This Paper is Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Authentic Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. It's important for enhancing corporate performance to facilitate positive interactions between leaders and members, and to cultivate a positive psychology for achieving common goals. Members with high positive psychological capital have confidence in performing their tasks, expect successful outcomes, and when problems arise, they adjust their course and persevere. This complex state of adjusting or transcending one's psychology is referred to as positive psychological capital (Luthans & Youssef, 2007). Recognizing this, the study identifies positive psychological capital as a crucial factor in enhancing corporate performance and competitiveness, and chooses it as a mediator in the research.

This study was to identify the convergence factors that affect work engagement in medium and small hospitals nurses, The research method were self -report questionnaire was completed by 198 nurse three hospitals in B city between April 18th to April 30th, 2016. and date analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. As a result, work engagement was positively correlated with psychological capital and psychological well-being, significantly affecting Convergence Factors analysis showed that with positive psychological capital(${\beta}=.363$, p<.001) and psychological well-being(${\beta}=.300$, p<.001) explained 52.7%, level of education(${\beta}=.102$, p=.040), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.109$, p=.044), nursing satisfaction(${\beta}=.137$, p=.022) explained 4.4% of the work engagement. Based on this, It is necessary to develop and verify program to enhance the positive psychological capital and psychological well-being of medium small hospital nurses.

This study was to develop new psychological capital scale for high school students attending a technical high school specialized in invention and patent education, and to examine validity and reliability of the new psychological capital scale. Of the 400 high school students attending a technical a technical high school specialized in invention and patent education in a Province, Korea, 388 completed and returned the questionnaires. PCQ (Psychological Capital Questionnaire)-24 items version was modified to measure psychological capital of them. By conducting confirmatory factor analysis, the final 19 items were selected. The Cronbach's alphas of the final version were ranged from .723 to .871. Convergent validity was supported through correlations among the sub-scales of the final version of PCQ, creative intelligence, creativity, and academic efficacy. Criterion-related validity was supported by mean differences on 4 sub-scales of psychological capital (i.e., self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism) between two groups (i.e., prize-winning experiences for invention or academic achievement).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of positive psychological capital on re-employment attitudes of youth in their 20s dealing with an unemployment rate of more than 10%. The effect of positive psychological capital on attitudes for re-employment was analyzed by domain, and is based on variables of positive psychological capital composed of self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism. As a result, hope (3.64) was the highest on the scale; however, resilience (at 3.37) was the lowest. In the analysis of positive psychological capital, the university graduate group (3.89) was the highest. But, the high school graduate group (3.25) was the lowest. In the results for re-employment attitude based on education level, the university graduate group (4.93) was the highest, but the high school graduate group (3.80) was lowest. The main variables influencing re-employment attitude were (in order): hope, optimism, self-efficacy, and resilience. These factors have an explanatory power for the four variables of around 25%. Overall, young adults (in their 20s) have higher levels of positive psychological capital because they have a higher education level. Also, higher educated re-employed applicants have higher positive psychological capital and attitudes for re-employment, compared to the other groups.

The purpose of this study was to positive psychological capital on the Communication competence and Job Satisfaction, of Geriatric hospital Nurses. Data were collected using questionnaires from 255 Geriatric hospital Nurses located in G Metropolitan City with over one year career experiences. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 23.0 program. The mean scores for the positive psychological capital(3.23±.49), Communication competence(3.56±.47) and job satisfactions (2.88±.55). Second, positive psychological capital positive mentality has positive correlations with communication capital and job satisfaction. Third, Optimism have statistical significance on communication competence in 33% level. Hope has positive correlations with job satisfaction in 6% of an explanatory power. As a conclusion, it is necessary to lower the turnover rate of nursing homes for the elderly and increase the job satisfaction effect, many factors related to positive psychological capital are continuously found in order to solve the nursing workforce of geriatric nursing hospitals.

최근 경기침체와 고용 없는 성장, 그리고 실업률을 극복하기 위해 다각적인 해법을 찾고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위한 방법으로 창업을 통한 일자리 창출을 중요히 여기는 정부는 창업을 적극적으로 권장, 지원하고 있다. 창업관련 기존의 연구는 주로 청년과 대학생, 시니어 창업과 관련한 창업의도에 미치는 선행변수에 대한 연구들과 독립창업, 가맹점 창업, 소상공인 창업 등 창업형태에서 창업에 대한 영향관게 연구들이 주류나 직장인들을 대상으로한 창업의도 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구의 목적은 창업의도를 향상하기 위한 주요한 방법으로 창업내·외적 동기의 중요성을 강조하고 심리적 자본, 사회적 자본, 인적자본, 경제적 자본이 창업의도 사이에서 매개적인 역할을 하고 있는지 탐색적으로 분석하는데 있다. 직장인의 여러 자본요인 중 주요 자본 요인을 도출하여 정부창업지원제도 개선 방안 마련과 창업환경 조성을 통해 창업 성공률을 제고하고자 한다.

This purpose of this study was to examine relationships among empowerment, academic resilience and positive psychological capital and identify the factors that influence on positive psychological capital in the nursing students. The data were collected from 200 nursing students in the three colleges located Y and S city and 20 April 2019 to 10 May 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0. program. Positive psychological capital in nursing students was significantly correlated with empowerment(r=.610, p<.001) and academic resilience(r=669, p<.001). The result of the multiple regression indicates the academic resilience predict 58.7%(F=19.47, p<.001) of positive psychological capital. Therefore, it is necessary to develop academic resilience increase education program for strategy positive psychological capital in nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among positive psychological capital and social support on depression and identify the factors that influence on depression in the adolescents. The data were collected from 140 adolescents in the two middle school located J city using self-reported questionnaires and May 9 2017 to May 19 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. Depression was found to be in a significant negative correlation with positive psychological capital and social support. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the positive psychological capital, social support and economic status predict 22.4% (F=14.38, p<.001) of depression. Therefore, it is necessary to develop convergence positive psychological capital and social support strategy program for decrease and prevents depression in adolescents.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Grit and Positive Psychological Capital on the Career Preparation behavior of Nursing College Students in the convergence society. Data collection was conducted from May 20, 2019 to June 07, 2019 for 220 students of the Department of Nursing in City D. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression. It was found that: nursing students showed higher career preparation behavior in case of higher level of positive psychological capital. Factors influencing Career Preparation behavior were positive psychological capita, Major satisfaction, Subjective academic achievement, Religion, and explained 32% of Career Preparation behavior and grit did not significantly affect career preparation behavior. It is necessary to active support such as psychological and emotional programs to strengthen the positive psychological capital of nursing students.

최근 몇 년간 COVID19로 인한 팬데믹 상황과 전세계적으로 유례없는 인플레이션을 겪으면서 각종 산업 분야의 경기 불황으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 미용 산업 분야도 예외가 아니다. 그 중에서도 특히 피부미용 업종은 실물 경기의 영향에 민감하게 반응하는 서비스산업 분야다. 고객을 직접 만나야만 이루어지는 피부미용업은 COVID19가 가져온 비대면 사회화 과정에 대책없이 충격을 받은 산업 분야라고 볼 수 있다. 불황 속에서도 산업이 성장하려면 지속적인 성장 강화 교육과 제도적 차원이 지원이 필요하다. 피부미용업 분야로 진출하는 여성의 대부분 생계를 위한 목적을 가지고 있지만 실제로 성공한 사례들은 보면 내재된 기업가 정신들을 함유하고 있을 것으로 보고 이에 대한 분석과 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업 성과를 높이고 지속할 수 있는지 알아보고 부족하다면 구성원들의 학습역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 피부미용업 창업자에게 기업가 정신이 미치는 영향을 파악해보고 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업성과에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도 되는지 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상의 피부미용업에 종사하는 창업자들로 기업가정신이 기업가정신이 긍정심리자본을 조절변수로 두었을 때 창업 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고 이를 통한 피부미용업의 창업자들에게 창업과 성장을 위해서 필요한 교육이나 준비사항을 제안하고자 한다.
