  • After the Paris Agreement in 2015, the government has been promoting various policies such as 'Hydrogen-Economy Roadmap(2019)' to supply hydrogen. As part of this, the government announced the goal of building 310 hydrogen refueling stations(HRS) until 2022. To this end, special case standard for the introduction of complex, packaged, and mobile hydrogen refueling stations(MHRS) have been enacted and promulgated. The MHRS has the advantage of being able to supply hydrogen to multiple regions. However, due to the movement and close distance between facilities, it is necessary to secure proper installation standards and operational safety through safety analysis. In this study, the possibility of introduction was investigated by designing a standard model and quantitative risk assessment(QRA). As a result of QRA, personal and social risk were acceptable, and the empirical test direction and implications were derived.

Rate of Unburned Carbon at Coal-Fired Thermoelectric Power Plant Boiler by the Plasma Burner Arc Currents (플라즈마 버너의 아크전류에 따른 석탄화력발전소 보일러 시동 시 미연탄소분율 연구)

  • Coal-fired power plants have used oil as fuel for start-up but plasma burner is recently introduced in order to reduce costs. It provides fuel oil-free start-up. But at initial operation of Plasma burner, an increase in unburned carbon remains as still pending issue. Also research and operational standards for this problem are insufficient. In this paper, operating procedure will be proposed through analyzing the impact of unburned carbon in accordance with the Plasma arc current. It is also possible to contribute to the national plant industry by demonstrating economics of Plasma burner in commissioning coal-fired power plants.

  • Textile industry of Korea has been assumed advanced textile industry nation's aspects with production system and equipment. But has been descended in the sector of design, brand, recognition comparing with Italy, Japan, England. And products of middle and low price do not have competitiveness against China, South East Asia. The world's textile industry nation has been confronted with Free Trade, and Regional Trade Blocks. New market has been opened with free Trade, but Trade Blocks(NAFTA, EU, APEC etc.) which encourage regional member country's profit maximize made textile export driven nation to consider strategies to cope with. Advanced textile industry nation divided the work among themselves and composed linking system among them which highly valuable products are manufactured at advanced nation and low price products are manufactured by global outsourcing. The purpose of this study is to analyze impact of process which requires to secure international competitiveness into business performance experimentally.

  • In event of a tunnel fire, all kinds of equipment can be destroyed in high temperature that can exceed $1300^{\circ}C$, fatal structural demage can be caused by spalling of concrete structural elements. To make matters worse, there is a high possibility of the secondary damage which can lead to the collapse of the shear resisting structure. Accordingly, it is time that we developed the technology to counter fires in connection with the fire-resistant design of a tunnel structure. To secure the reliability of the fire-resistance performance of a tunnel structure, it is necessary to assess the fire's behavior on every structural element exposed to the fire as well as to calculate the tunnel fire intensity and the quantity of heat released. In this study, we drew out the fire damage range of each structural element of a tunnel and the minimum thickness of concrete cover for each fire-resistant material through some actual experiments of fire behavior on the structural elements of a tunnel.

  • Culture and art can be said to be an important medium that enhances people's creativity and satisfies our desire for cultural experience as well as emotional cultivation. These arts and culture are spreading all over the world through Hallyu, etc. to this day, and it is naturally positioned as an industry that creates the highest added value. However, rapid industrialization and development of industrialization also provided many negative causes, such as damage to nature due to the decline of factories and equipment industries, pollution and damage to the surrounding environment due to the use of fossil fuels. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the factors necessary for improving the image of the local community and maximizing tourism classes by actively utilizing the idle space abandoned due to industrialization and industrialization as a complex space for culture and art. As a result, empirical analysis was conducted through a total of six factors excluding typology through factor analysis. The results showed that reliability, certainty, and empathy had a positive effect, but responsiveness did not. In addition, the economic effect was found to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The Effect of Public Library Use on the Formation of Perception of Librarians (공공도서관 이용이 사서에 대한 인식 형성에 미치는 영향)

  • Public library users' perception of librarians can be an important aspect in improving the public library uses and the quality of informn services. Thus it is necessary to identify what factors affect users' perceptions of librarians. This research empirically investigated users' general perceptions of librarians and the factors affecting them through a survey. As a result, it was found that the use of library collections, library facilities, and participation in club activities through the library affect the formation of a positive perception of librarians. In addition, the roles of the librarian are expanding from informational activities to supporting social activities. In contrast, the factors of direct interaction with the librarian, including participation in public library programs, circulating library collections, and communication with librarian, do not have a significant effect on the formation of the perception of librarian. Thus librarians need to consider library users more substantially and to support them in various ways.

  • The modular construction method is an off-site construction method using built-in structures from the manufacturing facilities. Modular construction is commonly applied to buildings which have relatively smaller and simpler structures than other types of buildings. Although modular building has emerged in the domestic construction industry as an alternative building strategy, previous researches on the environmental characteristics of modular building has not been comprehensively studied. Thus, this study empirically analyzed the insulation performance of thermal bridge and condensation parts of the modular buildings by using IR image analysis, Air-Surface Temperature Ratio method, and temperature difference ratio. The insulation performance analysis was conducted by comparing a modular building and a RC building in Seoul. Construction of the Heat Pump System Using Thermal Effluents for Greenhouse Facilities in Jeju and Evaluation of Cooling Performance (제주 시설온실 냉난방을 위한 발전소 온배수 활용 열펌프 시스템 구축 및 냉방성능 평가)

  • A heat pump system using the thermal effluent from the Jeju thermal power plant of KOMIPO was constructed with the capacity of 300 RT to supply cool or hot water to greenhouse facilities located 3 km from the power station. The way of transporting heat from the thermal effluent to greenhouses at a long distance was optimized, and a monitoring system to measure the water temperature and detect a leakage in a pipe conduit was also installed. This paper presents the system configuration of the constructed heat pump system for air conditioning and heating of greenhouse facilities in Jeju, and the characteristics of major components deployed in the system. The preoperational tests of the heat pump system were conducted during the summer season in 2018 for evaluation of its cooling performance. The operational stability and cooling performance of the heat pump system were confirmed by investigating the measured fluid temperature and flow rate, and COP of the heat pump in a cooling mode.

  • This paper designs a wind turbine test site based on international regulations for the certification of wind turbine prototypes. The maximum height of the meteorological mast installed at the test site is 140m, and power facilities capable of testing up to three wind turbines of 5MW or more are installed. The weather resources measured at the mast can be recorded and analyzed using a monitoring system. Wind turbine manufacturers can use this test site during the certification period, and the installed wind turbines can be used for continuous power generation projects. Therefore, this test site can provide fundamental data for measuring the long-term performance and durability of wind turbines, which can be used to improve models or develop new wind turbines.

  • This study aims to analyze the effect of franchisor's pre-open support services on franchisee's relationship quality and performance in foodservice franchise system. The analysis data was collected from 500 franchisees located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do of Republic of Korea. The finding are as followings: firstly, the factors of information providing, market researching, interior and equipment supporting, education and training supporting, sale and promotion supporting, and legal supporting influence positively franchisee's satisfaction. Second, regarding relationship among relationship quality, satisfaction positively influences trust and commitment, and trust positively influence commitment. Third, relationship quality influences positively both financial and non-financial performance.
