  • 본 논문은 HVDC C&P 시스템에 적용된 이중화 기술 및 기능을 설명한다. LS산전은 2009년 HVDC 사업을 착수한 이래 HVDC Control and Protection(C&P) System을 개발해 왔으며 현재 2010년부터 한국전력공사와 협동연구로 진행하고 있는 HVDC 제주 실증단지에 적용하여 실증운전 중이다. 당사가 개발한 HVDC C&P 시스템은 시스템의 신뢰성 및 가용성을 높이기 위해 Fully Redundancy 시스템으로 구성되고 Hot Standby 방식으로 제어 및 보호 알고리즘을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 HVDC C&P 시스템의 구성과 제어기 및 네트워크의 이중화 구조에 대해 소개 하고자 한다.

  • 태양광 발전시스템의 성능평가 및 분석을 위하여 실증단지 및 시범사업으로 설치 운영하고 있으며, 주택용 3KW 계통연계형 태양광 발전시스템도 10만호 보급사업의 일환으로 추진 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 추진 중인 3KW 태양광 발전시스템의 기본구성과 설치된 PV시스템의 각종 구성요소 기기 특히 계통연계형 인버터에 대하여 알아보며, 실증시험을 위하여 설치된 모니터링 시스템에서 수집된 데이터를 토대로 PV시스템의 성능을 위한 운전 특성을 분석하였다.

  • (주)효성에서 자체 설계 및 개발한 FACTS(Flexible ACTransmission System) 기기중 하나인 1 MVA STATCOM(Static synchronous Compensator)은 전압 안정도 개선 및 역률제어를 통해 계통전력품질을 향상시킨다. 현재 개발된 1 MVA STATCOM은 제주 행원 풍력단지 내 풍력 발전기 14호기가 연계된 22.9 kV 계통에 병렬접속 되어있으며 현재 실증 운전 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 1 MVA STATCOM의 설치 및 실증 운전사례를 소개한다.

  • 국내에서 HVDC (High Voltage DC transmission System) 관련 기술은 한국전력공사 및 전력연구원 중심으로 제주와 해남간 설치된 HVDC시스템의 설치 및 운영 기술에 많이 국한되어 왔었다. 그러나 기술을 바탕으로 2010년부터 민간기업인 LS산전과 한국전력공사의 공동 개발을 통하여 60MW ${\pm}80kV$급 전류형 HVDC시스템 설계 및 제작을 추진하여 시스템 설계, 기기 설계 사양, 제작사양서 등의 설계 핵심 기술을 상당부분 확보하는 계기가 되었다. 현재 설계된 Pilot HVDC 시스템은 제작 완료되었고, 제주 실증단지에 설치 및 시험 중에 있으며 2012년 내에 실증운전을 통해서 최종적으로 시스템 설계 기술을 검증할 계획이다. 이 같은 연구를 통하여 상당부분 HVDC 시스템에 대한 독자적인 설계 능력을 갖추게 될 것이다.

  • 포항공과대학교의 포항풍력에너지연구소(PoWER Center)가 개발에 참여했던 750kW급 직접구동형 국산화 풍력발전시스템(KBP-750D)은 그 개발이 완료되어 2005년 말경 대관령의 풍력실증단지에 설치되었고 현재는 시험운전이 수행되고 있다. KBP-750D의 상용화를 위하여 출력성능 및 하중측정을 통한 실증연구가 진행되고 있으며, 현재는 KBP-750D에 대한 출력성능 및 하중 측정을 수행하기 위하여 계측장치가 설치되어 시험 측정이 진행되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 풍력발전시스템에 설치된 계측장치의 구성 및 설치 결과를 상세히 보고한다.

Marine Environmental Characteristics around the Test Phase of Offshore Wind Farm in the Southwestern Coast of Yellow Sea (서남해 해상풍력 실증단지 해역의 해양 환경 특성)

  • This study aims to present the characteristics of marine physics, water quality, and sediment quality around offshore wind farm near the Gochang and Buan sea areas through the analysis of monitoring data. The relationships between suspended solid and wave height as well as suspended solid and flow velocity were analyzed. We found that Correlation Coefficient values of 0.61~0.69 between wave height and suspended solid, and suspended solid concentration reaches 75 mg/L or higher when wave height of more than 1m occurred in the spring (1 month). The water quality index (WQI) was used to identify the status of the water quality in the study area. Most of the measured points were rated first grade (very good). The variation of chlorophyll-a was relatively hight compared to the other criteria, indicating that it is a major factor affecting the quality index. In the sediment column, all heavy metals were detected below the Threshold Effects Level(TEL), and ignition loss and grain size show a positive correlation.

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate economic benefits for the investment of port hinterland. This research has conducted the empirical analysis, by calculating the investment of port hinterland. The key factor for the economic benefits for the hinterland is the utilizing throughputs. This demand is influenced by the throughput in the port. However the data is different between the different organizations. The positive opinions are prevailed about constructing of port hinterland by a optimistic view about throughput. However this paper analyzes the economic benefits by a pessimistic point of view. The main results of this paper are as follows: First, the port hinterland of Busan New Port does not have economic benefit for investment and the hinterland will face the overcapacity problem. We recommend that the plan for investment has to be considered the modification. Second, data of forecasted throughputs is an important factor for evaluation of hinterland's investment. The research for reliable forecasting of throughput has to be preceded for the pertinent evaluation of hinterland's investment.

  • This study examined the effects of apartment complex management and residential quality on the residents' residential satisfaction and recommendation intentions. A survey was conducted on the residents of an apartment complex in Doan, Daejeon. Statistical analysis was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was carried out to verify the validity of the measurement tools for apartment complex management, residential quality, living satisfaction, and recommendation intention. The Cronbach's α coefficient was evaluated to verify the reliability of the measurement tools. Multi-regression analyses were conducted to verify the research hypotheses. As a result, the following main results were derived. First, maintenance factors and living management factors among apartment complex management factors were found to have a significant effect on the residents' residential satisfaction. Second, among the factors of residential quality in apartment complexes, convenience, safety, comfortability, and economy had a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Third, residential satisfaction had a significant effect on the recommendation intention. Overall, the factors of apartment complex management and residential quality affecting residential satisfaction and recommendation intentions were derived.

Energy Consumption Characteristics and Policy Directions According to Apartment Complex Type in Incheon Metropolitan City (초고층과 일반 아파트 단지의 에너지 소비 특성과 정책방향 연구 - 인천지역 아파트 단지의 전기 및 가스 사용량을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to compare the energy consumption characteristics of high-rise and general apartments and propose policy implications in Incheon City where high-rise apartments are planned. The method of analysis is to select the cases, to conduct field survey, drawing review, analysis of Electric Architectural administration Information System. The study derived the current status of energy consumption in high-rise and general apartment complexes located in the same region, Yeonsu-gu Incheon City, and performed comparative analysis on their characteristics. First, electrical energy in the high-rise apartment complexes was consumed excessively, by 1.63 to 2.5 times more than that of the general apartment complexes. Second, the gas energy usage in the high-rise apartment complexes was higher than that of the general complexes, by 1.09 to 1.2 times. Third, the energy consumption per unit area in the high-rises was also higher, by 1.042 to 1.3 times. As individual elements such as incomes, living standards, and life patterns of the residents affect energy consumption, the high-rise apartment complex consumed more energy per unit area than the general apartment complex did. However, this study did not consider the elements of energy expenditure and satisfaction level, which are the limitations of this research.

Analysis of determinant Factor for Industrial Complex Location (산업단지 입지 결정요인 분석)

  • In this study, the factors of the industrial complexes were analyzed in a comprehensive review, and the research model was developed and related variables were adopted to the purpose of this study. Also, the determinants of location are analyzed by three factors of infrastructure stabilization, industrial resource access, and residential neighborhood factors. For the analysis of this study, the hypothesis was analyzed through the path analysis of the SEM through the set hypotheses based on the research model. As a result of analysis, it is analyzed that TI factors and RA factors of infrastructure, IF group, are both influenced by industrial location. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation in the analysis between the parameters of the NEF and the determinants of industrial location. The results of this study are expected to provide useful guidelines for industrial infrastructure development and industrial complex development projects at national and local government.
