A Study on the Technical Evaluation of the Quality Certification for e-Learning Contents (이러닝 콘텐츠 품질인증 기술성 평가기준에 관한 연구)

  • The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and to examine the moderating effects of employment type of the employees in franchised Korean restaurants. The questionnaire was distributed to the employees in Korean restaurants having abroad branches of the 300 distributed questionnaire, and 271 copies were used in the analysis by exploring factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression and hierarchical moderated regression analysis through SPSS ver. 18.0. The results of the study were as followed; First, job satisfaction, the work and superior factor have positive influence on job performance, but wages and promotion factor have negative influence. Second, the employment type has the partially moderating effects between job satisfaction and job performance with interactive term(superior$^*$ employment type). On the basis of these results, it is suggested that the company has fair criteria for evaluating systems and reward program to the employees regardless of employment type. This study has the limitations of simple variable and employment type.

  • 원자력발전소의 원자로냉각재 압력경계의 건전성과 안정성을 확보하기 위하여 법적 요구조건을 설정함에 있어 파괴역학이 어떻게 적용되었는 가를 설명하였다. 이를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 압력경계에 사용되는 재료의 $RT_{NDT}$를 정의하였다. 이는 무연성천이온도와 같은 개 념의 것으로, 앞으로 재료의 파괴인성은 이 $RT_{NDT}$에 대한 상대온도의 함수로 주어진다. 2)비연성파괴를 방지하기 위한 설계조건으로서 선형탄성 파괴역학에 근거한 조건식을 인용하였다. 여기서 조건식이란 능력확대계수의 합계가 어떠한 조건에서도 이러한 조건식을 만족한다는 것을 해석적으로 확인하고 규제당국의 승인을 받아야 한다. 3) 가동중검사에 발견된 결함으로 합격수준을 초과하는 것은 파괴역학적으로 해석하여 구조적 으로 안전하다는 것은 파괴역학적으로 해석하여 구조적으로 안전하다는 것을 입증하여야 한다. 이때 결함은 원자로의 가동과 더불어 성장하므로 수명기간중 피로파괴에 이를 것인지의 여부도 평가하여야 한다. 이때의 대조균열성장률은 Paris의 power law에 따른다. 4) 고속중성자 (E>1. 0MeV)에 의한 조사취화를 감시하기 위하여 감시시험계획을 사전에 수립 하고 이에 따라 감시시험을 수행하여 조사에 수립하고 이에 따라 감시시험을 수행하여 조사에 의한 원자로용기 재료의 파괴인성의 저하를 평가하여 이를 고려한 충분한 안전여유를 갖는 운 전조건 즉, 압력-온도 한계곡선을 산출하여야 한다. 이때의 취화 정도는 DELTA. $RT_{NDT}$ 와 Upper Shelf Energy의 감소로 나타낸다. 또한, 압력-온도 한계곡선은 선형관성 파괴역학에 입각한 조건식을 이용하여 해당 온도에서의 압력을 산출한다. System을 개발 사용하기 위하여 기존 전자계산소를 이용하는 방법이 바람직하며 System의 도입은 자체운영을 결정하기 전에 경제적인 여건 등 여러가지 문제를 검토하여야 한다. 특히 Turn Key Base로 System를 도입할 경우에는 System의 도입목 적과 사용빈도, 앞으로의 확장성 현재 설계및 생산 과정과의 마찰가능성, 유지보수문제 등을 신 중히 검토하여야 한다. 이제 기계공업도 전자계산기를 이해하고 사용하므로 서 발전할 수 있는 단계가 되었다. 예로부터 좋은 공구를 개발하여 적절히 사용하는 것이 기계공업 발전의 첩경이 었다. 전자계산기는 현대 기술이 개발한 가장 강력하고 사용하기 좋은 공구이다.점에서 피로구열의 안정성장을 논하고, 과거 10여년간의 피로 crack문제에 대한 연구방법, 실험방법 등을 소개하는 방향으로 고 를 진행시켜 나가겠다.에 그 효과가 증대됨을 알 수 있었다.적용한 임상실험이 수행되어야 할 것이다. 또한 위치결정에서 획득한 좌표값의 정확성을 알아보기 위해서 팬톰을 이용한 방사선조사 실험이 추후에 실행되어져야 할 것이다. 그리고 제작된 프레임에 Rotating X선 시스템과 내부 장기의 움직임을 계량화하고 PTV에서의 최적 여유폭을 설정함으로써 정위 방사선수술 및 3 차원 업체 방사선치료에 대한 병소 위치측정과 환자의 자세에 대한 setup 오차측정 결정에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. 상대적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 혼합충전재는 암모니아의 경우 코코넛과 펄라이트의 비율이 7:3인 혼합 재료 3번과 소나무수피와 펄라이트의 비율이 7:3인 혼합 재료 6번에서 다른 혼합 재료에 비하여 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 4. 코코넛과 소나무수피의 경우 암모니아 가스에 대한 흡착 능력은 거의 비슷한 것으로 사료되며,

  • In Korea, a variety of policies for the regional cultural industry development have been carried out: the promotion policy of cultural industry cluster, the establishment of cultural industry support center, and the construction of cultural industry complex and the supporting works for the cultural research center. The cultural industry has a dual character of the manufacturing industry and the service industry. The cultural industry of Gyeongbuk province is mostly centered upon small manufacturing firms with low value-added. Thus, it is desperately in need of the building-up of the enterprise supporting system. However, it is difficult to expect that private business service finns can be activated. In this sense, local and regional governments seek to establish so called 'the cultural contents support center'. However, it is not clear whether the center is an organization for the production of cultural contents or an agency for the support of cultural contents industry. Also it does not prepare any major functional introduction facilities and performing programs. Most of all, it is necessary to establish a proper orientation that 'the cultural contents support center' must be not an organization for the direct production of cultural contents, but an organization supporting cultural industry by way of providing cultural industry enterprises with what is necessary for the production of cultural contents. Also, a system for the establishment of business fitting support policy that can cover the whole sectors of cultural industry must be prepared. Furthermore, a synthetic support system for the cultural business associated industries centered on specified sectors such as films, edutainment, and storytelling must be constructed. Finally an environment for the creation and inducement of cultural industry enterprises, and for the active participation of enterprises and related groups in the promotion planning and in the policies of cultural industry must be built along with on- and off-line networks.

  • Various business model and computing environments are currently merged into web services and many web related application products are also develop. Most of IT enterprises in Korea use the Service-oriented architecture (SOA) whenever they develop the web applications. SOA is an approach to loosely coupled, protocol independent, standards-based distributed computing where software resources available on the network are considered as Services. SOA is believed to become the future enterprise technology solution that promises the agility and flexibility the business users have been looking for by leveraging the integration process through composition of the services spanning multiple enterprises. But, There are no specific development methodology to apply into SOA standard model until now. The developer uses the currently existing methodology to develop the application with SOA. The users have some limitations to use it. In this paper, we suggest a Frameworks for applying agile methodology into SOA to address the productivity and quality of small web related project. We design and implement a frameworks architecture for applying the agile method into SOA and describe the process model to implement it. We finally evaluate the frameworks with productivity, flexibility and maintainability.

Assessment Module Formulation for the Trapped-Oil Recovery Operations from Sunken Vessels (침몰선 잔존유 회수작업 평가모듈 개발에 관한 연구)

  • When oil tankers, large passenger ships and cargo ships sink under the sea owing to various maritime accidents, the residual cargo oil or fuel oil in the such vessels could pose direct risk to factor for the marine environment and it require safe and rapid removal. Although domestic and foreign salvage companies are adopting various recovery methods and technologies with customizations according to each site during recovery operations studies on reasonable assessment modules for the operation process are relatively insufficient. In this study, the data from trapped-oil recovery operations performed at different site conditions were collected and analyzed in order to designed an operation assessment module, define the operational process steps in terms of preparation, implementation and completion, and derive key factors for each detailed process. Subsequently, the module was designed in such a way as to construct performance indicators to assess these key factors. In order to exclude subjective opinions from the assessment as much as possible, the assessment each item was constructed with indicators based on data that could be evaluated quantitatively and its usefulness was verified by applying the module to the trapped-oil recovery operation cases. We expect this the method and the technology assessment module for the trapped-oil recovery operation on sunken vessels will help to verify the adequacy of the trapped-oil recovery such operation before or after. Furthermore, it is expected that the continuous accumulation of assessment data and feedback from past or future operation cases will contribute toward enhancing the overall safety, efficiency and field applicability of trapped-oil recovery operation.

  • Metropolitan buses are managed as either a direct seat type or a metropolitan express type according to the 「Passenger Transport Service Act」. However, a management system that reflects the characteristics of metropolitan buses is not currently established. Therefore, in this study, the driving characteristics of metropolitan buses, dangerous driving behavior characteristics of metropolitan bus drivers, metropolitan bus accident characteristics, and the safety management system of domestic and foreign buses and other means were investigated. Through this, a plan for strengthening the safety management of metropolitan buses suitable for Korea was presented by dividing it into short-term and mid to long term. The short-term plan is a plan that can be carried out through consultation between metropolitan bus agencies and transportation companies, and the mid to long term plan is a plan that can be implemented only when related laws are revised. Through this study, it is expected to serve as an opportunity for in-depth discussions by the government, business operators, and related experts to strengthen the safety management of metropolitan buses.

Marketing Strategy of Cheo-um-cheo-rum (세계 최초 알칼리수 소주, <처음처럼> - 웰빙 소주를 통한 시장 분할 -)

  • 두산은 2001년에 <산> 소주 제품으로 소주시장에 진입하였지만, 2002년도에 6.7%였던 <산> 소주의 시장 점유율이 2004년도 들어서서 5.4% 로 하락하였고, 선호도 역시 매우 낮은 수준으로 조사되어, 원인분석과 함께 새로운 소주에 대한 개발 필요성이 대두되었다. 당시 두산은 시장 선도 브랜드인 <참이슬>의 충성 고객층은 감소하면서 비호감 고객층이 증가하는 등 소주에 대한 고객의 욕구가 변화하고 있다는 시장조사 결과에서 성공의 기회를 엿볼 수 있었다. 그리고 1인당 알코올 소비량은 감소하였으나 소주의 소비량은 연간 70병으로 일정한 소비를 나타나고 있었기 때문에, 소주시장의 매력도는 아직 충분히 존재한다고 판단하였다. 그리하여 두산이 목표로 삼을 표적시장 선정을 위한 시장조사를 대대적으로 시작하였는데, 소주 음용 조사에서 30~40대의 남성들은 소비량이 감소하는 반면 여성들의 소주 소비량은 전 연령대에 걸쳐 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 여기에서 두산은 새로운 소주시장에 대한 신제품 개발의 기회를 발견하고, 신제품 개발 프로젝트에 착수하게 되었다. 이를 위해 먼저 소주 트렌드의 변화와 소비자들의 라이프 스타일을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 '웰빙'을 신제품의 주요가치로 결정하게 된다. 이후 시장 세분화 조사를 통해 다량음용자(heavy user)가 많은 품질 중시 시장과 도수 및 숙취 중시 시장에 진입하기로 한다. 그 다음 소주에 대한 소비자들의 불만족 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보고 이를 해결하기 위한 대안들을 탐색한다. 그 결과 '목 넘김이 부드럽고, 몸의 산성화를 중화시키며, 숙취 해소'에 뛰어난 '알칼리수'를 신제품의 주원료로 사용한 <처음처럼>을 개발하게 된다. 소주의 주요 속성별 선호도 조사를 실시한 결과, 모든 속성에서 <처음처럼>이 경쟁사 제품보다 뛰어난 것으로 나타나 두산은 <처음처럼>을 시장에 출시하게 되었다. <처음처럼>은 24~35세를 목표 고객으로 설정하고, 유흥업소가 밀집한 중심상권을 집중적으로 공략하였다. 이를 위해 저가 정책을 실시하여 유통업체의 마진을 높였으며, 다양한 광고, 촉진 전략을 통해서 소비자 인지도를 향상시켰다. 그 결과 수도권 및 전국 지역에서 지속적으로 시장점유율이 증가하였으며, 소비자들에게 <참이슬>과 차별화된 이미지를 구축하게 되었다. <처음처럼>이 성공적으로 시장에 진입할 수 있었던 이유로는 알칼리수 사용, 감성적 브랜드명 채택, 차별화된 마케팅 전략 구사, 그리고 조직원의 강력한 성공 의지 등을 들 수 있다. 소주 시장의 독보적 존재였던 <참이슬>과의 경쟁에서 이루어진 결과라는 점에서 <처음처럼>의 사례는 많은 기업들에게 시사점을 제공할 수 있다. 하지만 현재 '대중성'이나 '친근감'같은 이미지가 <참이슬>에 비해 상대적으로 낮고, <참이슬 fresh>의 출시로 인해 목표 고객인 20대가 이탈되는 문제는 앞으로 <처음처럼>이 극복해야 할 과제이다. 이를 위해 <처음처럼>은 무엇보다 '웰빙 소주'로서의 이미지를 확고히 하기 위한 마케팅 전략을 실행하여야 할 것이다.

The Making of Local Socio-economic Space and the Role of Local Government, In Case of Taegu and textile industry (지역사회.경제 공간의 형성과 지방정부의 역할, 대구시와 섬유산업의 경우)

  • Local government takes an active role in the (re)making of local socio-economic space. To support such an argument, the three different actions by the local government of Taegu, urban planning and local industrial districts, the establishment of special educational institutions, and textile festival are analyzed. The division of the city's space into residential, commercial, and industrial area by local government constrained the location of local manufacturing industries. It also forced textile industry to move to the outskirts of Taegu. As the education level in South Korea rose after the late 1970s, the local government of Taegu as well as local industrial capitalists had to do something to acquire a stable supply of labor to local manufacturing industries, particularly textile one. After the late 1970s, the special classes for the education of local workers, especially textile ones were established within vocational high school and company-operated high schools were also built in Taegu. Finally, local government started a program of textile festival in 1985. Through textile festival, local government as well as local textile business people tried to reproduce textile industry as the main economic activity of Taegu.

The Case Study on Industry-Leading Marketing of Woori Investment and Securities (우리투자증권의 시장선도 마케팅 사례연구)

  • This study analyzed Woori Investment and Securities' industry-leading marketing from both a brand management and a marketing decision-making perspective. By executing a different marketing strategy from its competitors, Woori Investment and Securities recognized recent changes in the asset management and investment markets as an open opportunity, and quickly responded to the market changes. First, the company launched the octo brand as a multi-account product, two years before its competitors offered their own products. In particular, it created a differentiated brand image, using the blue octopus character, which became familiar to the general financial community, and was consistently employed as part of an integrated marketing communications strategy. Second, it executed a brand expansion strategy by sub-branding octo in a variety of new financial products, responding to rapid changes in the domestic financial and asset management markets. Through this strategic evolution, the octo brand became a successful wealth management brand and representative of Woori Investment & Securities. Third, it has converged market research, demand and trend analysis, and customer needs acquired through various customer contact channels into a marketing perspective. Thus, marketing has participated in the product development stage, a rarity in the finance industry. Woori Investment and Securities has a leading marketing system. The heart of the successful product creation lies in a collaboration of their customer bases among the finance companies in the Woori Financial Group. The present study suggested a corresponding strategy for octo brand, which is expected to enter into the maturity stage of its product life cycle. In addition, this study found a need to modify the current positioning strategy in order to position and preserve sustainability in the increasingly competitive asset management market. It also suggested the need for an offensive strategy to counter the number one M/S company, and address the issue of cannibalism in the Woori Financial Group.
