In IT service quality research, the relationship between the service quality and clients' satisfaction was the focus of many studies while in relationship quality research, the influence of trust and conflict on relationship commitment seems to be the focus. In this study, these two research streams are integrated and a theoretical research model is proposed consisting of IT service quality, satisfaction, trust and relationship commitment with conflict as a moderator for the overall psychological mechanism. As satisfaction represents emotional response while trust cognitive response, this research model integrated both emotional and cognitive aspects of relationship maintenance in the IT service context. Analysis of data collected from 262 employees of global IT service firm revealed the differential effects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on satisfaction and trust. Also, depending upon the level of conflict, the effects of reliability and assurance were found to be moderated. Further analysis revealed more profound mechanism at work relating emotional and cognitive aspects in the psychology of relationship maintenance in IT service context. Practical implications are further discussed in the conclusion.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of an 8-week competitive exercise program on physical fitness, psychological variables, and video-game playtime in game-addicted adolescents. Methods: All subjects were screened by a game behavior diagnosis scale questionnaire, and a total of 7 game-addicted, male adolescents ($16{\pm}2$ yrs of age) participated in the study. All subjects were informed of the study's purpose, procedures, and risks, and a consent form was obtained from each subject. The 8-week soccer and basketball exercise program included twice-weekly sessions of 120 minutes per session. All data were presented as $mean{\pm}SE$, and the variables were analyzed with a paired t-test. Results: Following the 8-week intervention, cardiovascular endurance and grip strength were significantly increased (approximately 17 and 7%, respectively [p<0.05]). Although there was no statistical significance on flexibility, vertical jump, and zigzag-run, all variables showed an increasing tendency. Anxiety levels changed from a mild anxiety state to a normal state, and depression levels also altered from moderate to a normal state. The video-game playtime was reduced about 20% during weekends and vacation periods. Conclusion: Given these combined results, 8 weeks of regular participation in competitive exercise (soccer/basketball) may contribute to positive effects on physical fitness, psychological variables, and video-game playtime in computer-game addicted adolescents.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship of middle managers' authentic leadership with the staff's organizational commitment and job satisfaction at the Local Medical Center. Methods : The data were collected from 273 staff from the four Local Medical Centers in Chungnam Province using self-administered questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS 23.0 program. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Sobel test. Results : Middle managers' authentic leadership had a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction and psychological empowerment of staff. Additionally, psychological empowerment showed mediating effects in the relationships among authentic leadership and organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Conclusions : To promote staff's organizational commitment and job satisfaction, it is necessary to build effective strategies to develop middle managers' authentic leadership and to promote empowering programs for the staff.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employees' psychological empowerment on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the intention of changing an occupation, and then to suggest the ideal ways to improve productivity through human resource management and to get competitive advantages for efficient management. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we performed both literature review and empirical research. There are conclusions to investigate psychological empowerment about employees in family restaurants. First, self-determination ability, competence and the influential power of which components of empowerment employees perceived affect job satisfaction significantly. In other words, empowered people feel job satisfaction and commit to their organizations. In the relation between empowerment and organizational commitment, influential power and roles affect them significantly, but self-determination ability and the meaning do not. Next, job satisfaction significantly affects organizational commitment and the intention of changing jobs, but organizational commitment doesn't affect the intention of changing jobs significantly. Finally, we suggest some implications about the management of family restaurants based on the results of this study.

The research was started out of curiosity for what made 's fast and trilling pace possible although it is an old movie. The center of what made it possible was its use of the Long Take - Long Take was used in all of the scenes and in some cases only long take was used. What is interesting is the film maker's use of various cinematic techniques to prevent the scene from being too slow and keep the audience immersed in the characters. In one shot, acting in addition to Mise-en-Sc$\grave{e}$ne were used to provide psychological immersion of character and scene. The use of Long Take, with the exception of some intentional scenes, was difficult to notice without conscience observation. All the components that make up Long Take. camera walking and lighting as well as actor's dialog and performance and scene movement all beautifully came together. The Long Take is generally replaced by many different sort shots. However, Mike Nichols clearly demonstrates the benefit of Long Take. In the movie, the general aesthetics from the use of Long Take is slightly altered for a different purpose. The specific methods and effects used in the application of Long Take is the subject of this study.

Therefore, for the sustainable management of social enterprise, it is assumed that the duty efficiency of the members of the social enterprise is most important in the limited resource environment, and that the social entrepreneur can increase the efficiency of the work by giving delegation to the members. Therefore, this study investigates how social entrepreneurs influence on the job efficiency of members when giving psychological empowerment to members of social enterprise based on social entrepreneurship. When giving empowerment leadership to members, And it has a significant effect on job efficiency.

This study attends to the effects of political entertainment as a newly emerging television genre on citizens' political talk. Particularly, this study suggests audience involvement and political information efficacy as key psychological factors that mediate the relationship between political entertainment and political discussion. More specifically, audience involvement was deemed as a conclusive concept that consists of such sub-dimensions as audience identification and parasocial interaction with program characters and transportation into the messages. Among 317 participants in an online survey, a total of 273 subjects, who had at least some viewing experience with political entertainment TV programs, were included in the final analysis. According to the findings, softer programs that piggyback political information on top of their entertainment content were more likely to increase viewers' identification and transportation. The viewer experience of identification further heightened the level of political information efficacy, which in turn positively contributed to one's willingness to participate in political talk and to hear the other side. It also appeared that political information efficacy significantly mediated the relationship between political entertainment viewing and political talk.

The purpose of this study is to compare students' perception shaped by two different university classrooms: Traditional Classroom and ALC(Active learning classroom). We conducted survey of 71 university students who were taught by an identical instructor using same pedagogy. The survey questionnaires asked respondents about their perceptions on teaching and learning and physical environments relations, teaching proficiency, social context, student satisfaction and immersion. The data was analyzed using Student's T-test. The results showed that ALC group, compared to the traditional classroom group, demonstrated statistically higher awareness on teaching and learning and physical environments relations, teaching proficiency, and instructor-student unofficial relations. Based on these findings, implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

If an association for a color develops and comes to form any kind of common idea, a symbolic meaning is given to the color. It is called' symbolism of color' that color builds up an abstract general idea, an emblem, feeling except things concrete. The color of game is the visual element that one can be immersed in the game, the image which act as important meaning, the attribute of light, and visual perceptional factor. With form, motion, light and shade, the color function importantly as media which express a person and person's circumstance. In game, the color is used symbolically to suggest not only mental change of character but also the situation, mood, attribute and strength of energy. These transmission of meaning express symbolism of the color iconically. So, the color for image express of game take on universality. This study research that focus on how the symbolical meaning of the color is reflected in game.
