  • 아이디 기반 암호 체계는 공개키를 생성하기 위하여 별도의 정보 교환을 하지 않고, 사용자의 신원을 확인할 수 있는 고유 정보를 이용하여 공개키를 생성함으로써 효율적인 공개키 생성 및 관리가 가능하다. 또한 대리 서명 기법은 원 서명자가 부득이하게 서명을 할 수 없을 경우 자신이 선택한 대리 서명자에게 서명 권한을 위임함으로써 대리 서명자가 원 서명자 대신 서명을 할 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 기법이다. Signcryption 기법은 하나의 기법으로 서명과 암호화 모두를 수행 할 수 있다. 위 기법들의 장점을 한번에 취할 수 있는 기법이 아이디 기반 대리 Signcryption 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 아이디 기반 대리 Signcryption 기법을 이해하기 위해 필요한 기반 지식과 아이디 기반 대리 Signcryption 기법에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

  • Archive exhibitions are one of the important tasks of archives that promote the value of archives and contribute to increasing users' interest and positive image but have not yet been activated. Recently, there has been a shift from a one-way archive exhibition to a new way to draw attention and understanding from users by using archival contents. This study aims to propose ways to activate archive exhibitions by utilizing archival contents by analyzing the exhibits of domestic cultural heritage institutions. Focusing on ways to improve the understanding and utilization of records through archival contents, the proposed strategy for developing archive exhibition programs is a three-way contents-based exhibition, experiential exhibition, and digital environment-based exhibition. The results of this study are expected to help develop archival exhibition programs that will enhance users' interest and understanding of records.

  • Identity Privacy issues such as exposures of IMSIs(International Mobile Subscriber Identities) in access network have been consistently raised throughout GSM, UMTS, LTE in 3GPP. The 3GPP specification uses temporary identities instead of IMSI to ensure anonymity of the user. Even if temporary identities are disclosed, Identity Privacy may be maintained at a safe level by security policies such as no linkability and periodic update. But in case of IMSI, it cannot be changed even though it is exposed. There still exist some situations that IMSI is used in clear text for the authentication. Therefore, a protective mechanism for the identity confidentiality is needed. In this paper we propose a protocol based on IBE(Identity-based Encryption) to protect permanent identities in access network. By simplifying the scheme, this protocol has minimized the system impact on current 3GPP environment. And this scheme can be applied to all kind of permanent identities and 3GPP AKA(Authentication and Key Agreement) protocols in access network.

  • This study aims to present a model of digital archiving based on E-ARK. It analyzed the international standards and technological specifications designed for digital archiving. The analysis employed in study explored the common specifications including core processes, information packages, and metadata structure needed for digital archiving. Based on the analysis and reviews, this study developed a model for digital archiving, in order to achieve interoperability of information packages throughout the process.

  • An arbitrary mobile device configures Ad-hoc network to provide the transmission of a data and services using wireless communications. A mobile device requires authentication and encryption key management to securely communicate in the Ad-hoc network. This paper examines the trend of the authentication in the Ad-hoc network and the group key management and suggests the plan for ID-based mutual authentication and group key establishment. ID-based mutual authentication in proposed scheme uses zero knowledge in the absence of shared information and is applied to establish a session key and group key. In addition, the proposed scheme is applied to Ad-hoc network to increase the efficiency and the safety of security technology.

  • 속성 기반의 키 교환 방법은 사용자의 아이디가 다수의 속성들로 표현되고, 사용자가 지정한 정책을 만족하는 속성들을 소유한 두 사용자간에 안전한 키 교환이 가능한 방법이다. 속성 기반 키 교환은 기존의 아이디 기반 키 교환 (Identity-Based Key Agreement) 방법과 달리 키 교환을 수행할 상대방을 미리 결정할 필요가 없다. 즉, 사용자는 단지 키 교환을 맺고자 하는 상대 사용자가 어떠한 속성을 가지기를 지정한 정책을 지정하고 이 정책을 만족하는 임의의 사용자와 키 교환을 수행하게 된다. 속성 기반 키 교환은 사용자를 자신이 수행하는 역할들의 리스트로 기술하여 접근 통제를 가능하게 하는 역할 기반 접근 통제 (Role-Based Access Control) 시스템에 적용이 가능하다.

  • This treatise focuses on archival service based on social relationship. We hope to seek the possibilities of archival immediate service by this treatise. We cover the 'Youth Archivists Program' of '4.16 memory archives' at this time. This archives has a special meaning in Korea. 'Youth Archivists Program' is an program of archival service in this archives. We suggest archival service based on social relationship by this case study. We have verified that there are some archival services based on social relationship in Korea. We hope that archival service based on social relationship should be an serious issue in Archival community.

  • 이 논문에서는 대용량의 이메일을 분류하여 아카이빙하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 논문에서 개발하는 이메일 아카이빙 시스템은 업무영역 별로 이메일을 분류하여 업무 관련 이메일에 대해 업무영역 카테고리별로 아카이빙을 수행한다. 분류의 정확도를 위해 온톨로지를 이용한 텀벡터의 확장 방법을 사용하였으며, 빠른 분류 및 아카이빙을 수행하도록 인메모리 기반의 분산 및 병렬 처리 프레임워크인 Spark을 기반으로 구현한다.

Fermented Jeju Soybean Extract Promotes Hair Growth in Human Hair Follicle Organ Culture and Clinical Trial (모낭기관배양과 임상에서 제주푸른콩발효추출물의 육모 효능에 미치는 영향)

  • Soybean extract is known to play an important role in preventing and treating diseases associated with aging, cancer, obesity, and cardiovascular disease. A recent has revealed that soybean extract has a potent effect on hair growth in in vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies. Recently, it has been reported that their fermented extracts exhibit numerous and high efficacy, as compared to general extracts. However, the underlying mechanisms that induce hair growth after using fermented soybean extract are not well understood. The present study aimed to determine the effects of fermented Jeju soybean (FJS) extract on hair growth, with a focus on the underlying mechanisms similar to those of minoxidil. We conducted in vitro and ex vivo investigations and clinical studies. FJS extract enhanced dermal papilla cell proliferation, VEGF levels, and potassium channel opening. Moreover, it promoted human hair follicle elongation. These effects were comprehensively demonstrated in the clinical results, in which FJS extract-containing shampoo improved hair density after 24 weeks of utilization. Collectively, the results of this study demonstrate that FJS extract promotes hair growth and inhibits hair loss through a mechanism similar to that of minoxidil in hair follicles.
