Factors Influencing on Musculoskeletal Symptoms of Care Workers in Long-Term Care Hospitals for Job Environment, Psychological Work Demand, Fatigue (요양병원 요양보호사의 작업환경, 심리적 업무요구, 피로가 근골격계 증상에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to examine relationships among job environment, psychological work demand, fatigue, musculoskeletal symptoms, then to investigate the factors influencing musculoskeletal symptoms of care workers in long-term care hospitals. A total of 128 care workers recruited from three long-term care hospitals in S city. Self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted from April to May, 2020. The results were as follows: The musculoskeletal symptoms of the care workers were the sum of the frequency of symptom occurrence, duration of symptoms, and intensity of pain in the three parts of the shoulder, hand/wrist/finger, and waist. The average score was 11.41±9.50 points out of 42. According to the hierarchical regression analysis, their musculoskeletal symptoms were significantly influenced by working department(β=.18, p=.034), psychological work demand(β=.21, p=.013) and fatigue(β=.25, p=.003), explained 21.6% of the total variance(F=6.87, p<.001). Based on our results, in order to reduce musculoskeletal symptoms of care workers in nursing hospitals, it is necessary to develop and apply an intervention program that can reduce psychological work demand and fatigue in consideration of the severity of the patient in charge.

  • 인간이 쾌적하다고 느끼게 되는 것에는 인간과 환경간의 상호작용이 포함되어 있다. 쾌적한 환경을 만든다고 할 때에는 인간과 환경을 하나의 시스템으로 두고 관련되는 여러 요소들이 계속적으로 피이드백 되는 것으로 생각하여야 한다. 쾌적감이란 여러 가지 감성 요소가 복합적으로 조합되어 하나의 이미지와 합치되는 것으로 표현되는 고도의 심리적인 체험감이다. 그러므로 쾌적환경에 대하여 인간의 특성을 중심으로 설계하려고 하면 인간이 쾌적환경을 인지하는 과정이 어떤 과정을 거치게 되는가를 알고 그 특성을 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구는 쾌적감을 구성하고 있는 요소이미지가 어떻게 구성되어 있으며, 환경요소에 대한 감각이미지와는 어떤 구조로서 이루어져 있는 지를 실험적으로 알아보고 퍼지 추론을 이용하여 표현하였다.

  • This study is a comprehensive overview about recent school violence sought to find ways to cope. To this end, previous studies and recent data were analyzed systematically. With the results of the analysis, this study presents the status, causes and countermeasures of school violence. The results of this study are as follows: School violence is becoming increasingly diverse. The age of the perpetrator is getting increasingly younger. Girls' school violence is increasing. Perpetrators and victims, the distinction is unclear. Verbal and emotional violence is increasing. The persistence of violence are increasing. And the corresponding level of awareness about school violence is very low. The development of the psychological characteristics of adolescent school violence and personal effects caused by psychological characteristics are complex. School violence is caused by family, school and society factors. School violence is caused by the lack of response. School Violence Action Plan should be considered development psychological characteristics of adolescence and psychological characteristics of each individual. Measures include school violence, there is an individual's psychological Measures. There are environmental Measures such as home, school and society. There are measures related with environmental factors. There is school violence prevention Program.

  • Traditional human resource management explains human characteristics with motivation, attitude, perception, value, etc., based upon behavioral science approach. And system approach is adopted in analyzing the interaction between people and the environment. However, personnel economics excludes social and psychological variables in the human choice models, and assumes very unrealistic and simple rational decision making process. For environmental variables, personnel economists considers only income and price. Traditional human resource management research model successfully explains the phenomenon for each specific situation, but lacks universality. On the other hand, personnel economics model is strict and analytical, but tends to distort the understanding of the results because of the unrealistic assumptions. These two academic fields may get benefits by introducing the other's research methodologies, theories, and ideas.

Impact of Job Rotation Stress in Nurses on Psychological Well-being: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Challenge Assessment and Hindrance Assessment (간호사의 직무순환 스트레스가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 도전적 평가와 방해적 평가의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to establish and verify a theoretical model that explains the factors and pathways influencing the psychological well-being of nurses. The subjects of this study were nurses working in four general hospitals with over 200 beds in B city and G province. The results of verifying the path coefficient of the nurses' job rotation stress showed that job rotation stress had a significant effect on challenge stress, hindrance stress, and nurses' psychological well-being, while hindrance stress had a negative effect on nurses' psychological well-being. Nurses' job rotation stress had direct effects on challenge stress, hindrance stress, and psychological well-being. Hindrance stress had a direct effect on psychological well-being. In addition, nurses' job rotation stress had an indirect effect on psychological well-being through hindrance stress. Nurses who experienced job rotation showed challenge and hindrance stress. Since hindrance stress interferes with the psychological well-being of nurses, it is necessary to manage stress and make efforts in the nursing organization. Therefore, nursing organizations should establish a positive organizational environment and develop systematic strategies so that job rotation can be a challenging stress factor for nurses.

  • 최근 경기침체와 고용 없는 성장, 그리고 실업률을 극복하기 위해 다각적인 해법을 찾고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위한 방법으로 창업을 통한 일자리 창출을 중요히 여기는 정부는 창업을 적극적으로 권장, 지원하고 있다. 창업관련 기존의 연구는 주로 청년과 대학생, 시니어 창업과 관련한 창업의도에 미치는 선행변수에 대한 연구들과 독립창업, 가맹점 창업, 소상공인 창업 등 창업형태에서 창업에 대한 영향관게 연구들이 주류나 직장인들을 대상으로한 창업의도 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구의 목적은 창업의도를 향상하기 위한 주요한 방법으로 창업내·외적 동기의 중요성을 강조하고 심리적 자본, 사회적 자본, 인적자본, 경제적 자본이 창업의도 사이에서 매개적인 역할을 하고 있는지 탐색적으로 분석하는데 있다. 직장인의 여러 자본요인 중 주요 자본 요인을 도출하여 정부창업지원제도 개선 방안 마련과 창업환경 조성을 통해 창업 성공률을 제고하고자 한다.

Factors affecting startup intention of retired office-workers (직장인들의 은퇴후 창업의도에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • Most of the office-workers are worrying about their future and try to make diverse future plan. Fast shifting industry pattern make office-workers retire early and their remain life time are getting longer and many of them try to consider some kind of new start-up. In this article factors affecting entrepreneurial intention were discussed such as individual factors, psychological factors, environmental factors. Individual factors were economic situations and future life expectation were analyzed. Psychological factors were composed of risk taking tendency, self efficiency, career value, and entrepreneurial characteristics were discussed. Environmental factors were composed of recognition on social-economic risks and recognition on negative mind on start-up, and employment unstability. 340 sample questionaries were collected and 26 samples were excluded. Data were analyzed by SPSS Win 18.0 Version. The results of the study were as follows. Among individual factors life-expectation after retirement was positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Among psychological factors risk taking factor has positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Among Environmental factors negative recognition on start-up has negative impact on entrepreneurial intention. Based on the studies diverse understanding and implementation of policies were necessary to change negative social atmospheres on start-up.

Emotional Evaluation on the Environmental Color of the General Hospital's Lobby (종합병원 로비 환경색채에 대한 감성평가)

  • Based on the assumption that the environmental color of the general hospital would affect the psychological and emotional aspects of the users, this study conducted an emotional evaluation of the environmental color of the lobby of the general hospital. The purpose of the research is to examine the requirements of environmental colors that are more positive and give psychological satisfaction when planning the general hospital's environmental color. For this, eight major general hospitals in Korea were directly inspected for environmental colors, and based on this, color palette was created to conduct an emotional vocabulary evaluation. As a result, it was found that the effects of brightness among the color factors affecting the environmental color sensitivity evaluation were greater, and that the greater the variation in the range of degrees and colors, the more negatively it was found to affect the emotional response.
