This study studies the effect of student teacher's sense of humor, psychological well-being and ego-resilience by general characteristics and by examining the correlation with each other and influences. A sample of 323 student teachers was obtained from a college and a university in the Busan area. This study made use of an research instrument which was a questionnaire for sense of humor(Woo, 2008), psychological well-being(Lee, 2006) and ego-resilience(Park, 1997). For the data analysis connection analysis and regression analysis, SPSS version 18.0 was used. The results of study are as follows. First, student teachers have scores which are above average scores of sense of humor, psychological well-being and ego-resilience. Second, there was a positive correlation between the sense of humor and ego-resilience and a low grade variable of ego-resilience of student teachers and their sense of humor and psychological well-being and between their psychological well-being and ego-resilience. Third, When a multilinear regression analysis was made to confirm which variable would affect ego-resilience, sense of humor and a low grade variable of their was found to exert a statistically significant impact by 5%, and psychological well-being and a low grade variable of their was found to exert a statistically significant impact by 26%. Based on the results, the education training or programs for student teacher to use the sense of humor and psychological well-being should be developed according to the ego-resilience.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychomotorik and brain function in domestic and foreign literature, and to clarify the mechanism of psychomotorik from the viewpoint of brain science, and to provide the teachers, therapists, The purpose of this study is to provide basic data which can enhance the understanding of the mechanism of psychomotorik. From the viewpoint of brain science, the study of domestic and foreign literature related to the mechanism of psychomotorik and the positive learning environment and various physical experiences in early life through the movement of psychomotorik are very important from the brain physiological point of view. The results of this study showed that the more the children move, the more the learning is improved and the healthy emotional control ability is improved and the brain is more likely to be optimized. Therefore, it is considered that this study, which has been studied through the brain science approach, provided very important basic information to understand the relation between movement of psychomotorik and brain function. In particular, understanding the possibility of optimizing the brain by cultivating a healthy emotional control ability and improving learning as children move more and more is considered to be a necessary process for educating our children well in the future. Until now, research on psychomotorik and brain function was lacking. Through this study, I hope that more people will have an opportunity to expand their understanding of the psychomotorik.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior, and the moderating effect of psychological ownership in small business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 315 employees in manufacturing enterprises of Kangwon-do province. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) and innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation), 2) the moderating effect of PO(psychological ownership for organization) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior, 3) the moderating effect of PJ(psychological ownership for job) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation). Second, there was no evidence of moderating effect of PO on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior. Third, meaning of work was more positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation) in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group. Fourth, impact was more positively related with idea implementation in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group.

This study investigated how career support for professional college students affects career preparation behavior and verified the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between career support and career preparation behavior. The specific research problems are as follows. First, what is the relationship between social support, positive psychological capital, and career preparedness? Second, does social support and positive psychological capital directly affect career preparation behavior? Third, does social support influence the career preparation behavior by supplying positive psychological capital? For this purpose, the subjects were 240 students from G college. Correlation analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used to examine the study's research questions. The results of this study are as follows. First, social support, positive psychological capital and career preparation behaviors all have significant positive correlation. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had an impact on the career preparation behavior. Third, there was a partial mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the effect of social support on career preparation behavior. The result of this study is meaningful in that it provides basic data that is the foundation for professional career guidance and career education of professional college students.
Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress on psychosocial wellbeing at the time of an outbreak of Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS) and to investigate the effect of resilience as a mediator on the relationship between stress and psychosocial wellbeing. Methods : Perceived Stress Scale, Psychosocial Wellbeing Index Short Form, and the Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale was implemented for 156 medical persons who worked at the hospital in which exposure to MERS cases had been confirmed and 127 ordinary people. We conducted a Pearson correlation coefficient and a hierarchical multiple regression to confirm the effect of stress on psychosocial wellbeing and the mediating effect of resilience between stress and psychosocial wellbeing. Results : The higher the perceived stress, the lower the psychosocial wellbeing in both healthcare workers and the public. The higher the perceived stress, the lower the resilience and the research results showed that there was a partially mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between stress and psychosocial wellbeing. Conclusions : This study demonstrated that the degree of individual resilience can indirectly give a positive effect on the psychosocial wellbeing when people under the stress by MERS shows adverse effects on psychosocial wellbeing. This suggests that clinical intervention and psychosocial approach aiming at strengthening resilience is important to maintain mental health during crisis development.

This study examined the relationship among PsyCap(positive psychological capital), psychological empowerment, personal creativity and verified the mediated effects of intrinsic motivation in this relationship using the SEM(Structural Equation Model). For this study, the data was collected through on/off-line surveys of members and managers from 12 different enterprises. Among the 418 answers from voluntary participating employees, 332 answers were finally used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows. First, PsyCap had a positive influence on the intrinsic motivation and personal creativity. Second, Psychological Empowerment had a positive influence on intrinsic motivation, but psychological empowerment has no influence on creativity. Third, intrinsic motivation had a meaningful influence by partially mediating PsyCap and personal creativity but completely mediated psychological empowerment and personal creativity. This study focused on intrinsic motivation among the internal factors that have influences on showing personal creativity and has importance in the point that it has suggested the statistical significance by analyzing the psychological/emotional mechanism to reinforce this intrinsic motivation in a positive way. Positive analysis on the relationships among these variables suggests a theoretical meaning on providing a future direction for the study and practical meaning on providing ideas to reinforce the employees' personal creativity. The details of this study are followed in the main text.
The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of positive psychological capital on turnover intention of care worker in Long-term Care Program. Main results are as follows. First, the results identified the characteristics of the sub-factors of positive psychological capital, The efficacy, hope and resilience of care workers mostly are higher as the more married man, the longer working hours, the longer the career, the more good health condition, the more religion and more the salary. Second, total positive psychological capital is higher as the longer working hours, the more good health condition and the more the salary like sub-factors' characteristics of positive psychological capital in care workers. Third, the turnover of care worker also is higher as the longer working hours and the shorter professional career and the more unmarried. Finally, the positive psychological capital was having a negatively significant impact on turnover intention. In other words, turnover intention of the care worker is lower as the higher positive psychological capital.

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among sport emotional intelligence, sports psychological skills and sports emotion of university athletes. To comply with the purpose, the construct validity and the reliability of measured data were verified by using of SPSS 18.0 & AMOS 18.0 program. In addition, for the relationship among sport emotional intelligence, psychological emotion and sports emotion, the difference between sport psychological skills and sport emotion according to the level of sport emotional intelligence were analyzed by latent means analysis with AMOS 18.0 program, and the relationships among the related factors were analyzed by covariance structure analysis. The results were as follows. First, for the difference between sport psychological skills and sport emotion according to the level of sport emotional intelligence, the harmony of teams, mental state and willpower of sport psychological skills on high groups of sport emotional intelligence were shown high compared to those of low groups', while the pride and happiness on high groups of sport emotion were shown high compared to those of low groups'. Second, the sport emotional intelligence had positive effect on sport psychological skills. Third, the sport emotional intelligence had positive effect on sport emotion. Fourth, sport psychological skills had positive effect on sport emotion.
The aim of this study is to gain a better understanding of the relationship between the mental health and spiritual wellbeing of the wives of pastors by analyzing the influence of both negative and positive elements of mental health (depression and psychological wellbeing) and spiritual wellness. The findings of conducted survey and the analysis of its result on the 236 subjects to measure their psychological wellbeing, depression, and spiritual wellbeing are as follows: First, the verified result of the differences between depression, psychological wellness, and spiritual wellness depending on the demographic variables revealed that the satisfaction level of ministry uniquely showed a 5% level of significance. Second, depression showed a negative correlation with spiritual wellbeing, and a positive correlation with psychological wellbeing, which proves that rather than depression, psychological wellbeing possesses a greater influence on spiritual wellness. Third, a one-level increase of depression and psychological wellbeing had an influence on spiritual wellbeing by - 0.282 and 0.668 respectively. Lastly, the study categorized the subjects into two groups -- those who are satisfied with their ministry and those who are not -- to analyze the influence of the sub-factors of depression and psychological wellbeing on the sub-factors of spiritual wellness. As a result, both groups showed that depression had significant influence only on the existential wellbeing, while psychological wellbeing had an influence on both religious and existential wellbeing, and rather than depression, a negative state of mental health, a psychological wellbeing which is a positive state of mental health had a greater influence. The study also revealed that depression and psychological wellbeing had a greater influence on the group that is dissatisfied with their ministry than the group that is satisfied.
This study investigated the time-series relationship between housing consumer sentiment and housing prices in the five major districts in Seoul and also analyzed the effect of the housing consumer sentiment on housing prices using Granger Causality and VEC (Vector Error Correction) models. To describe the key results, first of all, housing consumer sentiment and regional housing market prices were closely related to each other, and the consumer sentiment strongly affected the change of housing prices. Second, the housing consumer sentiment was confirmed to have a discriminatory effect on the housing prices among the districts in Seoul in the short term. Specifically, the housing price of the east southern district (ESD) was the main reason for the change in housing consumer sentiment in Seoul, and that the resulting impact was transferred to other districts. Third, it was analyzed that regions other than the ESD would increase the housing prices in the long term as the housing consumer sentiment turned positive, but that the ESD would see a steady tone. Fourth, in the case of relative influence by district, housing (apartment) price fluctuation in a district was generally found to be most affected by adjacent or competitive districts. Through these findings, this study confirmed that there is a clear causality between housing consumer sentiment and housing prices in each district of Seoul and that there is a discriminatory influence on housing consumer sentiment among the districts.
