This paper explains how the exile experience and the writer's consciousness were presented in Namhaemungyeonrok and Bukgwannojeongrok, both written by Yu, Eui-yang in the 18th century. He was banished to Namhae island and Jongseong because of the King Yeongjo's anger. The author composed his writings by presenting historic events and tales related to the places he was passing, and by presenting poems as well. It means that the author tried to understand these places through history and literary works. Moreover he presented in detail, the lives of people living in the places of his exile. It shows how he tried to understand and recognize their lives as they themselves did. In addition, focusing on the relationships and conversations with the people from each place, the author described his life in exile. There are some reasons he presented his exile experience in the ways mentioned above. First, he was a government official and a writer. Second, as the reason for his banishment was not very significant, he felt relaxed more or less. Last, by focusing on his journey and the place of his exile, he was able to forget the agony he was facing to some degree.

J 호소는 1942년도에 충청남도 아산시 선장면에 설치된 농업용 저수지로서, 현재 COD, TN, TP 모두 등급외의 수질상태를 보이고 있다. J 호소 상류 유역은 축산농가가 다수 위치하고 있으며, 설치된 지 70년이 지난 노후화된 저수지로 고농도의 오염물질 유입뿐만 아니라 호소 바닥의 오염 퇴적물에 의한 내부 부하가 중요한 수질오염원이 되고 있다. 호소의 수질은 현재 COD 10.6~16.5 mg/L, Chl-a $75mg/m^3$ 이상으로 수질오염도가 매우 높으며, 특히 늦봄에서 초가을까지 외기온도 상승 및 저수율 저하와 함께 부영양화 증가, 녹조 대발생 등으로 호 내 물고기 대량 폐사 및 악취발생 등으로 민원이 다수 발생하고 있다. 이러한 현상의 직접적인 원인은 수중의 DO 농도 결핍이며, 따라서 수중의 DO 농도를 일정수준 이상으로 유지시켜 주는 것은 호소 수질관리를 위해 매우 필요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 공기 중의 산소를 호소 수체에 포기시켜 주는 마이크로버블 발생장치를 J 저수지에 설치하여 수체의 DO 농도 변화 등을 분석하였고, 본 연구결과는 농업용 호소의 수질개선을 위한 기술개발 및 계획수립의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 마이크로버블 포기장치는 수심이 약 4m 되는 저수지 제방 근처에 100m 간격으로 총 3지점에 설치하였다. 버블 발생기는 기액 2상류 선회형 마이크로 버블 발생장치로 3지점에 각 1set(1set에 3기로 구성)씩 구성하여 저수지 바닥 층에서 상부로 1m 떨어진 지점에 고정식으로 설치하였다. 총 공기흡입량은 380 LPM이며, 사용동력은 12.2kW를 사용하였다. 마이크로 버블 포기장치 설치 후 호 내 DO 농도 변화를 평가하기 위하여 호소 전체에 18개 지점을 선정하여 수심 50cm 간격으로 DO 농도를 측정하였다. 가동 전에는 DO 평균농도가 표층에서는 약 7.7mg/L로 나타났고, 수심에 따라 거의 수직적으로 감소하여 바닥층에서는 약 0.2mg/L로 거의 무산소 상태를 보이고 있었다. 마이크로 버블 가동 2주 후에는 수심 3m까지의 모든 수층에서 DO 농도가 약 6.0mg/L 이상을 보였고, 바닥층에서는 DO 약 3.4mg/의 농도를 나타내었다. 가동 3주 후에도 2주 후와 비슷한 수치를 보이고 있었으나 가동 4주가 지나면서부터는 호소 바닥층(수심 3.5m)에서도 DO 농도가 7.0mg/L 이상의 높은 농도를 유지하는 것으로 조사되었다. 호소 저층에서 호기성 상태의 지속적 유지는 퇴적 오염물질이 수층으로 용출되는 것을 예방할 수 있으므로 마이크로버블을 잘 활용하면 호소의 악취제거 및 수질개선에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

The standards for the contents of glyphosate and glufosinate in foods are specific and well categorized. However, the standard of content in animal feeds is relatively inadequate and the classification is insufficient. There is also constant debate about the risk of glyphosate and glufosinate to human health, but the risk to animals has not been well studied. In this study, we established an analytical method in feeds that is estimated to be the path for animals to ingest glyphosate. The solvent extraction was carried out using 25% methanol. After centrifugation, samples were purified using solid phase extraction (SPE) and quantitatively analysed using LC-MS/MS after concentrated. Assessment of validation was conducted through detection limits, accuracy, and precision tests. The detection limits for the established method were 1.8 of ${\mu}g/kg$ of glufosinate and $2.4{\mu}g/kg$ of glyphosate. Accuracy was ranged from 94.4% to 103.4% and precision was range from 1.5% to 7.2%. Glufosinate was detected in one sample ($ND{\sim}8.8{\mu}g/kg$) and glyphosate was detected in all but one sample ($ND{\sim}337.0{\mu}g/kg$) by applying the analytical method to animal feeds (n=13).

Three specimens, presumed to be natural hybrids between Rhodeus notatus and R. ocellatus, were collected from Onyangcheon Stream area, Jwabu-dong, Asan-si, Chungcheongnamdo, the Republic of Korea, and morphological and phylogenetic analyses were performed to clearly identify their parent species. The body color of the three natural hybrids was light greenish-brown on dorsal side, and the size of red area on the upper front of the dorsal fin and the outer margin of the anal fin generally showed intermediate characters between the parent species, R. notatus and R. ocellatus. Among the measurement and meristic characters, the ratio of prepectoral length and preanal length in the standard length, and the ratio of snout length, interorbital width, length of caudal peduncle and depth of caudal peduncle in the head length, and the number of longitudinal row scales were analyzed as the unique characters of natural hybrids. In the rag1 gene of nuclear DNA, the three natural hybrids were analyzed to be reflected all the single nucleotide polymorphism sites between R. notatus and R. ocellatus, and in the phylogenetic tree using the cytb gene of mitochondrial DNA, they formed the same genetic clade as R. notatus. Therefore, three specimens, presumed to be natural hybrids analyzed in this study were identified as interspecific hybrids between female R. notatus and male R. ocellatus.

This study discussed the validity and necessity of compulsory recording of radiographic examination performed by radiological technologist on patients in medical institutions related to radiation exposure. Also, this study provided reasonable evidence of radiographic examination related medical records can contribute to the improvement of public health. Based on overseas cases of implementing a radiographic examination record system, the essential items to be included in medical record are the exposure date, exposure time, exposure method, exposure conditions that is tube voltage, tube current. Name and license number of the radiological technologist who performed the examination should be include in medical record. It is expected that the medical record of the total amount of radiation exposure per year would be in giving the maximum benefit with the minimum exposure to the medical radiation examination of the patient. In addition, interventional radiography medical record should also include exposure time, type and dose of the contrast medium.

This study is a qualitative research using focus group interviews with disabled people and their families to understand the unmet healthcare needs perceived themselves and to analyze the experiences of 'The 2^nd pilot project for primary care for people with disabilities', from 9 to 17 February 2021. The subjects of the study was the disabled who can express their opinions (group 1) or the guardians of the subjects who can not express their opinions (group 2). The participants were interviewed for about 100 minutes for each group once or twice. As a result of this study, the factors regarding unmet healthcare needs were extracted in subject, provider, institutional, and socio-cultural aspects. Further, the factors resolved and unresolved by the pilot project were extracted. Based on the results, we can recommend that the expanded application to the visiting service, inclusion of doctors from various departments, multidisciplinary approach including physical or occupational therapists, minimizing disconnection among the hospitals and healthcare centers, improvement of service quality by collecting opinions from people with disabilities, and more publicity activities should be applied.

Average life expectancy is getting longer due to medical developments and improvements in living standards. So much so that the elderly have an increased risk of developing osteoporosis. Therefore, it is important to prevent, diagnose, and treat the senile disease at an early stage through a bone density test. Bone density is measured by dual energy X-ray absorption (DXA). In this study, while using DXA, in cases when the measurements for both the lumbar and the femur could not be taken simultaneously, the correlation between both measurements were known, and the measurement of one area was used to make a clinical inference for the value of the other. Measurements were taken using Lunar Prodigy Advance (GE) for 43 participant with clinically significant fractures. Statistical calculations were produced and analysed regarding bone density. In case of T-score, lumbar spine produced a statistical result of $-2.112{\pm}1.836$ and femur neck was $-1.716{\pm}1.565$. In case of Z-score lumbar spine produced a statistical result of $-0.151{\pm}1.513$, and femur neck $-0.026{\pm}1.283$. It is indicated that the pearson correlation coefficient of T-score between lumbar spine and femur neck is high at 0.699, and the pearson correlation coefficient of Z-score is considered relatively high at 0.503. The correlation of bone density between lumbar spine and femur neck is shown to be statistically meaningful in T-score's p-value at 0.000 and Z-score's p-value at 0.001. In conclusion, it seems to have clinical usefulness that we can infer the result of one measurement through that of the other part tested, based on the knowledge of the correlation coefficients between lumbar spine and femur neck.

This paper introduces symbols from Ghana, the 'Adinkra', and expands upon the concepts associated with it. In other words, the world view, values and scalability that appear to form philosophical thoughts in everyday life. 'Adinkra' are symbols from Ghana in West Africa. Adinkra means 'goodbye' or 'farewell'. There are some 400 Adinkra symbols, but the meanings of the symbols have been lost. The first book on Adinkra is 'The Adinkra Dictionary' (1998) by W. Bruce Willis. Adinkra is related to the Ghanaian culture, and represents concepts such as philosophical ideology, history, historical figures, myths, legends, animals, plants, etc. In the old days, because of its meaning-'goodbye' or 'farewell'-Adinkra was generally used for funerals. But today, Adinkra is utilized in a full range of cultural events and activities. Each of the 'Adinkra' has various meanings. According to Willis, Adinkra is ever-evolving and constantly expanding. As a matter of fact, Adinkra continues to expand, evolve and develop. Nevertheless, no books have been published on Adinkra since Bruce Willis (5 May 2016 to the present). Adinkra provides insights into the rich philosophical, educational, and historical significance of Africa. Therefore, Adinkra requires evolution, expansion, and research. In this study, we will examine the Adinkra, divided into four categories. The first is related to God and the powers, the second is related to moral education. The third symbolizes 'love' and 'friendship'. and lastly, the fourth is 'life' and 'death'.

Asan Oeam village is a town that has been formed since about 500 years ago. It is a folk village centered on Yean Lee and designated as National Folk Cultural Property No. 236. However, the original shape of the thatch, which has regional characteristics, is disappearing. Therefore, I want to study the architectural characteristics of the house which is well preserved in the original shape. The Genjaegotaek is located in the center of the Oeam village. The composition of the house consists of a Munganchae, Salangchae, Anchae, Sadang. The Anchae is an 'ㄱ' shaped house, and it is shaped like a 'ㅁ' which is opened by facing. The wide yard in front of the Salangchae is made of strangely shaped rocks, a hundred-year-old pine, old pagodas, ponds, pavilion. Outside the main gate, there is an 'ㅡ' shape thatch on the west. The Galabjib of Geonjaegotaek is a servant house, and the shape is a ㄱ type. The plane remained well in its original shape, thatch is consisting of a kitchen-room-daecheong maru-room. A Galabjib of Geonjaegotaek can not represent all the thatch of a Oeam village. However, it is expected that this study will be used as a basic data when the study by the thatch in this area is conducted through the analysis of the type.

Based on the analysis of congestion conditions in small cities with a population of less than 500,000 in Chungcheong Province, this study conducted a feasibility study on the scope of congestion improvement projects. Further, traffic congestion management standards were further established by analyzing LOS as well as the speed of traffic presented by congestion criteria in the existing Project. According to the analysis according to the congestion management standard LOS suggested in this study, Asan city has the most major number of highways where LOS E occurs for more than 3 hours, followed by Sejong City and Gongju City. In addition, when comparing the ratio of the busy main roads according to the frequency of LOS E by city size, it was analyzed that the ratio and extension of the busy highways relative to the overall extension of the large Chungcheong area are similar to the ratio in small cities in the Chungcheong region. Therefore, traffic congestion occurred in small cities and the feasibility of the improvement project was revealed.
