아이돌보미 서비스 이용유무에 따른 사회적 지지와 양육스트레스의 차이 (The Difference of Child Care Support and Parenting Stress Depending on Using In-Home Care Service)

  • 본 연구에서는 아이돌보미 서비스의 이용유무에 따른 사회적 지지와 양육스트레스의 차이를 분석하여, 아이돌보미 지원사업의 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구대상은 K구 아이돌보미 서비스 등록 가정(293가정)의 어머니이다. 2009년 9월 1일부터 10월 25일까지 총 193명의 어머니에게 전자우편을 송신하여 총 69명의 응답을 최종적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용 유무와 관계없이 수단적 원조는 남편과 친족의 지원을 이용하였으며, 정보적 원조와 정서적 원조는 남편과 친구/이웃/직장동료, 인터넷 카페를 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용희망자가 이용자보다 남편, 친정부모, 시댁부모의 육아지원이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용 유무에 따른 양육스트레스는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다.

아이돌보미 서비스 이용가정 실태 및 가정유형에 따른 서비스 만족에 관한 연구 : 서울 거주 아이돌보미 서비스 이용 가정을 중심으로 (The Current State of Families using the In-Home Care Service and Satisfaction in Service According to Family Type)

  • The purposes of this research were (1) to comprehend how families used and evaluated the in-home care service provided by the Healthy Family Support Center, and (2) to investigate the differences in the perceptions of service fee, satisfaction in and loyalty to service among the types of family categorized by their income. The data from 346 mothers or fathers whose children had received the in-home care service at least once were analyzed. One-way ANOVA and Scheffe or Tamhane post hoc test were used to test the hypotheses. The findings were as follows: 1. There were significant differences in perception of the service fee among the family types: the 'Da'-type families tended to perceive that the service fee was expensive and not cheaper than the similar services provided by other organizations. 2. The 'Ga'-type families scored significantly higher than the 'Na'-type families and the 'Da'-type families on satisfaction in service, and higher than the 'Da'-type families on loyalty to the service. 3. No significant difference was found on satisfaction in the performances of baby-sitters and staffs in charge of the service. The implications drawn from the study findings are discussed.

아이돌보미의 근무특성과 대인관계 특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impact on the Child Caregiver's Job Satisfaction from Characteristics of Work and Characteristics of Interpersonal Relationship)

  • 본 연구는 아이돌보미의 근무특성과 대인관계특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 아이돌보미의 직무만족을 높이고 아이돌봄사업의 서비스의 질을 향상 시키는 자료로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 설문조사는 S특별시 지역 아이돌보미 114명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 아이돌보미의 직무만족에 일부는 유의미한 차이를 보이고, 일부는 영향이 없었다. 둘째, 아이돌보미의 근무특성, 대인관계특성, 직무만족 간에는 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 회귀모형의 추정결과 근무특성은 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있으며 대인관계특성은 직무만족에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 동료관계, 이용자가족 관계, 돌봄대상아동 관계가 높아질수록 직무만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 직무만족을 높일수 있도록 제도적인 개선과 교육프로그램을 개발함으로써 아이돌보미의 직무만족을 높이고 서비스의 질을 향상시는데 노력을 해야 한다.

서울시 아이돌보미의 직무 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of Child Care Helpers in Seoul City)

  • This study aimed to investigate the job satisfaction of child care helpers who are service providers in a child care support project. For this study, 302 child care helpers in ten districts within Seoul participated in the present study. A survey was conducted to collect data concerning their job satisfaction. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and regression using the SPSSWin 16.0 version. The results of this study were as follows. Generally, child care helpers had a high degree of job satisfaction. In addition, they exhibited the highest degree of satisfaction in relationships and the lowest satisfaction in wages. Furthermore, they demonstrated varying degrees of job satisfaction depending on their individual characteristics, activity characteristics, and activity recognition. The results of the present study can provide useful implications in regards to successful child care support projects.

이용자관점에서 본 아이돌보미지원사업의 특성과 개선방안에 관한 기초연구 (A Basic Study on Public Nanny Service Characteristics and Improvement Strategies)

  • In order to find out better policy strategies for public nanny service, this study tried to find out the characteristics and the major problems of this service based on 24 in-depth interviews and 7 focus group interviews with nannies, beneficiaries, managers, and public agents. Research findings showed that public nanny service was effectively filling the gap between nursery care services and parent's care services(especially who are both working). Also, this service provided tailored support to parents who have urgent or unexpected problems which prohibit them from properly caring their children. Especially this service effectively worked for temporary needs of caring young children. This study proposes these two strategies as follows: First, the beneficiary selection criteria should be updated. Second, the level and types of available time should be raised to fit the diverse needs of parents.

아이돌봄서비스 이용의 어려움과 대처방식 및 이용가정 유형화 연구 (A Study on the Difficulties and the Coping Strategies of the In-home Child Care Support Service)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the in-home child care support service experience of twenty child rearing families. In order to conduct this study, grounded theory method was employed. The central phenomenon of the service experience digged out from this study was 'difficulty' (i. e. insecurity and a feeling of helplessness). The causal conditions which brought about the central phenomenon were 'defect of system' and 'service characteristics' The intervening conditions included 'alternative resources' 'working conditions' and 'service institute manager discretion'. The contextual conditions consisted of 'maternal ideology' 'the public nanny's personality awareness'. The action/interaction strategies on the central phenomenon were 'inaction' 'insecurity decrease strategy' and 'dissonance decrease strategy. The final outcome was 'rearing gap fillup "the method of nanny managing" dissatisfaction accumulation' ''system improvement demand'. The families were classified as four types: 'management/subject' 'adaptation/dependent' 'patience/acceptant' 'supplementation/overcoming'. Based on these results, this study provided a few political and practice suggestions to improve this system.
