규제되었던 특급호텔에서의 예식이 1999년 8월 9일자로 전면 자율화되었다. 이로 인하여 예식시장이 확대되고 이에 맞춰 전문예식장도 많이 신설되었으나 예식 서비스 및 예식운영이 예전에 비하여 큰 변화가 없어, 이용 후 고객만족도가 사전기대에 못 미쳐 고객들의 불만이 대두되고 있으며, 예식업체간의 경쟁심화 및 이윤추구로 인한 품질 저하 현상이 우려되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 결혼예식장에서 결혼피로연을 이용하는 고객의 이용실태를 파악하고 피로연 음식에 대한 영양소 섭취량을 조사함으로써 고객 만족도 및 피로연 음식의 질적 향상을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다.(중략)

This study aimed to examine and compare housing conditions and satisfaction degree of working college students in Seoul metropolitan area, depending on their stress level from economic burden and living housing type. The interview using the questionnaire was conducted. The subjects were 199 working college students aged between 19 and 35. The two-tier cluster sampling method were used, the region and representative university within the region. The comparison of satisfaction degree per type of housing of working college students has been conducted to find 3 characteristic patterns of satisfaction degree per housing condition from the stress of preparing the fund for rent, and students with high degree of stress from arranging rent showed relatively low degree of satisfaction in most items. 6 patterns have been identified in terms of housing types, and most of the students living in the Gosiwon, the poorest condition and housing type, showed the lowest degree of satisfaction, while those residing in the officetel turned out to the most satisfied. This study gives implications of housing welfare for working college students.

To expand the cultural function of public libraries is a requisite for satisfying cultural needs and meet residents' diverse requirements of cultural welfare due to the improved level of income and the increased amount of leisure time. The purpose of this study is to conduct researches on the actual state of cultural programs operated by public libraries in Jeju Island and on cultural program users' satisfaction at public libraries, along with a survey with those in charge of the cultural programs to find out problems with operation of the programs and suggest localization and improvement of the cultural programs at public libraries in Jeju Island.

This study investigated the situations and satisfaction of home-based occupational therapy service for children under eighteen residing in Suncheon and Gwangyang. Arithmetic statistics were conducted by dividing the general facts of home-based occupational therapy service, the kinds of service used in home-based therapy, the satisfaction of home-based occupational therapy service, facts helpful for children, and facts helpful for parents or home. As a result, the most common source of home-based occupational therapy information was the association for children with disabilities and its satisfaction was high. This study will provide basic materials to build up systematic, stable, and continuous rehabilitation therapy support projects by the government.

냉방기기별 하절기 가동률 및 동시사용률 실태를 조사하여 건물의 용도 및 면적 별냉방기기의 시간별 부하률 과 동시사용률, 연간 사용일수 가동시간을 조사하여 냉방기기별 에너지 소비현황 하절기 에너지수급 영향분석을 하고자 하였다. 그리고 국내에 설치된 냉방기기를 대상으로 현장조사 진단을 통해 냉방기기 사용 실태 및 냉방성능을 측정하고, 현장 조사를 통한 만족도와 불만사항을 조사하여 냉방기기 보급 및 운전의 효율을 상승시키고 모든 냉방기기 국산화를 위한 기초자료와 이를 위한 정책적 지원방안 및 향후 냉방기기 기술개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 냉방기기별로 문제점을 도출하여 향후 정책제도 개선에 반영할 수 있도록 하였다.

The aim of this study was to survey the presenting visual acuity (VA) and satisfaction of VA tests in health checkups and to suggest ways in which eye care can be improved. VA data were obtained from the results of the health checkups for Korean adults in 2002-2007. Satisfaction questionnaires were administered via direct interview with 173 participants who had health checkups. The prevalence of VA 0.5-1.4 was 76.24%. Women had a higher prevalence than men below VA 0.9 and men had a higher prevalence than women above VA 1.0. The change in VA with age had a tendency to decrease after forties. Findings for satisfaction of VA tests on health checkups showed a level of neutral agreement. In order to enhance satisfaction, it is important that vision testing should provide examinees with referral criterion and follow-up VA results. It is also necessary to have comprehensive eye examination and utilize optometric instruments and professional examiners.

This study is an empirical survey of the job status and job satisfaction of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were teachers of early childhood education in (the province of) Chungcheongnam-do. The Early Childhood Education Institution was conducted with 255 teachers for teachers working in public day care centers, private day care centers, public kindergartens and private kindergartens. o carry out this study, we analyzed the collected questionnaires by using the SPSS statistical package program. T-test, χ²-validation and ANOVA analysis were used for this study, and Scheffé analysis was applied as a post hoc analysis. As a result of this study, job status was examined by type, age, educational attainment, and educational experience. The satisfaction level of educational institutions was highest in the national public day care centers, and the age was 50 years or older, and the education level was high in graduate school. In addition, the job satisfaction of early childhood teachers was significantly analyzed in relation to fellow teacher, relationship with the director, self-identity and teaching environment. Through this study, understanding the current job status and satisfaction of early childhood education teachers can be used as an important data in preparing a plan to raise their job performance and work efficiency.
