최근의 새로운 교수 학습 형태인 웹기반 교육에서의 가장 중요한 요소는 시.공간적으로 떨어져 있는 학습자의 학습 상황을 파악하고 분석하여, 학습자에게 적절한 학습내용과 과정을 제시하는 하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹기반 교수 시스템에서 학습자의 수준에 맞는 적합한 학습 내용과 평가 문제를 제공하고, 그 평가 결과를 분석하여 반복학습 및 심화학습을 효과적으로 제공하고, 차기 학습을 할 경우에 이에 기초하여 적절한 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위해 코스웨어를 설계시 학습목표의 중요도, 학습내용의 난이도, 학습목표와 학습내용과의 관련성과 각 항목의 가중치를 고려한 퍼지 함수에 의해 퍼지 소속성을 가진 퍼지 언어 변수로 각 프레임에 대한 수준을 표현한다. 또한, 학습의 평가도 문제의 난이도, 관련학습 자료의 난이도, 관련 학습목표의 중요도, 각각의 관련성을 고려하여 퍼지 함수에 의해 언어 변수로 평가된다. 이와 같이 퍼지 함수를 이용함으로써 학습자의 수준을 분석하고, 이에 적절한 학습 및 평가 내용을 제공하는데 여러가지 다양하고 불확실한 요소들을 고려하여 처리함으로써 보다 융통성 있고 효과적인 교수 학습 방법이 될 수 있다.

소비자의 욕구와 개성화, 그리고 시장경쟁력에서 생산체제가 변화되면서 기업들의 물류환경여건도 변화를 가져와 물류가 기업들에게 당면한 주요 과제가 되었다. 사회 간접자본의 부족으로 인한 도로, 항만 등의 정체현상이 심화되고 3D업종에 속하는 물류부문은 더욱 인력난을 겪게 되면서 물류비상승이라는 부담을 안게 되었다. 그리고, 컴퓨터, 정보통신기술 등과 같은 첨단의 기술혁신이 이루어 집에 따라 컴퓨터 및 각종 기기들의 연결이 가능해지면서 물류정보시스템 구축이 활발하게 이루어져 가고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 현실에도 불구하고 기업들은 이에 대한 효율적인 대처 방안을 마련하지 못하고 물류에 대한 인식조차 못하고 있거나 잘못 이해하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 인식하여 물류정보시스템의 활용수준과 물류활동 연계 그리고 물류전략에 대한 이론을 정립하고 이를 근거하여 나라 기업률이 물류를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가를 물류정보시스템의 활용수준, 물류활동연계, 물류전략 등의 변수를 도입, 측정하여 봄으로써 우리나라 기업의 물류에 대한 문제점들을 규명하고 앞으로 물류의 능률적인 실시를 위한 올바른 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 실종분석 결과 물류성과에 대한 물류정보시스템 활용수준과 물류연계수준은 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 물류 기능별 정보시스템 활용수준과 물류차별화 전략이 물류성과에 상호작용 효과를 보이는 지를 알아본 결과 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examines the impact of national economic restructuring on regional development patterns. Korea's development over the last decade has been characterized by a rapid economic restructuring towards the information economy. This economic restructuring has had significant impacts on regional development patterns. The most remarkable feature is a clear coreperiphery disparity in terms of levels of informatization. Seoul showed an extraordinarily high level of informatization. The process of regional development in the information era is marked by an intensified spatial division of labor, which articulates with the pre-existing pattern of regional disparity. Information infrastructrue improvements for regional development do not necessarily result in reductions in regional unevenness. There is an urgent need to develop the integrated regional informatization strategy.

The purpose of this study was to find out the operational status for the in-depth and supplementary class of middle school described in the 7th national science curriculum. To do this 455 students of 8th grade and 71 science teachers are administered questionaries which were developed to ask about whether or not execute the in-depth and supplementary class, the frequency of the execution, the way of forming groups and the contents of teaching etc.. The operation of the in-depth and supplementary class at middle school were prevented by following factors such as too many class time of teachers, overpopulation in class, insufficiency teaching materials and so on. Therefore, to solve these problems, various approaches should be adapted such as effective teaching method, teacher training program, specialized classroom, independent teaching on the part of teacher and so on.

Both export and import sides of grain trade market are analyzed and compared in terms of the static levels and dynamic trends to make new empirical inference on the imperfect competition degree. Export concentration level is high compared to import concentration level. And such states have been sustained since 2001 until 2014. Unlike public concerns, the concentration level of export side seems to be easing by small degree. However, the grain trade market remains imperfect competitive market. Furthermore, overall imperfective competition condition over 2002-2014 has been worsened compared to 2001 level. It is because the reduction level of imports concentration is higher than that of the export concentration. Gini and Atkinson Inequality Index based on Lorenz Curve are newly utilized to analyze market concentration level, instead of the commonly used concentration ratio.

수학과 7차교육과정에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 점이 수준별 단계형 교육과정이다. 특히, 수준별교육과정이 가장 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 이에 따라 교육과정이 기본형, 심화형, 보충형으로 구분하여 제시하고 있는 실정이다 이러한 교육과정에 따라 수학교과서가 수준별이라는 큰 틀 안에서 구성되어졌다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 실제 교육현장에서 현재 출판된 수학교과서에서는 이러한 교육과정의 이상을 충분히 반영하고 있다고 보기 어렵다고 교사들이 느끼고 있다. 이러한 현실에서 새로운 교육과정에서는 이러한 이상을 충분히 고려한 수학교과서가 요구되어지고 있으며, 이러한 요구에 부합한 러시아의 실험 교과서를 바탕으로 하여 고등학교 수학I 수열단원을 중심으로 개인차를 고려한 새로운 교과서의 한 모형을 개발하여 제시하고자 한다.

지금의 교실 수업은 토론학습에 익숙한 학생들로 수업에 흥미를 가지는 수업에 관심을 많이 갖고 있으며 수준별 수업을 통한 심화.보충형과 특별 보충과정으로 학생 지도를 하고 있다. 교실마다 수학 학습을 기피하는 현상이 두드려지고 있으며 개인별 수준 차가 더욱 심한 상태라서 학생들에게 동기를 유발하여 수학에 대한 학습 의욕을 고취하고 교실 밖의 학습자를 교실내로 흡수하기 위한 방법론으로 모둠별 돌림수학, 수준별 모둠 구성을 통해 박수를 치기, 구구단을 이용한 학습과 수학 모둠 노래를 통하여 학습동기를 유발하는 학습 모형을 소개한다. 그리고 수행평가나 포트폴리오, 수학 감상문을 통해 동기 유발이 가능한 실제 학습을 개발하여 공교육의 내실화와 창의력을 유발하는 자아실현의 일환으로 신선한 교실 수업의 보탬이 되었으면 한다.

Knowledge Management(KM), represented as a way to sustain or gain competitive edge in domestic construction companies since late 1990s economic fluctuation, whose priority is to transform individual tacit knowledge into explicit organizational one. Also, accompanied by academic researches, they come to turn their interests on KM leveling and its results. However, they went too far to KM results without commenting what their KM capabilities are and where they should lead. Thus, this research work suggests a leveling model for KM, especially construction company, whose role is to diagnose which parts they should be encouraged or how to strengthen their present capabilities.

This paper studies on introduction of online education to provide opportunities for spreading university-level program by analyzing perception of high school students and teachers. The university-level program can be defined as the fulfillment of learning needs and the value offer of excellence education for outstanding high school students who want to improve their potential capabilities. For the study, a survey was conducted at high school students and teachers. As the result of the survey for high school students, the efficiency of education was the most important factor for the university-level program. The order of next important factors was the aid to entering university, the method of education, the satisfaction, and the recommendation of others. The result of high school teacher indicated that the efficiency of education was the most important factor as the high school students. The order of next important factors by high school teachers was the satisfaction, the aid to entering university, and the method of education. An activation of the university-level programs can be spread by analyzing the results of the survey. With the introduction of online education for the university-level program can conclude the guarantee of the right of studying and the reduction of education gap. This paper proposed an online education for the university-level program to guarantee the right of studying and to reduce the education gap.
