The purpose of this study was to develop practical problem-based home economics teaching.learning process plans about a unit 'the youth and consumer life' of middle school eighth-grade Technology and Home Economics by applying blended learning(BL) strategy. According to ADDIE instructional design model, this study was conducted in the following procedure: analysis, design/development, implementation, and evaluation. In the stage of design and development, the selected unit was converted into a practical problem-based unit, and practical problem-based teaching. learning process plans were designed in detail by using BL strategy. An online study room for practical problem-based home economics instruction grounded in BL strategy was prepared by using Edunet(http://community.edunet4u.net/${\sim}$consumer2). Eight-session lesson plans were mapped out, and study aids for students and materials for teachers were prepared. In the implementation stage, the first-session teaching plans that dealt with a minor question 'what preparations should be made to become a wise consumer' were utilized when instruction was provided to 115 eighth graders who were in three different province, and the other one was in a middle school in the city of Daejeon. The experimental teaching was implemented for two weeks in the following procedure: preliminary program, pre-online learning, main instruction and post- online learning. The preliminary program was carried out in a session in the classroom, and pre-online learning was provided before the main instruction was given in a session in the classroom. After the main instruction was completed, post-online learning was offered. In the evaluation stage, a survey was conducted on all the learners and teachers to find out their opinions and suggestions.

The purpose of this study is to explore the model and application for family life welfare service in Korea. In order to explore the characteristics of family life welfare service, the object, the extent and approach for family life welfare service is examined. The model for family life welfare service is constructed on the base of definition for family life welfare-subsistence of family life, personal formation and development, the creation of community culture-, family life cycle and demand for family life welfare service. Lastly, the contents and politic supports for family life welfare service are examined.

이 연구에서는 민간부문에서 선행되어진 조직학습에 관한 연구들을 고찰하여 경찰공무원의 조직학습에 대한 전략모형을 정립하고 그 실천적 과제를 도출하고자 하였다. 조직학습은 개인이나 조직 내 특정집단이 자신이나 다른 조직으로부터 지식창출, 지식공유, 지식저장, 지시 폐기하는 순환과정을 통해서 일어난다고 하였다. 특히 경찰조직에서의 조직학습은 외부 환경변화에 대한 변동대응능력 확보와 경찰조직의 내적인 성장발전능력을 재고시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The purposes of this study was to identify the magnitude and direction of the effects of Practical Reasoning Instruction (PRI) on students' achievements in Home Economics classes using the meta-analysis method and to examine whether the effects of PRI vary across publication status, study design, year of the studies, school level, gender of students, type of students' achievements, content area, location where the interventions of PRI were conducted, and duration. Thirty-four primary studies with 44 effect sizes were analyzed with calculation method of Becker(1988). A funnel plot method result revealed no publication bias. The results of this meta-analysis are as follows. First, PRI was more effective than traditional instruction on students' achievements. A summary statistic was 0.60 with a standard error of .074, which means that an increase of about two-third of a standard deviation beyond what would be expected from traditional instruction was gained from PRI intervention. Second, categorical and regression analyses were employed to find the sources of variance and moderators that predict the effects of PRI. The moderator analyses revealed no statistically significant effects of publication status, study design, school level, gender of students, type of students' achievements, and duration. Content area, location where the interventions of PRI were revealed to be moderators. It was concluded that PRI was effective in improving students' achievements regardless of publication status, study design, year of the studies, school level, gender of students, type of student achievement, and duration.

Death preparation education is not only preparing for future death but also for happier and meaningful life. Death is a persistent problem faced by all human beings and can be found in connection with the Home Economics(HE) curriculum in that it is a contextual practical problem of individuals and their society. The purpose of the study is to develop the practical problem-based death preparation education teaching-learning plans that can be applied to middle and high school HE subject. As a result of the study, the HE death preparation education program was developed. The program name is 'Death Preparation Education for the Happy Life of Me and Family'. Also, 12 practical problems and the 4 teaching-learning plans were developed. This study is expected to be used as educational materials to allow middle and high school students to take death naturally in their lives and to practice meaningful everyday life for worthy death during the HE classes. As a follow-up study, we propose a study to examine the needs of death preparation education in HE curriculum and to verify the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process of death preparation education in HE class.

This study aimed to develop, implement, and evaluate a practical, problem-based global citizenship education (GCED) program in the first grade of elementary school to suggest ways for practical global citizenship education in the next curriculum. This study proceeded following the ADDIE teaching design model. Through literature research, the relevance of global citizenship education to the 2022 national curriculum and the 2022 practical arts curriculum was analyzed, and based on the results, the learning elements of global citizenship education were extracted from the 2022 integrated subjects curriculum to develop the program. The program consisted of four teaching and learning plans for a total of eight sessions based on four practical problems, and was revised and supplemented through validation by a group of experts. The developed teaching and learning curriculum was implemented in all eight sessions over a period of four weeks with 16 first grade students at S Elementary School in Seoul. As a result of the program implementation, the mean of students' global citizenship awareness increased by 3.88 points (±3.91) from pre to post, and the qualitative evaluation of teachers' reflection journals and students' portfolios showed that the program influenced students to realize the importance of taking action to create a better and more sustainable world. Therefore, the practical problem-based global citizenship education program for first graders was found to be effective in fostering global citizenship awareness.

2002년 한 ${\cdot}$ 일 월드컵의 성공적 개최는 우리나라가 세계의 주목을 받는데 개국이래 최고의 계기의 되었다. 그러나 당초 예상과는 다르게 실제로 월드컵 이후 경제적으로 크나큰 변화는 없었다. 현재 국가 차원이나, 기업 차원에서 월드컵 이후 효과를 극대화하기 위한 노력들을 하고 있으나 실질적이고 현실적인 전략적 대안을 도출 하는데 다소 미흡한 점들이 있다고 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포스트 월드컵 경제적 효과(IT 산업 중심)를 누리기 위한 문제점 분석 및 전략도출을 가장 큰 목적으로 삼고 이를 현실적으로 실천하기 위한 행동 지표를 도출하려 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 조사를 기반으로 마이클 포터의 경쟁 세력 모형을 활용하여 전략을 도출하였으며, 도출된 전략에 대한 실질적 검증을 위해 주요 기업들의 실무자들로부터 설문과 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 크게 다섯 가지 측면에서의 활성화 방안을 도출하였다.

본 논문에서는 기업 구성원들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 방법론을 제시한다. 평가기준은 정보공학과 활동기준 원가계산의 응용으로 얻었다. 정보공학적 측면에서는, 지적활동에 기업의 사명, 비전 경영목표 및 경영전략이 미치는 영향을 경영전략적 모형을 통하여, 그 활동의 전략적 가치를 평가한다. 또한 활동에 대한 재무적 가치측정은 투입된 자원과 활동에 소모되는 비용을 활동기준 원가계산을 응용하여 산출한다. 이를 통해 기업 내 활동에 결부된 지적자산의 전략경영적인 가치를 평가할 모형을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of the achievement goal orientation on college students' life satisfaction and sense of the belonging. This study used the analysis of the latent growth model to comprehend the slope of the 3 years longitudinal data. The result was that mastery approach and mastery avoidance affected the initial value of college life satisfaction, but not its slope as the time of 3 years went. On the other hand, performance approach was the opposite of mastery approach and mastery avoidance to college students' life satisfaction. Performance avoidance did not have an influence on both the initial value and the slope of college students' life satisfaction. The effect of the achievement goal orientation to the sense of belonging was also explored and its result was that mastery approach and mastery avoidance affected the initial value of the sense of belonging. However, it was different that performance approach did not influence the slope of the sense of belonging.

The need for integration of knowledge and technology among SMEs has been acknowledged, and lacks ways of convergence in practical education. Therefore contents of convergence in practical education of high quality are needed. In this study, a case-oriented curriculum and contents were developed to enhance employee's skills of SMEs. The curriculum consists of 3 steps. The first step is analysis of trends and current status of convergence of SMEs in the domestic and foreign areas. Thus drawing up measures of standards to analyze a successful case. The second step is collection of materials, and development of models through successful cases of convergence. The third step is the analysis of a curriculum to enhance employees' of SMEs and the development of an education program. This study may lead to strengthening competition of SMEs through knowledge and technology convergence based on developed curriculum.
