With the rise of fintech services, the importance of UX Writing in digital channel is growing. However, there is a lack of research on how different types of UX Writing in fintech services specifically affect user's satisfaction. In order to determine the impact of UX Writing style in fintech services on user's satisfaction, this study used a 2x2 mixed design with using formality in Korean and financial jargon as independent variables to measure trust, conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness. The results showed that higher levels of conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness when not using jargon than using jargon. Using formality in Korean did not show a main effect for any of the dependent variables, but it was occurred that higher levels of conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness with using formality in Korean but not using jargon. The significance of this study is that it empirically verified how using formality and financial jargon in UX Writing of fintech services affects user satisfaction.

The study was conducted to identify and clarify the conceptual definitions and attributes of caregiving satisfaction in family caregivers of patients with dementia. The hybird model was used to perform the concept analysis of caregiving satisfaction. Results from both the theoretical review and a field study including 7 participants were included in final process. The concept of caregiving satisfaction was found to have three dimensions with seven attributes. Caregiving satisfaction by family caregivers of patients with dementia was defined as positive of aspects of caregiving usually experienced in three dimensions such as interpersonal dimensions (accomplishing a duty, reciprocity, strengthening of the relationship), role performance dimensions (feeling of accomplishment, emotional reward, emotional comfort) and meaning of role dimensions (positive meaning-making). Based on the results, a tool for measuring caregiving satisfaction among Koreans family caregivers of patients with dementia and effective programs for enhancing caregiving satisfaction should be developed in future studies.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze domestic private security activities through experiences of Chinese people who have been thought to be very necessary for the development of domestic private security and to suggest measures for the customization of foreigners and Chinese people for Korean private security companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychological satisfaction of Korean civilian security activities through the experiences of Chinese Koreans who are using Korean civilian security services and to discuss ways to improve domestic civil security activities not only for Chinese Koreans but also for Koreans visiting Korea. And conducted in-depth interviews with limited data and insufficient prior research. First, we should not judge the scale of Chinese visit today as a separate industry that is not related to our private security. Second, it should be carried out confidently with a prepared marketing attitude that makes the choice of the security guard excellent. Third, a company management is necessary. Fourth, communication should be done. Fifth, it should become a loyal 'butle'.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between motivation, psychological euphoria and adherence intention in elders. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 249 dancesports participant from J and K city in Jeonbuk. Data were collected through the self-administrated questionnaires which were used by preceding study. The factor analysis method was used correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction). Second, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on adherence intention. Third, psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction) had positive effects on adherence intention. Forth, psychological euphoria mediated between motivation and adherence intention.

This study aimed to identify the effects of adolescents' self-perceived health on their life satisfaction and verify the mediating effects of the relationship between the two factors. The analysis was conducted using the Korean Children and Youth Panel Study (KCYPS, Ed. 6), and the results are as follows. In terms of the factors, the mean value of the adolescents' self-perceived health was 3.13, which was regarded as a moderate level, while the values of life satisfaction and self-esteem were 2.80 and 2.90, respectively, which were regarded as low levels. An analysis of the study model showed that the adolescents' self-perceived health affected their life satisfaction, and self-esteem played a meditating role in such a relationship. In other words, a higher level of self-perceived health would help improve self-esteem, which would promote a level of life-satisfaction. Therefore, this study has implications that healthcare or psychological/ emotional resources have been identified to influence adolescents' life satisfaction. Furthermore, multidimensional interventions are needed to reinforce the individuals' psychological and develop emotional resources in healthcare or welfare fields. Moreover, efforts are needed to enhance the adolescents' self-perceived health that would affect their life satisfaction.

본 연구는 온라인 게임을 플레이하는 플레이어의 즐거운 경험에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소가 무엇인지에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 먼저 온라인 게임의 중요한 두 가지 상호작용, 즉 문제 해결 기반의 Personal Interaction, 가상공간에서의 사회적 활동에 기반한 Social Interaction의 중요성에 대해 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 Personal Interaction과 Social Interaction의 효율적인 진행에 필요한 디자인 요소가 무엇인지를 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. 분석 결과 Personal Interaction의 효율적 진행을 위해 목표, 조작자, Feedback과 관련된 디자인 요소가 중요하며, Social Interaction과 관련해서는 가상공간과 의사소통에 관련된 디자인 요소가 매우 중요하다는 결과를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 두 가지 상호작용을 통해 플레이어가 받는 심리적 보상 중에서 어떤 심리적 보상이 플레이어의 즐거운 경험에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 자아효능감, 자아존중감, 인지적 성과가 높을 경우 게임 플레이 과정에서 즐거움을 매우 높게 경험하는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 모성취업에 대한 태도에 따른 영아보육의 특성과 어머니의 심리적 복지감 간의 관계를 밝히고자 했다. 취업 중이거나 학교를 다니는 809명의 미국여성을 대상으로 하였으며, 이들의 자녀가 생후 1개월, 6개월, 그리고 15개월일 때 면접조사를 실시하였다. 모성취업에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 가지고 있는 어머니들은 그렇지 않은 어머니에 비해 더 나은 심리적 복지감을 보였으며, 개별 보육보다 시설 보육을, 그리고 더 많은 시간의 보육을 이용하였다. 이들 어머니들은 자녀들이 친인척에 의해 보육되는 경우(relative care)보다 보육시설(child care center)을 이용할 때 더 낮은 수준의 역할 긴장과 높은 수준의 취업결정 만족감을 나타냈다. 보다 부정적 태도를 가진 어머니들은 가정보육(child care home) 이용시 역할긴장 수준이 낮았다. 영아들이 생후 6개월 무렵 두 집단의 어머니 모두 보육시간이 증가함에 따라 취업 결정에 대한 만족도가 낮았으나 15개월에는 부정적 태도의 어머니에게만 이 관계가 유의했다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of leisure satisfaction according to calligraphy activities of the elderly on self-efficacy and psychological well-being. In order to conduct this study, the researchers surveyed 306 elderly people aged 65-76 or older from late November to early December 2023 in Anyang City and Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China. In order to verify the research hypothesis, the researchers performed frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, and then performed independent sample T-test and one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA). To verify the hypothesis through the measurement concept, related verification was conducted for Hayes PROCESS macro and Bootstrap. As a result of the study, first, there is a gender difference in leisure satisfaction, leisure satisfaction, self-efficacy, and psychological well-being, and leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being differ significantly according to age. Second, it was found that leisure satisfaction had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Third, it was found that leisure satisfaction had a positive effect on psychological well-being. Fourth, leisure satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on psychological well-being. Therefore, in order to increase the leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being of the elderly, it is necessary to carefully develop a calligraphy activity system to increase self-efficacy.

인간에 대한 신고전파 경제학의 가정을 확장할 경우, 인간은 사회적 선호를 가지고 있고 규범을 사용하며 전통과 관습으로부터 자유롭지 못한 존재라고 볼 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 특히 사회적 규범을 따르는 개인의 행위를 명시적으로 고려하여 내면화된 사회적 규범을 따르는 경우에 얻는 심리적 만족감과 따르지 않을 경우 치러야 하는 심리적 비용을 δ 요인이라고 개념화하였다. 그리고 나서 이러한 δ 요인이 집단행동의 딜레마상황을 해결하는데 어떤 순기능을 발휘하는지, 낮은 행정비용으로 정책의 효과성을 제고하는데 어떻게 기여하는지를 살펴보았다. 또한 이러한 #x03B4; 요인이 정책관련 변수와 상호작용하여 어떻게 정책의 목표를 달성하는데 방해가 될 수 있는지도 들여다 보았다. 이를 위해 다양한 (가상적) 정책사례들을 살펴본 후 정책이 δ 요인과 상호보완적으로 작용하여 정책집행의 성공에 도움이 되는 공통된 조건이 무엇인지를 도출하였다. 사회적 규범을 따르는 개인들의 비율이 클수록, 정책대상이 되는 개인들의 행위에 대한 관측가능성의 정도가 높을수록, 사회규범의 준수가 개인의 이익과 연계될수록, 정책으로 실현하고자 하는 가치와 기존 규범과의 충돌이 최소화될수록, 합리적 이기주의자에 대한 통제가 충분히 이루어질수록 δ 요인은 정책과 보완적 관계가 형성되어 정책집행의 성공가능성을 높이는 것으로 분석되었다.

This research was psychological convergence research for job satisfaction improvement of emotional worker, and verified the effects of jobscape on psychological welfare and moderating effects of ego-resilience through the relation between jobscape and psychological welfare. Research hypothesis was verified by SPSS 20.0 program based on surveys from workers in travel agency in Seoul. As a result, jobscape that includes physical, emotional and social environment has a positive effect on psychological well-being and has a negative effect on psychological burnout. Moreover, ego-resilience plays a moderating role in relation among these factors. Based on the result, this study suggests that jobscape is an important factor in psychological welfare of the employees in tourism industry and emphasizes the importance of role of the employees' ego-resilience by revealing ego-resilience as an important moderating variable.
