Jonah complex is a psychological term put forward by Maslow, a famous American psychologist. In short, "Jonah complex" is the fear of growth. It comes from a hypothesis in psychodynamic theory: "people are not only afraid of failure, but also afraid of success." It represents a kind of psychology of self-evasion and retreat in the face of opportunities. It is an emotional state, which leads us not to do what we can do well, or even to avoid exploring our potential. From the perspective of self-actualization, it is a psychological obstacle to self-actualization. This paper consists of the following parts: the first chapter describes the research background and significance of this paper; the second chapter describes the theoretical basis of this paper; the third chapter explains that the research method of this paper is literature method; the fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the formation of Jonah complex in detail; the fifth chapter describes how to overcome Jonah complex.

The kindergarten teachers play a role in closely babysitting infants, teachers' high empathy helps respect infants' emotions and opinions, and leads to positive relationships, ultimately improving their job satisfaction and confidence, but lack specific research results. As a result, this study sought to find out how the empathy of kindergarten teachers affects job stress through positive psychological capital, and to find ways to increase positive psychological capital and empathy. To achieve this, the research method identified the causal relationship of each variable based on the results of the survey of 212 kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. According to the study, first, among the empathy abilities of kindergarten teachers, emotional empathy has a positive impact on all factors of positive psychological capital. Second, cognitive empathy among empathy abilities has a positive impact on all factors of positive psychological capital. Third, looking at the overall positive psychological capital of kindergarten teachers and the effects of job stress showed that it negatively affects self-efficacy and resilience.

This study was conducted to provide basic data to promote hair beauty service education by identifying the difference in the effect of positive psychological capital on job performance and job satisfaction of hair salon workers. For this purpose, in order to empirically verify the effect of positive psychological capital on job performance and job satisfaction of hair salon workers, 280 people engaged in hair salon workers in Gwangju, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do were targeted. As a result of the study, positive psychological capital of hair and hair salon workers affects job performance and job satisfaction, and among the sub-factors of positive psychological capital, hope and optimism appear to affect both job performance and job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to strengthen the positive psychological capital of hair salon workers, it is necessary to develop a convergence program development and strategy that can enhance job performance and job satisfaction and apply it to the hair beauty service field.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of Positive Psychological Capital on the relationship between Small Business Enterpreneur's Learning Goal Orientation and Work Engagement. In order to achieve the purpose of research, the survey results of 300 small business Enterpreneurs who participated in the K-BIZ's Small Business Enterpreneurs Support Program were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model. The results of this study were as follows: First, learning goal orientation of small business enterpreneurs had positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, positive psychological capital of small business enterpreneurs had positive effect on work engagement. Third, positive psychological capital of small business enterpreneurs had full mediating effect on the relationship between learning goal orientation and work engagement. Based upon these results, several suggestions were suggested to promote small business enterpreneurs' learning goal orientation, work engagement, and positive psychological capital.

The purpose of this study was to examine to identify factors affecting wellness of fire officials. This study collected questionnaire data from 219 fire officials working in Gyeongsangnam-do. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, Sobel test and multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS statistics 24.0 program. Wellness of fire officials was correlated with job stress(r=.-49, p<.001) and positive psychological capital(r=.70, p<.001). In addition, job stress showed a significant negative correlation with positive psychological capital (r=-.56, p<.001). As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between job stress and wellness of fire officials, positive psychological capital showed a significant mediating effect. Based on the finding, it is necessary to develop an intervention program that strengthens positive psychological capital in order to improve the wellness of fire officials and reduce job stress.

This study analyzed the effect of consumer psychological mechanism through ESG activities based on the importance of ESG in the market environment. With regards to this, 252 copies of survey data were collected subjecting consumers, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using Smart PLS 3.0 and SPSS 25.0. According to the results of data analysis, the results revealed that (1) Society and governance had a positive effect on psychological distance among ESG factors. (2) Psychological distance had a positive effect on purchase intention. (3) There was a difference in the effect of ESG activities and psychological distance according to the level of product involvement, but there was no difference in the effect of psychological distance on purchase intention. ESG is important from a consumer perspective through this study. And it was also confirmed that consumer perspective was different according to the level of involvement. Although previous research has mainly focused on the investor perspective, this study was analysed on ESG activities and consumer behavioral intentions. Therefore, it is expected to lay the foundation from a marketing perspective on ESG for subsequent researchers.

The objective of this research is to suggest the creativity revelation model and to verify the relationships among knowledge capabilities and creativity processes including exploration and exploitation. Also, we investigate whether there are differences in creativity revelation processes from the perspective of psychological empowerment. To achieve the purpose of the research, a survey was conducted targeting employees of software development companies that require creativity in work performance. Empirical results show that knowledge capabilities have positive effect on creativity revelation processes. The notable point of the results is the role of psychological empowerment such that individuals with high psychological empowerment have more exploration-centric revelation, and those with low psychological empowerment have more exploitation-centric on the other hand. These results are interpreted that the behavioral patterns of organizational members may vary depending on the level of psychological empowerment in the creativity revelation, and therefore could suggest several managerial implications regarding creativity management and organizational development in an environment where convergence becomes more important.

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of negative feedback-seeking behavior in the relationship between the effect of coaching leadership on performance appraisal effectiveness and coaching leadership's performance appraisal effectiveness, and the moderating effect of psychological safety in the effect of coaching leadership on negative feedback-seeking behavior. is to reveal For this purpose, data from 300 office workers in various domestic companies were collected through an online survey, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Macro. The results of this study are as follows. First, the mediating effect of negative feedback seeking behavior was confirmed in the relationship between coaching leadership and performance appraisal effectiveness. Second, it was verified that psychological safety had a moderating effect in the relationship between coaching leadership and negative feedback-seeking behavior. Third, the moderated mediating effect was found to be insignificant. Finally, in this study, the academic significance, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study aims to identify the importance of students career adaptability and analyze the mediating effect of career stress in the relationship between career adaptability and psychological well-being of Specialized Vocational High School students. Among Specialized High School, third-year students from Commercial High School in Gyenggi and Chungchenog regions were selected as the study subjects. The results of analyzing the structural relationship between career adaptability, career stress, and psychological well-being are as follows. First, the higher the career adaptability of high school students, the lower the career stress. Second, the lower the career stress, the higher the students' psychological well-being. Third, there was no direct effect between career adaptability and psychological well-being.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Grit and Positive Psychological Capital on the Career Preparation behavior of Nursing College Students in the convergence society. Data collection was conducted from May 20, 2019 to June 07, 2019 for 220 students of the Department of Nursing in City D. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression. It was found that: nursing students showed higher career preparation behavior in case of higher level of positive psychological capital. Factors influencing Career Preparation behavior were positive psychological capita, Major satisfaction, Subjective academic achievement, Religion, and explained 32% of Career Preparation behavior and grit did not significantly affect career preparation behavior. It is necessary to active support such as psychological and emotional programs to strengthen the positive psychological capital of nursing students.
