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.1일 1회씩 4회 투여한 군에서도 암수에 상관없이 전 농도 군에서 염색체이상을 나타내지 않아 유전독성을 나타내지 않음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance.   • This paper has examined a resident's feeling of satisfaction on residential environment. It has searched a policy direction to improve the quality of residential environment with three models in which what factors have an influence on the resident's feeling of satisfaction is evaluated. First, when the residents were asked why they chose lease APT, Low price was answered the most between two populations. Second, with regard to the feeling of satisfaction by categories, both populations showed similar results. The social prejudice on lease APT such as disadvantage on their children and unfavorable surroundings that has been engraved in people's mind about lease APT for a long time was never an issue any more. Third, when the two populations were examined by regression analysis with three models in terms of what factors had an effect on the feeling of satisfaction, there was no big difference in each effect of variables. Internal environment was a key variable for lease APT while external environment was a core variable for the APT that is converted into installment sale. In order to enhance the feeling of satisfaction on residential environment for lease APT residents, high quality turned out the most important factor between both populations, and then a loan with low interest rate and high average standard of APT followed. As unsatisfactory items, low cultural level, slowness in repairing works, and unsatisfactory finishing work were pointed out with regard to the low quality of internal facilities. In general, it turned out that the APT that was converted into installment sale was more preferable than lease APT. As known in this analysis, housing supply policy needs to be focused on quality and high average standard of APT should be achieved for the working classes.

  • In the structure of modern houses, a living room is the space most frequently used by family members. In a living room, they rest, talk together, watch TV, study, read books and enjoy hobbies. A living room is furnished with a TV cabinet, a storage closet, a sofa, a bookshelf, a desk and etc. depending on the purposes of activities in it, which can be different in each house. Furniture is the required tool for indoor architectural space and humans to lead a life. In most families, a man and a woman marry each other and become man and wife, go through the honeymoon phase, give birth to one or two children and become a family with three or four members. According to the children's growth cycle from birth to infancy, early childhood, childhood, adolescence, youth and adulthood, furniture layout and kinds of furniture in a living room change. Depending on the family life cycle, most parents of young children try to help their children to form good habits of reading books and studying for their future. As for the environmental elements interrupting reading and studying, watching TV and using smart phones excessively are being regarded as problems. As the number of two-income families is increasing in this era when many women are participating in the social activities with the government's encouragement, children are having more time.

  • This study analysed the characteristics of residential mobility according to the household's life-cycle to observe the housing filtering process in Busan. The questionary subjects were adult 40 and over who inhabited in Busan and surveyed residential career about residential mobility. The analysis result of statistical data and result of questionary reveals similar result every articles, the summaries are as follows : Examining housing where the respondent live presently, apartment dominate absolutely high ratio as housing type and owner-occupation as housing tenure type, and housing size is about 30 pyeong, dwelling period is 6 years to 10 years. Saving and loan hold a large majority to make housing capital, that means, they apply housing finance to getting own housing despite it is impossible with present household's income to have owner-occupation of desired housing. This is different custom ours from foreign's that rent a house. However, as aspect of residential satisfaction, most household recognised that quality is improved, because residential mobility expanded housing size and changed tenure type and showed fairly high satisfaction with their present resident.

Analysis of the Work Breakdown Structure and Cost-Rate for Small Interior Works in Apartment (아파트 소규모 인테리어공사의 공종별 분류와 보할의 분석)

  • The research, based on 200 cases of small interior works in6 different floor area types of apartment in Busan, intended to compare the architectural work with the breakdown structure and analyze the cost of general small-scale interior work, by work type. The outcome of the research is outlined as follows. (1) Given the cost of small interior works for apartmentsranges from 10 million to 15 million won, which correspond to apartments ranging in size from $79.2m^2$ (24PY) to $105.6m^2$, it is necessary to implement a cost analysis for material cost and labor cost for these two types. (2) Given that small interior work for apartments comprises mostly finishing work, unlike the categoriesof general architectural work, it is more reasonable to classify the works into 9 categories,which include embellishment, wood, tile, paint, metal, toilet, sink & furniture, electric & mechanical and other works, instead of the 22 divisions stipulated in the Korean Architectural Standard Specification. (3) After reviewing the average cost of small interior work and rate by floor area, it was found thatthe average cost of 24PY was 10.5 million won, of which metal work accounts for 12.8%, embellishment work 17.8%, and toilet 19.7%, while sink & furniture appeared to be the highest with 22.1%, while for 32PY, average cost was 12.5 million won,which comprises 7.4% wood work, sink & furniture 20.2%, toilet 23.4% and embellishment work the highest at 28.6%, indicating that embellishment work accounts for the greater portion.

Medical Accessibility Analysis by Optical Store and Ophthalmic Clinic Distribution (Centering on Special and Metropolitan Cities) (안경원과 안과의원 분포에 따른 의료접근도 분석 (특별시와 광역시 중심으로))

  • Purpose: This study investigated medical accessibility on optical stores and ophthalmic clinics of Seoul Special City and six other metropolitan cities. Methods: By using a number of households, population, optician stores, ophthalmic hospitals, and real estate (apartments) standard market price of Seoul Special City and six other metropolitan cities provided by the Commercial District Information System (2016.6) of Small Enterprise & Market Authority, we analyzed the level of healthcare accessibility and business area zones, Statistical analyses were performed with SPSS 18.0. Results: Inchon (household 2,227/population 5,723) had the highest household and population rate per optical store, and Gwangju (1,146/2,979) had the lowest. Gwangju (24,612/63,987) had the highest household and population rate per optical store, and Seoul (10,021/24,432) had the lowest. From the consumer and patient's point of view, lower household rate per optical store is a city with good accessibility to healthcare, but from an optical store and ophthalmic clinic's view, it will have great difficulty due to issues of competition. Conclusions: Consumers and patients should be the center of healthcare. A healthcare system that can provide smooth service anywhere anytime should be constructed. However, most metropolitan cities, including Seoul, have optical stores and ophthalmic clinics densely populated where profitability and liquidity are ensured and causing unbalanced distribution of healthcare. To solve such problems, we need proper distribution of optician stores according to the population proportion and industrial-educational research to find balance point of local healthcare.

Effect of Residential Environment on the Health Status in Apartment Inhabitants (아파트 주민의 건강상태에 거주 환경이 미치는 영향)

  • Objectives: WHO insisted on that we should study about association between residential environment and health status and make 'health city' concept as practical motto. This study analyzed about that how community environment affected their health. Methods: We surveyed residential environment satisfaction and health status of a apartment complex residents. We transformed Chun's index about housing environment study and social capital index of WHO and used as community health survey. We analyzed the association between health status and related factor by using principal compound analysis and logistic regression analysis. Results: We found out that the perceived health status 1 years ago was highly related to the residential environment and also extracted five residential environment component (APT maintenance, House, APT complex, Neighbor, APT building) by principal component analysis. After residential environment component, demographic and socioeconomic variable were controlled, the high satisfaction group of APT complex and neighbor relationship was in lower risk of perceived health status 1 years ago than the low satisfaction group. Conclusions: Recently, the importance of residential environment and neighborhood is shaped as community capacity. Therefore, social relationship and residential environment should be the core variable for health promotion of community. After all, we should know the relationship of residential environment and perceived health status 1 years ago. This helps the concept of health city clearly.

The Remodeling Behavior on the Apartment Built-In Furniture (아파트 붙박이 가구 개조실태 조사 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the remodeling behavior on the apartment built in furniture. The data were collected from 363 residents in Seoul area, living in apartments equipped with built-in furnitures. The major findings are as follows; 1)It was found out that 62-75% of those surveyed did not remodel their built-in furniture and 25-39% remodeled it. The major reasons for remodeling are the inconvenience in storing household items, lack of storage space and dissatisfaction of the design and color. 2)More than 80% of the apartment residents surveyed recognizes the necessity of the built-in furnitures, which were equipped already, in living room, kitchen, bathroom and the entrance area. A strong need is also indicated for the additional built-in furnitures in each bedroom, multi-service room and veranda. 3) This survey also indicated that 63-73% shows no intention of remodeling their built-in furnitures. On the other hand, 27-37% of those surveyed indicates their desire and plan to remodel them.

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷 가전제어를 위한 전력선 통신망 채널 특성 추정 기법을 제시하였고 실 거주 댁내 전력선 통신망의 채널 특성을 실측하여 통신 신뢰도를 평가하였다. 전력선 통신 기능을 내장한 동일 모델의 네트워크 가전제품 4종(에어컨, 냉장고, 세탁기, 전자렌지)을 실 거주 가정 100가구에 설치하여 전력선 통신망의 통신 신뢰도를 평가하였다. 통신 신뢰도의 평가 결과 통신 신뢰도가 90%이상이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 이것은 PLC모뎀이 장착된 가전제품의 활용과 고밀도 아파트 주거 지역에서 인터넷 가전제어를 위한 서비스가 상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 근거를 뒷받침한다고 할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavioral patterns and furniture usage in An-Bang of apartment. For this purpose, a survey was conducted by 215 housewives who lives in Taegu by the size of floor space, 20-49 Pyong. The data were analyzed by using frequencies, percentage, mean, factor analyzing, χ²-test, cluster analyzing. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The major behavioral patterns in an-bang is sleeping, make-up. fitting, but can't be neglected family-gathered and guest meeting. 2. The patterns of furniture usage are grouped into four clusters and principle furniture arrangement is floor type. 3. Behavioral patterns and furniture usage related with factors.
